Description
Claims (7)
- ハイブリッド車または電気自動車の車体後部の床面を形成するリアフロアパネルと、該リアフロアパネルの下方に位置し車幅方向に延びるサスペンション部材と、該サスペンション部材の後方に位置するバッテリユニットとを備えた車体後部構造において、
前記リアフロアパネルの側端に沿って配置され車両前後方向に延びた一対のサイドメンバと、
前記リアフロアパネルの下方の前端寄りに配置され前記一対のサイドメンバ間に差し渡された第1クロスメンバと、
前記第1クロスメンバの後方で前記リアフロアパネルの下面に配置され前記一対のサイドメンバ間に差し渡された第2クロスメンバと、
前記バッテリユニットを囲んで該バッテリユニットを支持する枠状のフレーム部材と、
前記第1クロスメンバから前記第2クロスメンバまで車両左右方向の中央で差し渡されたブリッジ部材であってその後端に後側に張り出した後方フランジを有し該後方フランジによって前記第2クロスメンバに接続されているブリッジ部材と、
前記一対のサイドメンバの内部に配置され前記第2クロスメンバの前端部から後端部までに相当する範囲にわたって該一対のサイドメンバを補強するリインフォースメントとをさらに備え、
前記サスペンション部材は、前記第2クロスメンバの真下またはそれより前方に位置し、
前記一対のサイドメンバは、前記一対のリインフォースメントの前端部またはその付近から前記第1クロスメンバに向けて下方に傾斜していて、
当該車体後部構造は、
前記一対のサイドメンバの後端部から前記第2クロスメンバまでの後方領域と、前記第2クロスメンバが途絶えた位置から前記第1クロスメンバまでの前方領域とに区分されていて、
前記前方領域と前記後方領域との境界には、前記第2クロスメンバおよび前記一対のリインフォースメントが配置されていず、該境界は、前記前方領域および前記後方領域に比べて剛性が低いことを特徴とする車体後部構造。 - 前記第2クロスメンバの車両側方から見た断面は、前側に張り出した第1フランジと、後側に張り出した第2フランジと、該第1および第2フランジの間で下方に突出する凸形状とからなる逆向きのハット形状を有し、
前記第1フランジおよび第2フランジは、前記リアフロアパネルの下面にそれぞれ固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車体後部構造。 - 前記ブリッジ部材の後方フランジは、前記第2クロスメンバの第1フランジに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車体後部構造。
- 前記一対のリインフォースメントと、前記一対のサイドメンバと、前記第2クロスメンバとは、3枚重ねで接合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車体後部構造。
- 車外側に位置しシートベルトの端部を固定するアンカー部材をさらに備え、
前記アンカー部材は、前記リインフォースメントに固定されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の車体後部構造。 - 前記ブリッジ部材と前記一対のサイドメンバのいずれか一方との間に搭載される燃料タンクと、他方との間に搭載される電装部品とをさらに備え、
前記燃料タンクおよび前記電装部品は、前記第2クロスメンバには固定されず、前記ブリッジ部材と、前記一対のサイドメンバと、前記第1クロスメンバとに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の車体後部構造。 - 前記リアフロアパネルのうち前記一対のサイドメンバの後端部から前記第2クロスメンバまでの間に形成された開口部であって該開口部を通して前記バッテリユニットが該リアフロアパネルの上下に跨っている開口部をさらに備え、
前記フレーム部材は、前記開口部の縁に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の車体後部構造。
