Abstract
【解決手段】除去剤、高分子化合物及び2種以上の溶媒を混合し、得られた混合物を乾燥させる。高分子化合物が一方の溶媒に対しては溶解性が高く、他方の溶媒に対して溶解性が低い場合、乾燥時に溶媒が蒸発するに従い、高分子化合物は高分子化合物の良溶媒の側に濃縮されて相分離し、除去剤同士を結びつけるバインダーとなる。高分子化合物の貧溶媒が存在していた部分は孔となり、形成される固形物が多孔性となるため、除去性能を大きく低下させることなく、粒径の大きな粒状に固形化することが可能となる。

Description
エチルセルロース、エタノール、シクロヘキサンをそれぞれ1、5、5の重量比率で混合して高分子ドープ液を調製した。除去剤として水酸化カルシウムを主成分とする粉状(平均粒径10μm)の吸着剤5gとこの高分子ドープ液10gとを混練し、得られた混合物を105℃で24時間乾燥させ、粒径1〜2mmに粉砕した。
酢酸セルロース、アセトン、ホルムアミドをそれぞれ、1、10、10の重量比率で混合して高分子ドープ液を調製した。除去剤として希土類金属を含む粉状ベントナイト系吸着剤(平均粒径100μm)5gとこの高分子ドープ液5gとを混練し、得られた混合物を105℃で一週間乾燥させ、粒径1〜2mmに粉砕した。
酢酸セルロース、アセトン、ホルムアミドをそれぞれ、1、10、10の重量比率で混合して高分子ドープ液を調製した。除去剤として含水率50重量%の希土類金属を含むベントナイト系吸着剤スラリー10gとこの高分子ドープ液5gとを混練し、得られた混合物を105℃で3日間乾燥させ、粒径1〜2mmに粉砕した。
Claims (8)
- 除去剤、高分子化合物及び2種以上の溶媒を混合し、得られた混合物を乾燥させることを特徴とする除去材の製造方法。
- 請求項1において、該高分子化合物が、セルロース系高分子化合物、ポリスルホン、ポリアクリロニトリル、及びポリアミドよりなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種以上であることを特徴とする除去材の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2において、該2種以上の溶媒は、前記高分子化合物の貧溶媒と良溶媒とを含むことを特徴とする除去材の製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項において、該溶媒が、ケトン、アミド、アルコール及び飽和炭化水素よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする除去材の製造方法。
- 請求項4において、該溶媒が、アセトン、ホルムアミド、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルアセトアミド、メタノール、エタノール、イソプロピルアルコール、ヘキサン及びシクロヘキサンよりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする除去材の製造方法。
- 請求項3ないし5のいずれか1項において、該溶媒の総量に対する良溶媒の割合が50〜90重量%であり、該高分子化合物の割合が、該溶媒の総量に対して1〜20重量%であることを特徴とする除去材の製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項において、該除去剤の重量と、該高分子化合物及び溶媒の合計重量との比が、除去剤:高分子化合物及び溶媒=1:0.5〜2であることを特徴とする除去材の製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造された除去材。
