【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】 a) 生分解性ポリマーを、そのための有機溶媒中に溶解し、
b1) 段階a)で得られた有機溶液中に活性物質を分散して、この活性物質を内部相として有する分散体を得るか、または別法として
b2) 水または活性物質のための他の水性溶媒中に溶解された活性物質を、段階a)で得た有機溶液中で乳化して、活性物質を内部水性相として有する乳濁液を得、そして
c) 段階b1)で得られる分散体または別法として段階b2)で得られる乳濁液を、連続相としてのポリエチレングリコール水溶液によるカプセル封入操作にかけ、ここで中にカプセル封入された活性物質を有する微小粒子またはナノ粒子を得る
ことからなる、生分解性ポリマー中に活性物質をカプセル封入する方法。
【請求項2】 段階c)のカプセル封入操作が、ポリエチレングリコール水溶液を撹拌および/または均質化操作にかけつつ、段階b1)で得られる分散体、または別法として段階b2)で得られる乳濁液を該水溶液に添加することにより実施される請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項3】 段階c)のカプセル封入操作が、界面活性剤なしで実施される請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項4】 段階a)で使用される有機溶媒が、(i)段階c)で使用されるポリエチレングリコールの水溶液と混和不可能または本質的に混和不可能であり;(ii)段階c)で使用されるポリエチレングリコールの水溶液中に僅かに可溶であり、また(iii)生分解性ポリマーを溶解することができる請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の方法。
【請求項5】 有機溶媒がエチルアセテート、ジクロロメタン、メチルエチルケトンまたはメチルイソブチルケトンからの1種またはそれ以上から選択される請求項4記載の方法
【請求項6】 段階c)で得られる粒子が、水性媒体でのすすぎ洗いを行ってから連続相より分離され、そして乾燥される請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の方法。
【請求項7】 粒子が、遠心分離または濾過によって連続相より分離される請求項6記載の方法。
【請求項8】 粒子が、窒素ガス流の存在下での真空乾燥、凍結乾燥または空気懸濁乾燥の1種またはそれ以上によって乾燥される請求項6または7記載の方法。
【請求項9】 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の方法によって得られる、生分解性ポリマー中にカプセル封入された活性物質を含有する徐放性の微小粒子またはナノ粒子。
【請求項1】 a) 生分解性ポリマーを、そのための有機溶媒中に溶解し、
b1) 段階a)で得られた有機溶液中に活性物質を分散して、この活性物質を内部相として有する分散体を得るか、または別法として
b2) 水または活性物質のための他の水性溶媒中に溶解された活性物質を、段階a)で得た有機溶液中で乳化して、活性物質を内部水性相として有する乳濁液を得、そして
c) 段階b1)で得られる分散体または別法として段階b2)で得られる乳濁液を、連続相としてのポリエチレングリコール水溶液によるカプセル封入操作にかけ、ここで中にカプセル封入された活性物質を有する微小粒子またはナノ粒子を得る
ことからなる、生分解性ポリマー中に活性物質をカプセル封入する方法。
【請求項2】 段階c)のカプセル封入操作が、ポリエチレングリコール水溶液を撹拌および/または均質化操作にかけつつ、段階b1)で得られる分散体、または別法として段階b2)で得られる乳濁液を該水溶液に添加することにより実施される請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項3】 段階c)のカプセル封入操作が、界面活性剤なしで実施される請求項1記載の方法。
【請求項4】 段階a)で使用される有機溶媒が、(i)段階c)で使用されるポリエチレングリコールの水溶液と混和不可能または本質的に混和不可能であり;(ii)段階c)で使用されるポリエチレングリコールの水溶液中に僅かに可溶であり、また(iii)生分解性ポリマーを溶解することができる請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の方法。
【請求項5】 有機溶媒がエチルアセテート、ジクロロメタン、メチルエチルケトンまたはメチルイソブチルケトンからの1種またはそれ以上から選択される請求項4記載の方法
【請求項6】 段階c)で得られる粒子が、水性媒体でのすすぎ洗いを行ってから連続相より分離され、そして乾燥される請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の方法。
【請求項7】 粒子が、遠心分離または濾過によって連続相より分離される請求項6記載の方法。
【請求項8】 粒子が、窒素ガス流の存在下での真空乾燥、凍結乾燥または空気懸濁乾燥の1種またはそれ以上によって乾燥される請求項6または7記載の方法。
【請求項9】 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載の方法によって得られる、生分解性ポリマー中にカプセル封入された活性物質を含有する徐放性の微小粒子またはナノ粒子。
