Abstract
本发明公开了一种纸质制品印刷用阻燃涂料,其原料包括:改性松香树脂、二甲苯树脂、纳米二氧化硅、改性镍铝水滑石、磷酸三苯酯、三聚氰胺盐、消泡剂、润湿剂、分散剂;其中,所述改性镍铝水滑石的原料包括:Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O、硬脂酸锌、亚甲基丁二酸、异丁基三乙氧基硅、乙醇溶液、去离子水。本发明纸质制品印刷用阻燃涂料的阻燃性能优异。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种纸质制品印刷用阻燃涂料。
背景技术
包装盒顾名思义就是用来包装产品的盒子,可以按材料来分类比如:木盒,纸盒,布盒,皮盒,包装盒功能:保证运输中产品的安全,提升产品的档次等。现有技术的木质或纸质包装盒应用范围广,成本低,可以重复利用,但其缺点也明显:容易受潮、发霉,易燃,导致内包装物品质下降,或损坏,使用寿命较短。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种纸质制品印刷用阻燃涂料,阻燃性能优异。
本发明提出了一种纸质制品印刷用阻燃涂料,其原料包括:改性松香树脂、二甲苯树脂、纳米二氧化硅、改性镍铝水滑石、磷酸三苯酯、三聚氰胺盐、消泡剂、润湿剂、分散剂;
其中,所述改性镍铝水滑石的原料包括:Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O、硬脂酸锌、亚甲基丁二酸、异丁基三乙氧基硅、乙醇溶液、去离子水。
优选地,所述改性镍铝水滑石中,Ni、Al的摩尔比为2-3:5-7。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:80-100份改性松香树脂、20-40份二甲苯树脂、6-10份纳米二氧化硅、8-14份改性镍铝水滑石、5-9份磷酸三苯酯、4-10份三聚氰胺盐、1-2份消泡剂、1-3份润湿剂、1-2份分散剂。
优选地,所述改性镍铝水滑石的制备工艺如下:
S1、将Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O溶于去离子水中,得溶液A;将溶液A、NaOH溶液分别滴加到去离子水中,边滴加边搅拌,控制pH值,滴加完后继续搅拌,晶化,抽滤,洗涤,干燥,得镍铝水滑石前体;
S2、将镍铝水滑石前体、硬脂酸锌、亚甲基丁二酸、异丁基三乙氧基硅、乙醇溶液混合,加热,搅拌反应,抽滤,干燥,粉碎,过筛,即得改性镍铝水滑石。
优选地,S1中,将Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O溶于去离子水中,得溶液A;将溶液A、NaOH溶液分别滴加到去离子水中,边滴加边搅拌,控制pH值在9-10,滴加完毕后继续搅拌1-2h,在65-70℃下晶化12-18h,抽滤,用去离子水洗涤至中性,在96-100℃干燥3-5h,得镍铝水滑石前体。
优选地,S2中,将镍铝水滑石前体、硬脂酸锌、亚甲基丁二酸、异丁基三乙氧基硅、50-70%的乙醇溶液混合,加热至75-85℃,搅拌反应5-7h,抽滤,在70-80℃下干燥至恒重,粉碎,过60-80目筛,即得改性镍铝水滑石。
本发明以改性松香树脂、二甲苯树脂、纳米二氧化硅、改性镍铝水滑石、磷酸三苯酯、三聚氰胺盐、消泡剂、润湿剂、分散剂为原料,涂料的阻燃性能优异;本发明中添加的改性镍铝水滑石是通过硬脂酸锌、亚甲基丁二酸、异丁基三乙氧基硅对制得的镍铝水滑石前体进行改性得到,硬脂酸锌和亚甲基丁二酸能够插入到水滑石的片层之间,进行离子交换,扩大了水滑石的层间距,增强水滑石在体系中的分散性,进而提高产品的热稳定性和力学性能,异丁基三乙氧基硅对水滑石进行表面改性,与表面的羟基进行偶联,减小水滑石的表面能,提高在体系中的相容性,还可提高涂料的疏水性;改性镍铝水滑石与纳米二氧化硅共同使用不仅可以增加涂料的厚度,提高耐磨性,还可以提高改性松香树脂与二甲苯树脂的分散性,一定程度地提升了制品的力学性能,提高了拉伸和冲击强度;磷酸三苯酯、三聚氰胺盐与改性镍铝水滑石搭配使用,具有协同作用,可显著提高本发明的阻燃性能。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种纸质制品印刷用阻燃涂料,其原料按重量份包括:100份改性松香树脂、20份二甲苯树脂、10份纳米二氧化硅、8份改性镍铝水滑石、9份磷酸三苯酯、4份三聚氰胺盐、2份消泡剂、1份润湿剂、2份分散剂;
其中,所述改性镍铝水滑石的原料包括:Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O、硬脂酸锌、亚甲基丁二酸、异丁基三乙氧基硅、乙醇溶液、去离子水;所述改性镍铝水滑石中,Ni、Al的摩尔比为2:7;
所述改性镍铝水滑石的制备工艺如下:
S1、将Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O溶于去离子水中,得溶液A;将溶液A、NaOH溶液分别滴加到去离子水中,边滴加边搅拌,控制pH值在9-10,滴加完毕后继续搅拌1h,在70℃下晶化12h,抽滤,用去离子水洗涤至中性,在100℃干燥3h,得镍铝水滑石前体;
S2、将镍铝水滑石前体、硬脂酸锌、亚甲基丁二酸、异丁基三乙氧基硅、70%的乙醇溶液混合,加热至75℃,搅拌反应7h,抽滤,在70℃下干燥至恒重,粉碎,过80目筛,即得改性镍铝水滑石。
实施例2
一种纸质制品印刷用阻燃涂料,其原料按重量份包括:80份改性松香树脂、40份二甲苯树脂、6份纳米二氧化硅、14份改性镍铝水滑石、5份磷酸三苯酯、10份三聚氰胺盐、1份消泡剂、3份润湿剂、1份分散剂;
其中,所述改性镍铝水滑石的原料包括:Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O、硬脂酸锌、亚甲基丁二酸、异丁基三乙氧基硅、乙醇溶液、去离子水;所述改性镍铝水滑石中,Ni、Al的摩尔比为3:5;
所述改性镍铝水滑石的制备工艺如下:
S1、将Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O溶于去离子水中,得溶液A;将溶液A、NaOH溶液分别滴加到去离子水中,边滴加边搅拌,控制pH值在9-10,滴加完毕后继续搅拌2h,在65℃下晶化18h,抽滤,用去离子水洗涤至中性,在96℃干燥5h,得镍铝水滑石前体;
S2、将镍铝水滑石前体、硬脂酸锌、亚甲基丁二酸、异丁基三乙氧基硅、50%的乙醇溶液混合,加热至85℃,搅拌反应5h,抽滤,在80℃下干燥至恒重,粉碎,过60目筛,即得改性镍铝水滑石。
实施例3
一种纸质制品印刷用阻燃涂料,其原料按重量份包括:90份改性松香树脂、30份二甲苯树脂、8份纳米二氧化硅、11份改性镍铝水滑石、7份磷酸三苯酯、7份三聚氰胺盐、1.5份消泡剂、2份润湿剂、2份分散剂;
其中,所述改性镍铝水滑石的原料包括:Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O、硬脂酸锌、亚甲基丁二酸、异丁基三乙氧基硅、乙醇溶液、去离子水;所述改性镍铝水滑石中,Ni、Al的摩尔比为3:7;
所述改性镍铝水滑石的制备工艺如下:
S1、将Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O溶于去离子水中,得溶液A;将溶液A、NaOH溶液分别滴加到去离子水中,边滴加边搅拌,控制pH值在9-10,滴加完毕后继续搅拌1.5h,在68℃下晶化15h,抽滤,用去离子水洗涤至中性,在98℃干燥4h,得镍铝水滑石前体;
S2、将镍铝水滑石前体、硬脂酸锌、亚甲基丁二酸、异丁基三乙氧基硅、60%的乙醇溶液混合,加热至80℃,搅拌反应6h,抽滤,在75℃下干燥至恒重,粉碎,过70目筛,即得改性镍铝水滑石。

1.一种纸质制品印刷用阻燃涂料,其特征在于,其原料包括:改性松香树脂、二甲苯树脂、纳米二氧化硅、改性镍铝水滑石、磷酸三苯酯、三聚氰胺盐、消泡剂、润湿剂、分散剂;
其中,所述改性镍铝水滑石的原料包括:Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O、硬脂酸锌、亚甲基丁二酸、异丁基三乙氧基硅、乙醇溶液、去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述纸质制品印刷用阻燃涂料,其特征在于,所述改性镍铝水滑石中,Ni、Al的摩尔比为2-3:5-7。
3.根据权利要求1所述纸质制品印刷用阻燃涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:80-100份改性松香树脂、20-40份二甲苯树脂、6-10份纳米二氧化硅、8-14份改性镍铝水滑石、5-9份磷酸三苯酯、4-10份三聚氰胺盐、1-2份消泡剂、1-3份润湿剂、1-2份分散剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述纸质制品印刷用阻燃涂料,其特征在于,所述改性镍铝水滑石的制备工艺如下:
S1、将Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O溶于去离子水中,得溶液A;将溶液A、NaOH溶液分别滴加到去离子水中,边滴加边搅拌,控制pH值,滴加完后继续搅拌,晶化,抽滤,洗涤,干燥,得镍铝水滑石前体;
S2、将镍铝水滑石前体、硬脂酸锌、亚甲基丁二酸、异丁基三乙氧基硅、乙醇溶液混合,加热,搅拌反应,抽滤,干燥,粉碎,过筛,即得改性镍铝水滑石。
5.根据权利要求4所述纸质制品印刷用阻燃涂料,其特征在于,S1中,将Ni(NO3)2·6H2O、Al(NO3)3·9H2O溶于去离子水中,得溶液A;将溶液A、NaOH溶液分别滴加到去离子水中,边滴加边搅拌,控制pH值在9-10,滴加完毕后继续搅拌1-2h,在65-70℃下晶化12-18h,抽滤,用去离子水洗涤至中性,在96-100℃干燥3-5h,得镍铝水滑石前体。
6.根据权利要求4所述纸质制品印刷用阻燃涂料,其特征在于,S2中,将镍铝水滑石前体、硬脂酸锌、亚甲基丁二酸、异丁基三乙氧基硅、50-70%的乙醇溶液混合,加热至75-85℃,搅拌反应5-7h,抽滤,在70-80℃下干燥至恒重,粉碎,过60-80目筛,即得改性镍铝水滑石。
