圧縮機と、膨張弁と、空気熱交換器と、これらを接続する冷媒管とを備え、 それぞれ独立した冷媒回路を備えている第1、第2、第3、第4の冷凍サイクルと、
第1及び第2の冷媒流路及び第1の共通水流路を有し、前記第1及び第2 の冷媒流路が夫々前記第1の冷凍サイクルの冷媒管及び第2の冷凍サイクルの冷媒管に接続されている第1の水熱交換器と、
第3及び第4の冷媒流路及び第2の共通水流路を有し、第3及び第4の冷媒流路が夫々前記第3の冷凍サイクルの冷媒管及び第4の冷凍サイクルの冷媒管に接続されている第2の水熱交換器と、
前記第1の水熱交換器の前記第1の共通水流路と前記第2の水熱交換器の前記第2の共通水流路とを直列に連通する水配管と、
前記第1ないし第4の冷凍サイクル毎に、前記空気熱交換器毎に対応して配置される送風機を備え、
前記第1ないし第4の冷凍サイクルの夫々に用いられる電動の冷凍サイクル構成部品と前記送風機の運転をそれぞれ制御する制御用電気部品を備え、
前記第1ないし第4の冷凍サイクルの空気熱交換器は、平面視にてU字状に形成されて列状に配置されており、
前記電気部品は、各前記第1ないし第4の冷凍サイクルを独立して運転させることが可能であることを特徴とする熱源ユニットが提供される。
Claims (3)
- 圧縮機と、膨張弁と、空気熱交換器と、これらを接続する冷媒管とを備え、 それぞれ独立した冷媒回路を備えている第1、第2、第3、第4の冷凍サイクルと、
第1及び第2の冷媒流路及び第1の共通水流路を有し、前記第1及び第2の冷媒流路が夫々前記第1の冷凍サイクルの冷媒管及び第2の冷凍サイクルの冷媒管に接続されている第1の水熱交換器と、
第3及び第4の冷媒流路及び第2の共通水流路を有し、第3及び第4の冷媒流路が夫々前記第3の冷凍サイクルの冷媒管及び第4の冷凍サイクルの冷媒管に接続されている第2の水熱交換器と、
前記第1の水熱交換器の前記第1の共通水流路と前記第2の水熱交換器の前記第2の共通水流路とを直列に連通する水配管と、
前記第1ないし第4の冷凍サイクル毎に、前記空気熱交換器毎に対応して配置される送風機を備え、
前記第1ないし第4の冷凍サイクルの夫々に用いられる電動の冷凍サイクル構成部品と前記送風機の運転をそれぞれ制御する制御用電気部品を備え、
前記第1ないし第4の冷凍サイクルの空気熱交換器は、平面視にてU字状に形成されて列状に配置されており、
前記電気部品は、各前記第1ないし第4の冷凍サイクルを独立して運転させることが可能であることを特徴とする熱源ユニット。 - 前記制御用電気部品は、前記第1ないし第4の冷凍サイクルのいずれかが故障した場合に、故障した1系統の前記冷凍サイクルを停止し、その他の3系統の冷凍サイクルの運転を継続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱源ユニット。
- 前記第1ないし第4の冷凍サイクルに設けられた前記空気熱交換器は、互いに所定間隔を存して列状に設置され、かつ互いに隣接する前記空気熱交換器からの熱交換空気の侵入を阻止する遮蔽板を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱源ユニット。
