Abstract
【解決手段】有機/無機複合材料は、第1の反応性官能基を有するポリマー、モノマー、オリゴマー、プレポリマーまたはコポリマーを含む有機成分;無機粒子;および添加剤を含む。前記無機粒子は、元々または表面処理後、前記有機成分の第1の反応性官能基と反応し化学結合を形成する第2の反応性官能基を有する。有機/無機複合材料は、有機成分のタイプにより、適切な連続相と混合して耐火塗料を提供することができる。

Claims (23)
- 有機/無機複合材料を含む耐火塗料であって、
第1の反応性官能基を有するポリマー、コポリマー、モノマー、オリゴマーまたはプレポリマーを含む有機成分、および
第2の反応性官能基を有する無機粒子を含み、
該無機粒子が、該第1の反応性官能基と該第2の反応性官能基間の反応によって有機成分に化学結合される耐火塗料。 - 前記有機/無機複合材料が、10〜90重量%の前記有機成分および90〜10重量%の前記無機粒子を含む請求項1記載の耐火塗料。
- 前記有機/無機複合材料が、30〜70重量%の前記有機成分および70〜30重量%の前記無機粒子を含む請求項1記載の耐火塗料。
- 前記第1および第2の反応性官能基には、−OH、−COOH、−NCO、−NH3、−NH2、−NHまたはエポキシ基が含まれる請求項1記載の耐火塗料。
- 前記有機成分には、ポリ酸、ポリウレタン、エポキシ、ポリオレフィンまたはポリアミンが含まれる請求項1記載の耐火塗料。
