Description
Claims (31)
- 記憶装置(500)を記憶装置試験システム(100)へと供給する方法であって、
複数の記憶装置(500)を運ぶ記憶装置運搬器(600)を、前記記憶装置試験システム(100)の自動運搬装置(200)にアクセス可能な提示位置で置く工程と、
前記自動運搬装置(200)を作動させて、前記記憶装置運搬器(600)から前記記憶装置(500)のうちの1つを回収する工程と、
前記自動運搬装置(200)を作動させて、前記回収された記憶装置(500)を前記記憶装置試験システム(100)の試験用スロット(310)へと届け、前記記憶装置(500)を前記試験用スロット(310)に挿入する工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記自動運搬装置(200)を作動させて記憶装置運搬装置(550)を回収する工程と、
前記自動運搬装置(200)を作動させて、前記記憶装置運搬装置(550)を使用して前記記憶装置(500)を運ぶことにより、前記記憶装置(500)のうちの1つを前記記憶装置運搬器(600)から回収する工程と、
前記自動運搬装置(200)を作動させて前記記憶装置(500)を運ぶ記憶装置運搬装置(550)を前記試験用スロット(310)へと届ける工程と
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記自動運搬装置(200)は、前記記憶装置運搬装置(200)を前記記憶装置(500)の下に配置し、前記記憶装置運搬器(600)の記憶装置支持体(622)から前記記憶装置(500)を持ち上げ、そして前記記憶装置運搬装置(550)の中の前記記憶装置(500)を前記記憶装置運搬器(600)から離して運ぶことにより、前記記憶装置(500)を前記記憶装置運搬器(600)から前記記憶装置運搬装置(550)を用いて回収する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記記憶装置(500)を運ぶ前記記憶装置運搬装置(550)を前記試験用スロット(310)の中へと挿入する工程と、前記記憶装置(500)を前記記憶装置試験システム(100)のコネクタと係合する工程と、前記試験用スロット(310)の閉鎖をもたらす工程とをさらに含む、請求項2または請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記記憶装置運搬器(600)を前記提示位置で置く工程は、
前記記憶装置運搬器(600)を投入位置で搬送ステーション(400)の上に置く工程と、
前記搬送ステーション(400)を作動させて、前記自動運搬装置(200)によるサービス提供のために、前記記憶装置運搬器(600)を前記投入位置から前記提示位置へと移動させる工程と
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 記憶装置(500)を記憶装置試験システム(100)へと供給する方法であって、
複数の記憶装置(500)を記憶装置運搬器(600)の中へと投入する工程と、
前記記憶装置運搬器(600)を投入位置で搬送ステーション(400)の上に置く工程と、
前記搬送ステーション(400)の運搬器移動装置(430)を作動させて、前記記憶装置試験システム(100)によるサービス提供のために、前記記憶装置運搬器(600)を前記投入位置から提示位置へと移動させる工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記搬送ステーション(400)は、
搬送ステーション筐体(410)と、
前記搬送ステーション筐体(410)上に配置された複数の運搬器提示支持システム(420)であって、各運搬器提示支持システム(420)は、前記記憶装置試験システム(100)によるサービス提供のために、記憶装置運搬器(600)を前記提示位置で受けて支持するように構成されている複数の運搬器提示支持システム(420)と、
前記搬送ステーション筐体(410)上に配置されかつ記憶装置運搬器(600)を前記投入位置と前記運搬器提示支持システム(420)のうちの1つでの前記提示位置との間で移動させるように構成されている運搬器移動装置(430)と
を含む、請求項5または請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記搬送ステーション(400)の搬送ステーション筐体(410)上に配置された複数の運搬器提示支持システム(420)のうちの1つによって前記記憶装置運搬器(600)を前記提示位置で支持する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記運搬器提示支持システム(420)を互いに対して鉛直方向に並べる工程をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記運搬器提示支持システム(420)は、記憶装置運搬器(600)の運搬器本体(610)によって画定されるそれぞれのアームの溝(630)によって受けられるように構成された運搬器支持アーム(426)の第1および第2の対向する対(422、424)を含み、
前記方法は、前記アームの溝(630)を前記運搬器支持アーム(426)の所定の位置へと解放可能にロックし、これにより前記それぞれの記憶装置運搬器(600)をその提示位置で保持する工程をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記記憶装置運搬器(600)上の運搬器マーキング(660)を読み取る工程と、
前記搬送ステーション(400)を作動させて、前記運搬器マーキング(660)に基づいて、前記記憶装置運搬器(600)を前記投入位置から前記提示位置へと移動させる工程と
をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記運搬器マーキング(660)はバーコードおよびカラーマーキングのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記記憶装置運搬器(600)に、前記記憶装置試験システム(100)における前記記憶装置運搬器(600)の使用に影響を及ぼす機能特性を割り当てる工程をさらに含む、請求項11または請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記記憶装置試験システム(100)における前記記憶装置運搬器(600)の使用の間に、前記機能特性を動的に再割り当てする工程をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 連続的に、各記憶装置運搬器(600)を前記投入位置で前記搬送ステーション(400)の上に置き、前記運搬器移動装置(430)を作動させて、前記記憶装置試験システム(100)によるサービス提供のために、各記憶装置運搬器(600)を前記複数の提示位置のうちの1つでの前記提示位置へと移動させることにより、各々が記憶装置(500)を収容する複数の記憶装置運搬器(600)を前記搬送ステーション(400)上へと投入する工程をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- ドア(470)を開いた位置まで開く工程であって、前記ドア(470)は、前記搬送ステーション(400)の搬送ステーション筐体(410)に枢動可能に取り付けられかつ前記搬送ステーション筐体(410)によって画定される運搬器供給開口(471)の閉鎖をもたらすように構成されている工程と、
前記記憶装置運搬器(600)を投入前位置で前記ドア(470)の上に置く工程であって、前記ドア(470)は、記憶装置運搬器(600)を受けて支持するように動作可能である工程と、
前記ドア(470)を閉じた位置まで回転させることにより前記ドア(470)を閉じ、これにより前記記憶装置運搬器(600)を前記投入位置に置く工程と
をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記運搬器移動装置(430)を作動させる工程は、前記記憶装置運搬器(600)を前記投入位置と前記提示位置との間で移動させるように構成された多軸アクチュエータアセンブリ(700)を作動させる工程を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 記憶装置試験システム(100)のための搬送ステーション(400)であって、
搬送ステーション筐体(410)と、
前記搬送ステーション筐体(410)上に配置された複数の運搬器提示支持システム(420)であって、各運搬器提示支持システム(420)は、前記記憶装置試験システム(100)によるサービス提供のために、記憶装置運搬器(600)を提示位置で受けて支持するように構成されている複数の運搬器提示支持システム(420)と、
前記搬送ステーション筐体(410)上に配置されかつ記憶装置運搬器(600)を投入位置と前記運搬器提示支持システム(420)のうちの1つでの前記提示位置との間で移動させるように構成されている運搬器移動装置(430)と
を含む、搬送ステーション(400)。 - 記憶装置試験システム(100)のための搬送ステーション(400)であって、
搬送ステーション筐体(410)と、
前記搬送ステーション筐体(410)上に配置された複数の運搬器提示支持システム(420)であって、各運搬器提示支持システム(420)は、前記記憶装置試験システム(100)によるサービス提供のために、記憶装置運搬器(600)を提示位置で受けて支持するように構成されている複数の運搬器提示支持システム(420)と、
前記搬送ステーション筐体(410)上に配置された運搬器移動装置(430)と、
前記運搬器移動装置(430)に枢動可能に結合されかつ記憶装置運搬器(660)を受けて支持するように構成された運搬器投入支持体(440)であって、前記運搬器投入支持体(440)は第1および第2の位置間で枢動および移動する投入支持体(440)と
を含み、
前記運搬器移動装置(430)は、記憶装置運搬器(600)を投入位置で支持するための第1の位置と、記憶装置運搬器(600)を前記運搬器提示支持システム(420)のうちの1つでの前記提示位置で支持するための第2の位置との間で前記運搬器投入支持体(440)を移動させるように構成されている、搬送ステーション(400)。 - 前記搬送ステーション筐体(410)に枢動可能に取り付けられかつ前記搬送ステーション筐体(410)によって画定される運搬器供給開口(471)の閉鎖をもたらすように構成されたドア(470)をさらに含み、
前記ドア(470)は、記憶装置運搬器(600)を受けて支持するための開いた位置と、前記記憶装置運搬器(600)を前記投入位置で置くための閉じた位置との間で枢動するように動作する、請求項18または請求項19に記載の搬送ステーション(400)。 - 前記運搬器提示支持システム(420)は、各々、前記搬送ステーション筐体(410)の同じ側に配置され、かつ互いに対して鉛直方向に並べられ、各運搬器提示支持システム(420)は他のものに対して異なる高さ位置を有する、請求項18に記載の搬送ステーション(400)。
- 前記運搬器提示支持システム(420)は、記憶装置運搬器(600)の運搬器本体(610)によって画定されるそれぞれのアームの溝(630)により受けられるように構成された運搬器支持アーム(420)の第1および第2の対向する対(422、424)を含む、請求項18に記載の搬送ステーション(400)。
- 前記運搬器移動装置(430)は、鉛直方向アクチュエータ(710)、水平方向アクチュエータ(720)、およびピッチアクチュエータ(730)を有する多軸アクチュエータアセンブリ(700)を含む、請求項18に記載の搬送ステーション(400)。
