Abstract
一种智能型可抽取式硬盘盒,其具有铝合金的内框与外框,内框具有上下盖,前方设有一旋转手把,两侧设有槽轨,以配合外框内侧的轨条;内外框面板后方各设有一风扇,内框前方设有一LCD显示器,可以显示时间,使用时间、工作电压、风扇运转状况与工作温度的用途,另有一控制电路连接一组温度监测器,可藉之与设定温度比较后控制启动或关闭风扇,维持盒内工作温度并显示之,并在温度异常上升或工作电压异常时发出告警声,充分显示并调节硬盘盒内工作状况。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种智能型可抽取式硬盘盒,其是在可抽取式硬盘盒中装设有一控制电路,并配合LCD显示器、温度监测器、风扇等构件,而具有显示内部时间、温度、使用时间与使用状况等功能,还可依设定的工作温度自动启动风扇而调节硬盘内的温度。
由于电脑软件日趋庞大,存储容量较大的硬盘的使用逐渐取代软盘,又因个人隐私权与商业秘密的保密工作日益受到重视,为提供电脑使用者个人专属的数据储存工具,遂有抽换式硬磁盘的产生。但是,一般抽换式硬盘盒往往只提供一个可抽换盒体的功能,顶多在其后端另设一风扇13,如图1所示,其大多只具有一附有手把11的内盒10,并可套设在外盒体12中,使用者对于盒内的工作状况无法得知,甚至风扇是否运转也无法看出,容易因硬盘盒内过热而导致硬盘损坏或数据消失,对于使用者要求产品附加值逐渐升高的今日,已不能满足市场要求。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种智能型可抽取式硬盘盒,其具有铝合金制造的内外框,其中内框包括上下盖及面板,面板前方设有一旋转手把,另在内框面板后方与外框后方分别设有一风扇,在面板前方设有一LCD显示器,其连接于控制电路,另有一组温度监测器与之连接,可籍由该控制电路依设定的工作温度与监测器所测得温度比较,并启动风扇运转,维持硬盘盒内温度保持在设定的温度,并由显示器表示之,其中显示器还可显示时间、使用时间、风扇运转状况与工作电压,从而充分显示硬盘盒内部的硬盘工作状况,并自动调整其内部温度。
本实用新型是这样实现的:其包括有:一外框,其略呈一冂字形,在两侧边内面设有轨条,后方设有一连接口,在角落处设有一通风孔,并在其后设有一风扇;一内框,为一矩形框架,前方有一面板,上下分别盖合一上盖与下盖,内框两侧分别设有三道槽轨,其中上下槽轨分别与上、下盖侧面折边的压卡相盖合,该中央槽轨与外框的轨条相套合,并可相对滑动自如,该上下盖上各开设有若干细长通风孔,在其两侧的折边上则设有内凹的压纹,并卡合在内框侧的槽轨中;其中面板前方设有若干通风孔,并在该通风孔后方设有一风扇,并附有一吸震橡皮,面板中央设有一LCD显示器,设有现在时间显示列,使用时间显示列,风扇运转指示灯、内部温度显示列、工作电压显示列与硬盘存取灯号,另有一组控制设定按钮,其连接于一控制电路,设LCD显示器前方设有一护盖,该面板角落设有一锁具,面板后方设有一控制电路,其中面板两侧分别延伸有一凸柱,其用于装设一手把,该手把呈一凵形构造,在两侧后方设有可折收于面板下方的凹陷;当收折,时该凹陷可对合于外框两侧前端,该手把向上拉起,将以其凹陷部位以凸柱为轴旋转推开外框;另在内框后方设有一电路板,其上具有连接口与一组温度监测器。
本实用新型的特点是能够监测内部操作温度,并与设定温度比较,通过控制电路启动内框风扇运转,以调整盒内处于适当的工作温度,还可显示硬盘的使用状况、时间与工作电压等数据,并在状况异常时发生告警声,能提供使用者清楚的工作状况显示、温控功能与告警处理。
下面结合附图,介绍本实用新型的结构及特点。
图1是现在使用的抽换式硬盘盒的示意图。

图4和图5是本实用新型的内外框操作示意图。
参见图2,本实用新型的主要结构是具有:一外框20,其为铝合金制成,使之具有较佳的安全特性与坚固性,其略呈一冂字形,当与内框30套合时,其两侧前端21可抵触于手把60的凹陷61中,并在两侧内面设有轨条22,后方设有一连接口23,在角落处设有一通风口24,并在其后设有一风扇25。一内框30,其为铝合金制成,前方有一面板40,上方与下方各有一上盖31与下盖32,该上、下盖31、32上各开设有若干细长通风孔33,并在其两侧设有折边,其上则设有内凹的压纹34,该内框30两侧表面分别设有上、中、下三道槽轨35、36、37,其中上下槽轨35、37分别与上下盖侧面折边的压纹34卡合,以组合内框30与上下盖31、32,该中央槽轨36用于与外框20的轨条22相套合,并可相对滑动自如。
该面板40前方设有若干通风孔41,并在该通风孔41后方设有一风扇42,其侧面附有一吸震橡皮43,面板40中央设有一LCD显示器50,其上具有现在时间显示列51、使用时间显示列52、风扇运转指示灯53、内部温度显示列54、工作电压显示列55与硬盘读写指示灯56等,另有一组控制设定按钮44,其连接于内框30的控制电路45,其前方并有一护盖46,该面板40角落设有一锁具47,面板40后方有一控制电路45,其中该面板40两侧分别延伸有一凸柱48,其用于装设一手把60,该手把呈一凵形构造,在两侧后方设有凹陷61,而可收折于面板40下方,当收折时,该凹陷61可对合于外框20两侧前端21,另在内框30后方设有一电路板49,其上具有连接口491与一组温度监测器492,用于感测内框30内部的温度并反馈于控制电路45。
本实用新型在操作时,将硬盘装设于内框30中,与其连接口491结合,并将外框20置于电脑机壳中,当内框30插入外框20中时,该手把60可收折于面板40下方,其侧面凹陷61抵住外框两前端21,当内框30从外框20中抽出时,该手把60向上拉起,并以其凹陷61部位以凸柱47为轴向后旋转推顶外框20两前端21,使内框30与外框40的连接口脱离而可拉出内框,如图4、图5所示。
其中面板40上的LCD显示器50在内外框结合时,并开机后,将显示当时时间与盒内温度,此时外框20的风扇25开始运转,该风扇指示灯53会旋转显示,若风扇25故障或转速太慢,该风扇指示灯53熄灭,目会发出告警声,如硬盘开始操作时,硬盘存取灯56将发亮,并依温度监测器测出当时盒内温度。另可表示工作电压、硬盘使用时间,当使用者进入设定模式设定时间与工作温度后,再恢复使用模式,此时控制电路45将依照温度监测器492与设定温度比较,如测试温度到达设定时,风扇运转指示灯53将完全亮起,并循环闪烁,同时驱动两风扇25、42运转散热,如温度持续上升,当测试温度高于设定温度3度时,会发出告警声;当风扇42启动后,如温度下降,达到比原设定温度低2度后,则会关掉风扇42,其中温度监测显示是每一秒更新一次,其中工作电压显示列55的监测结果如高于正常电压5%或低于正常电压5%时,会发出警告声。
总之,本实用新型智能型可抽取式硬盘盒具有监测内部操作温度,并与设定温度比较,通过控制电路启动内框风扇运转,以调整盒内处于适当的工作温度,并可显示硬盘的使用状况、时间与工作电压等数据,并且在状况异常时发出告警声,能提供使用者一个清楚的状况显示、温控功能与声光告警。
Claims (1)
1、一种智能型可抽取式硬盘盒,其特征在于:其包括有:一外框,其略呈一冂字形,在两侧边内面设有轨条,后方设有一连接口,在角落处设有一通风孔,并在其后设有一风扇;一内框,为一矩形框架,前方有一面板,上下分别盖合一上盖与下盖,内框两侧分别设有三道槽轨,其中上下槽轨分别与上、下盖侧面折边的压卡相盖合,该中央槽轨与外框的轨条相套合,并可相对滑动自如,该上下盖上各开设有若干细长通风孔,在其两侧的折边上则设有内凹的压纹,并卡合在内框侧的槽轨中;其中面板前方设有若干通风孔,并在该通风孔后方设有一风扇,并附有一吸震橡皮,面板中央设有一LCD显示器,设有现在时间显示列,使用时间显示列,风扇运转指示灯、内部温度显示列、工作电压显示列与硬盘存取灯号,另有一组控制设定按钮,其连接于一控制电路,设LCD显示器前方设有一护盖,该面板角落设有一锁具,面板后方设有一控制电路,其中面板两侧分别延伸有一凸柱,其用于装设一手把,该手把呈一凵形构造,在两侧后方设有可折收于面板下方的凹陷;当收折,时该凹陷可对合于外框两侧前端,该手把向上拉起,将以其凹陷部位以凸柱为轴旋转推开外框;另在内框后方设有一电路板,其上具有连接口与一组温度监测器。
