Abstract
Un electrodo activado para una pila electroquímica no acuosa, que tiene como un precursor de este un óxido metálico de litio con la fórmula xLi2MnO3*(1-x)LiMn2-yMyO4 para 0<x<1 y 0y<1 en el que los componentes Li2MnO3y LiMn2-yMyO4 tienen estructuras estratificadas y de tipo espinela, respectivamente, y en el que M es uno o más cationes metálicos, dicho electrodo activado se activa mediante la eliminación de litina, o de litio y litina, a partir de dicho precursor.
