Claims (14)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju poliesterskog polimera koji obuhvaća:
a) polikondenzaciju poliesterskog polimera u prisutnosti jednog ili više polikondenzacijskih katalizatora;
b) dodavanje barem jednog aditivnog spoja koji sadrži spoj deaktivator katalizatora za navedeni poliesterski polimer nakon što je navedeni poliesterski polimer dostigao unutrašnju viskoznost (It. V.) od barem 0,45 dl/g, It. V. se određuje na 25 °C u 60 % fenola i 40 % 1,1,2,2-tetrakloretana pri koncentraciji od 0,25 g/50 ml uz upotrebu viskozimetra prema ASTM D 4603 ili ASTM D 5225; i
c) daljnje povećanje vrijednosti It.V navedenog poliesterskog polimera do It.V od barem 0,72 dl/g čime se dobije poliesterski polimer s koncentracijom vinilnih krajeva od barem 0,8 µeq/gram, i brzinom stvaranja acetaldehida (AA) od manje od 22 ppm, postupak mjerenja koncentracije vinilnih krajeva je definiran u opisu, i brzina stvaranja AA je određena je na 295 °C kroz 5 min koristeći ASTM # F 2013-00, pri čemu je odgovarajuće pripremanje uzorka za mjerenje koncentracije vinilnih krajeva i brzina stvaranja AA je definirana u opisu;
naznačen time da navedeni polikondenzacijski katalizator sadrži titanij i navedeni deaktivatator katalizatora sadrži fosforove atome i prisutan je u takvoj količini da je molarni omjer fosfora prema titaniju najmanje 0,7 do 1.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se dodavanje navedenog spoja deaktivatora katalizatora provodi nakon što je navedeni poliesterski polimer dosegao It.V. od barem 0,68 dl/g.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedeni polikondenzacijski katalizator sadrži titanijev alkoksid i pri čemu je navedeni titanijev alkoksid prisutan u takvoj količini da poliesterski polimer sadrži 3 ppm do 35 ppm titanija, na osnovi težine poliesterskog polimera.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da navedeni polikondenzacijski katalizator sadrži antimon triacetat ili antimon trioksid, pri čemu je navedeni antimon triacetat ili antimon trioksid prisutan u takvoj količini da je u poliesterskom polimeru 20 ppm do 300 ppm antimona, na osnovi težine poliesterskog polimera.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedeni polikondenzacijski katalizator sadrži barem jedan aluminijev spoj koji sadrži aluminijeve karboksilate, bazične aluminijeve karboksilate, aluminijeve alkokside, ili njihovu kombinaciju, pri čemu je navedeni aluminijev spoj prisutan u količini od u rasponu od 2 ppm do 150 ppm na temelju težine aluminija u odnosu na težinu poliesterskog polimera.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedeni deaktivator katalizatora sadrži atome fosfora u količini od 3 ppm do 250 ppm na temelju težine fosfora u odnosu na težinu poliesterskog polimera.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da su navedeni atomi fosfora dobiveni od fosforne kiseline, fosforaste kiseline, polifosforne kiseline, pirofosforne kiseline, karboksifosfonske kiseline, derivata fosfonske kiseline ili svake od njihovih soli i estera i derivata.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je oblikovani proizvod dobiven iz navedenog poliesterskog polimera, pri čemu je navedeni oblikovani proizvod predobradak za bocu.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedeni poliesterski polimer sadrži polietilen tereftalat, pri čemu navedeni polietilen tereftalat poliester sadrži ne više od 10 molnih postotaka ostataka diola koji nisu ostaci etilen glikola, i ne više od 10 molnih postotaka ostataka dikiseline koji nisu ostatci tereftalne kiseline, pri čemu su molni postotci ostataka diola bazirani na 100 molnih postotaka ukupnih ostataka diola u poliesteru i pri čemu je molarni postotak ostataka dikiseline baziran na 100 molnih postotaka ukupnih ostataka dikiseline u poliesteru.
10. Pripravak poliesterskog polimera koji sadrži poliesterske polimere koji sadrže jedinice alkilen arilata, navedeni polimer ima unutrašnju viskoznost (It. V.) od najmanje 0,72 dl/g, It.V. koja se određuje na 25 °C u 60 % fenola i 40 % 1,1,2,2-tetrakloretana pri koncentraciji od 0,25 g/50 ml uz upotrebu viskozimetra prema ASTM D 4603 ili ASTM D 5225, koncentraciju vinilnih krajeva od 2.0 µeq/g, i brzinu stvaranja acetaldehida (AA) od 18 ppm ili manje, postupak mjerenja koncentracije vinilnih krajeva je definiran u opisu, i brzina stvaranja AA je kod 295 °C tijekom 5 min koristeći ASTM # F 2013-00, pri čemu je odgovarajuće pripremanje uzorka za mjerenje koncentracije vinilnih krajeva i brzine stvaranja AA definirano u opisu, redom;
pri čemu navedeni polikondenzacijski katalizator sadrži titanij i navedeni deaktivator katalizatora sadrži atome fosfora i prisutan je u takvoj količini da je molarni omjer fosfora prema titaniju barem 0,7 do 1.
11. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da navedeni polimer ima brzinu stvaranja AA od 10 ppm ili manje.
12. Pripravak prema zahtjevu10, naznačen time da navedeni polimer ima It. V. od najmanje 0,76 dl/g dobivenu u fazi taljevine u postupku polimerizacije.
13. Pripravak prema zahtjevu10, naznačen time da pripravak nadalje sadrži aluminijeve atome u količini u rasponu od 2 ppm do 150 ppm na osnovi težine poliesterskog polimera, ili titanijeve atome u količini u rasponu od 3 ppm do 35 ppm na osnovi težine poliesterskog polimera.
14. Predobradak za bocu naznačen time da je dobiven iz pripravka prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do13.
