Claims (29)

  1. 球面角φ(回転角)及びθ(仰角)に運動自由度を有し、前記自由度により、各角度方向において、少なくとも30度の角度範囲内で実質的に任意の角度位置を許容する関節と、
    前記関節に取り付けられ、人の体肢の少なくとも1点と共に運動するのに適合する、実質的に剛直な径方向の伸長要素と、
    前記関節の運動と、当該運動にともなう前記径方向伸長要素の運動とを制御するのに適合する制御装置と、
    を備えるリハビリテーション装置。
  2. 前記関節が、カンチレバー式関節を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
  3. 全く力が加えられなければ静止し続け、前記人が力を加えると動くように、前記径方向伸長要素の釣り合いが取られている、請求項1に記載の装置。
  4. 前記関節が、別々に釣り合いが取れている2つの関節を備える、請求項3に記載の装置。
  5. 前記釣り合いが、前記伸長器に選択的に取り付けられるアタッチメントの重さに合わせて変更することが出来る、請求項3又は請求項4に記載の装置。
  6. 前記釣り合いが、運動の経路に沿って、前記点におけるモーメントの変化に合致するように、前記制御装置によって変更することができる、請求項3ないし5のいずれかに記載の装置。
  7. 前記釣り合いが、前記体肢にニュートラルな浮力を提供するように設定することができる、請求項3ないし6のいずれかに記載の装置。
  8. 前記関節が球関節である、請求項1に記載の装置。
  9. 前記関節が共通の回転中心を有する2つの直交ヒンジを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
  10. 前記制御装置が機械式制御装置を備える、請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の装置。
  11. 前記制御装置が電気制御装置を備える、請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の装置。
  12. 前記自由度の運動に選択的に抵抗するのに適合した少なくとも1つのブレーキを備える、請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の装置。
  13. 前記ブレーキが前記制御装置によって連続的に制御される、請求項12に記載の装置。
  14. 前記ブレーキが前記φおよび前記θ方向のうち一方のみの、単方向性である、請求項12又は請求項13に記載の装置。
  15. 前記ブレーキが前記φ及び前記θ方向の双方で作動可能である、請求項12又は請求項13に記載の装置。
  16. 前記関節を動かすのに適合する少なくとも1つのモーターを備える、請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の装置。
  17. 前記モーターが空気モーターである、請求項16に記載の装置。
  18. 前記モーターが、少なくとも10kgの力を前記点に印加するのに適合する、請求項16又は請求項17に記載の装置。
  19. 前記モーターが前記制御装置によって連続的に制御される、請求項16ないし18のいずれかに記載の装置。
  20. 前記モーターが前記伸長器により逆転することができない、請求項16ないし19のいずれかに記載の装置。
  21. 前記人が前記制御装置によって運動するよう制御された軌道とは別の軌道で前記点を動かすときに、弾性的な追従する力を提供するのに適合する少なくとも1つの弾性要素を備える、請求項1ないし20のいずれかに記載の装置。
  22. 前記制御装置が前記弾性的な追従する力の程度を設定する、請求項21に記載の装置。
  23. 前記要素が伸長可能である、請求項1ないし22のいずれかに記載の装置。
  24. 前記要素が伸張している間釣り合っている、請求項23に記載の装置。
  25. 前記要素が電力用導管を含む、請求項1ないし24のいずれかに記載の装置。
  26. 前記関節の角度位置を報告する少なくとも1つの位置センサを含む、請求項1ないし25のいずれかに記載の装置。
  27. 前記関節に印加された力を報告する少なくとも1つの力センサをを含む、請求項1ないし26のいずれかに記載の装置。
  28. 前記制御装置が、前記運動を制御し、また、前記患者の体肢による運動を補助すること、前記患者の体肢による運動に抵抗を与えること、前記患者の体肢による運動を誘導すること、前記患者の体肢に運動するよう突付いて合図すること、及び前記患者の体肢を動かすこと、のうち少なくとも1つを提供するように構成される、請求項1ないし27のいずれかに記載の装置。
  29. 前記制御装置が、複数の異なるリハビリテーション訓練を記憶可能である、請求項28に記載の装置。
