また、車体フレームに蓄電池を配置した構成がある(例えば、特許文献2参照。)。
図9は、従来の技術(特許文献1)の基本構成を説明する図であり、従来の車体構造201は、フロアメインフレーム202にサブフレーム203を、蓄電装置204,205並びに水素タンク(燃料タンク)206,207を取付けた状態で取付けるので、組立てが容易になるとともに、車室内スペース及びトランクルームの容積を拡大することができるというものである。
図10は、従来の技術(特許文献2)の基本構成を説明する図であり、従来の蓄電装置の配置構造231は、リヤシート232の裏側に蓄電装置233を立てた状態で配置して、上部取付部234と下部取付部235を車体側に取付けた。その結果、支持剛性を確保した状態で配置することができ、車内スペースを犠牲にすることなく配置することができる。
また、特許文献1では、フロアメインフレーム202のクロスメンバ208に蓄電装置204,205を4個のブラケット209で取付けるが、蓄電装置204,205の取付け、取外しに手間がかかる。
また、リヤシート232の裏側に蓄電装置233を立てると、車体の底側に配置した場合に比べ、車両の重心位置は高くなりがちである。
また、蓄電池及び燃料タンクをサイドフレームとクロスメンバによって囲うことができ、蓄電池及び燃料タンクを保護することができる。
図1は、本発明の車体構造を説明する透視図である。
車体構造11は、車両12に採用したもので、車体13の床部をなす車体フレーム14と、車体フレーム14の下部に取付けた前サブフレーム15と、中央サブフレーム16と、サブフレームであるところの後サブフレーム17と、を備える。
車体フレーム14は、フロントボデー35のフロントサイドメンバ36,36と、フロントサイドメンバ36,36に接続したサイドシル37,37と、サイドシル37,37に接続したリヤフレーム38,38と、リヤフレーム38,38に取付けたフロアクロスメンバ39と、フロントフロア41と、リヤフロア42と、を備え、下部に前サブフレーム15と、中央サブフレーム16、後サブフレーム17を取付けることができる構造である。
つまり、車体構造11では、車両12の前から順番に、電動モータ47、燃料電池45,45、蓄電池48、燃料タンク(高圧水素タンク)43を搭載した。
後サブフレーム17は、井桁形状を左右のサイドフレーム56,57に前クロスメンバ58、中間クロスメンバ59、後クロスメンバ61を取付けて構成するとともに、前クロスメンバ58と中間クロスメンバ59に蓄電池48を取付け、中間クロスメンバ59と後クロスメンバ61に燃料タンク(高圧水素タンク)43を取付けるものである。
さらに、後サブフレーム17は、蓄電池48をリヤシート25の下方に配置し、燃料タンク(高圧水素タンク)43をリヤシート25の後方に配置するように構成した。
高圧水素タンク43は、既に説明したが、後サブフレーム17に載せてバンド74で固定するとともに、後サブフレーム17に取付けたリヤサスペンション32が備えるリヤサスペンション部材(ダンパー)73,73間に配置したものである。
燃料タンク(高圧水素タンク)43の全長は、Ltで、左のヘッド71に取付けたガス入出弁72を含めた長さである。Lpはタンク本体67の全長を示す。
車体構造11は、リヤシート25の下に蓄電池48を配置する構造で、左右に蓄電池本体48a,48aを配置するとともに蓄電池本体48a,48a間にコンダクター52を挟み、コンダクター52の下部75に排気管54を配置した。その結果、排気管54が車両12の底から突出せず、排気管54を保護することができる。
また、排気管54が車両12の底から突出せず、車両12の底を流れる空気を整流することができ、走行風に対する抵抗を低減することができる。
車体構造11では、リヤシート25の下に蓄電池48を配置し、左右に蓄電池本体48a,48aを配置するとともに蓄電池本体48a,48a間にコンダクター52を挟み、コンダクター52に接続コネクタ53・・・を左右方向(矢印a1の方向)から抜き差しするように横向きにした。その結果、蓄電池48を車体13の床をなす車体フレーム14に搭載した場合、接続コネクタ53・・・を配置するスペース76を確保することができる。
支持手段51は、後サブフレーム17の前クロスメンバ58に前締結部77を形成し、中間クロスメンバ59に後締結部78を形成し、蓄電池48を載せる搭載支持部材79を形成し、搭載支持部材79の前を前クロスメンバ58の前締結部77にボルト81・・・(図8参照)で締結し、搭載支持部材79の後を中間クロスメンバ59の後締結部78にボルト82・・・(図8参照)で締結したものである。
図2及び図7に示すように、後サブフレーム(リヤサスペンションサブフレーム)17は、前クロスメンバ58及び中間クロスメンバ59に囲まれた空間に蓄電池48を搭載することで、蓄電池48を収納することができる。
車両12に蓄電池48を取付ける場合は、下方から取付ける。
すなわち、車両12の車体13が備える車体フレーム14に、後サブフレーム17を一体的に連結した後、下方から矢印a4のように、蓄電池48を載せた搭載支持部材79を上昇させ、前クロスメンバ58及び中間クロスメンバ59にそれぞれボルト81・・・,ボルト82・・・を所定の軸力(例えば、トルク管理)でねじ込むことで、取付ける。
つまり、ボルト81・・・,82・・・を緩めると、搭載支持部材79とともに蓄電池48を外すことができる。
車体構造は、実施の形態では燃料電池車に適用したが、燃料電池車に限定しない。

前記サブフレーム(15)は、井桁形状を左右のサイドフレーム(56,57)に前クロスメンバ(58)、中間クロスメンバ(59)、後クロスメンバ(61)を取付けて構成するとともに、前クロスメンバ(58)と中間クロスメンバ(59)に前記蓄電池(48)を下方から取付け、中間クロスメンバ(59)と後クロスメンバ(61)に前記燃料タンク(43)を上方から取付ける構成とし、前記中間クロスメンバ(59)の壁部を前記燃料タンク(43)に沿って斜め上へ向け傾斜させることで前記中間クロスメンバ(59)を台形状とし、かつ、蓄電池(48)をリヤシート(25)の下方に配置し、燃料タンク(43)をリヤシート(25)の後方に配置するように構成したことを特徴とする車体構造。 - 前記サブフレーム(15)を車体フレーム(14)に取付けた状態で、前記蓄電池(48)の着脱を可能とする支持手段(51)を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車体構造。
- 前記燃料タンク(43)は、圧縮燃料ガスを貯蔵するタンク本体(67)を略円筒形状に形成するとともに、タンク本体(67)の端(71)のガス入出弁(72)をリヤサスペンション部材(73)に対し、車両(12)前後方向にオフセット(Lb)した位置に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車体構造。
