Claims (25)
- 特に自動車用の熱交換器であって、液圧上並行な複数の流路に沿って第1媒体を流通させることができかつ第2媒体を周囲に流すことのできる管を有するものにおいて、逆方向に流通させることのできる2つの流路区域が第2媒体の主流れ方向で並置されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 並行する流路が第2媒体の主流れ方向で特に部分的に重なり合うことなく並置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 並行する流路が、第2媒体にとって到流可能な熱交換器正面の関連部分領域にそれぞれ限定されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1つの分配および/または集合手段が管と結合されて連通し、すべての分配および/または集合手段が熱交換器の片側に配置されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1つの分配および/または集合手段が、相隣接する板からなる管底を含み、管の末端が管底の底板と結合可能であり、管底の転向板の切欠き部によって少なくとも1つの貫流および/または転向通路が形成され、かつ熱交換器の周囲に対して流体密封式に蓋板で閉鎖可能であることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- ハウジングと少なくとも1つの集合室とを有する分配および/または集合手段を特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 分配および/または集合手段が切欠き部を備えた管底を含み、管が切欠き部内に受容可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の熱交換器。
- 分配および/または集合手段が、少なくとも1つのヘッド管に注ぐ少なくとも1つの冷媒入口および少なくとも1つの冷媒出口を有し、少なくとも1つのヘッド管が少なくとも1つの分離要素によって少なくとも1つの入口区域と少なくとも1つの出口区域とに区画されており、第2媒体を周囲に流すことのできる少なくとも1つの管が少なくとも1つのヘッド管に注ぐことを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 2つ以上の流路区域が横分配器によって液圧上互いに接続されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1つの転向通路が、第1媒体を順次流通させることのできる2つの流路区域の熱伝達通路を、特に所定基準に従って相接続することを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 互いに接続された2つの流路区域が第2媒体の主流れ方向で並置されていることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の熱交換器。
- 互いに接続された2つの流路区域が第2媒体の主流れ方向で直列に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の熱交換器。
- 互いに接続された2つの流路区域が単一の管内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1つの流路の区域数が2で割ることができ、特に4で割ることができることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 各流路において液圧上最初の区域が1つの管内に配置されており、この管が1つの管列の内部で管の相反する2つの側に隣り合うことを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 隣接する2つの流路が互いに鏡像対称に延びていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも2つの流路の転向通路が互いに連通していることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 1区域から液圧上後続の区域へと流路の流れ横断面が変化することを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器の運転中に流路内部で第1媒体の有する密度が低下する方向で、流路の流れ横断面が増加することを特徴とする、請求項18記載の熱交換器。
- 並置される2つの流路区域が1つの管内に配置され、特にU形の曲管を介して互いに接続されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 特に扁平管として構成される管の短い側の方向で曲管の湾曲が起きることを特徴とする、請求項20記載の熱交換器。
- すべての管が正確に1つの曲管を有することを特徴とする、請求項20または21記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1つの管が複数の熱伝達通路を有し、これらの熱伝達通路が特に異なる流路に付設され、かつ特に逆方向に流通させることができることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 管が扁平管として構成され、特に波形フィンを介装して有することを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1つの空気供給要素と少なくとも1つの熱交換器と少なくとも1つの空気案内通路とを有する特に自動車用の空調装置において、少なくとも1つの熱交換器、特に冷媒蒸発器が、先行請求項のいずれか1項に従って構成されていることを特徴とする空調装置。
