Claims (13)
- 熱交換器であって、第1媒体を熱伝達通路内で流通させることができかつ第2媒体を周囲に流すことのできる管を有し、その際第1媒体を第1集合室から第2集合室へと送ることができ、相隣接する板を有する管底を含む少なくとも1つの端部材を有し、管の末端が管底の底板と結合可能であり、管底転向板の切欠き部によって少なくとも1つの貫流通路が形成されかつ熱交換器の周囲に対して流体密封式に蓋板で密閉可能であり、端部材が1つのハウジングと少なくとも1つの集合室とを有する集合箱を含み、ハウジングと蓋板が互いに一直線に並ぶ複数の開口部を有し、ハウジングの複数の開口部と蓋板の複数の開口部が互いに整列されており、ハウジングの開口部と蓋板の開口部を通して少なくとも一方の集合室が少なくとも1つの貫流通路と連通していることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 集合箱が蓋板とろう接または溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 集合箱が蓋板と一体に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の熱交換器。
- 集合箱が管状に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 蓋板が開口部の縁に延長部を有し、これらの延長部が集合箱ハウジングの開口部内に係合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 集合箱のハウジングが開口部の縁に延長部を有し、これらの延長部が蓋板の開口部内に係合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 一直線に並ぶ2つの開口部によってそれぞれ形成される通過孔が異なる流れ横断面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 異なる流れ横断面積を有する通過孔が熱伝達通路の上流側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の熱交換器。
- 通過孔の流れ横断面積は、熱交換器運転中に集合室内部の通過孔領域で第1媒体の有する圧力が低下する方向で増加していることを特徴とする、請求項7または8記載の熱交換器。
- 通過孔の流れ横断面積は、熱交換器運転中に集合室内部の通過孔領域で第1媒体の有する密度が低下する方向で増加していることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 第1集合室の横断面積が第2集合室の横断面積よりも大きくまたは小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 集合室の横断面積の比は、熱交換器運転中に集合室内部で第1媒体の有する密度比の逆数にほぼ等しいことを特徴とする、請求項11記載の熱交換器。
- 転向板の切欠き部によって形成される少なくとも1つの転向通路が、第1媒体を順次流通させることのできる2つの流路区域の熱伝達通路を相互に接続することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
