技术领域
本发明涉及一种键盘,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种计算机键盘。
背景技术
用于计算机的打印机是相当昂贵的设备。与此相应,在办公场所中,通常是许多工作间共用一台打印机,所述工作间的计算机与所述打印机相连。
这迫使在工作间的人们不得不起身去打印机取他们的文件,而浪费时间,比如,在打印了一封信或浏览一张图片且需要所述图片的硬拷贝的情况下。
桌上喷墨打印机的成本比较低,但是通常占据相当大的桌面空间。如果把打印功能集成到桌上计算机的键盘中,可以节省所占用的桌面空间。
虽然在技术上可以把一个扫描喷墨打印机集成到一个键盘中,但是这有几个缺点,包括体积过大和随打印头移动而造成的左右振动。

发明内容
本发明首先提供一种键盘,特别是一种用于计算机的键盘,所述键盘包括:
一个机架;
由所述机架支撑的一字母数字型键盘;和
一个设置在所述机架中的纸宽打印机。
所述机架的尺寸与标准计算机键盘的尺寸相近,沿着所述机架的一条长边设置有一个出纸口,打印后打印介质由打印机从所述的出纸口送出。
优选地,沿着所述机架的相对的另一条长边设置有一个进纸口,以把打印介质传送给所述打印机。典型地,打印介质是纸张,且每次传送给打印机一张纸。
所述键盘可以包括一个安装在机架中的进纸装置,以把打印介质从所述进纸口传送给打印机。所述进纸装置可以设置在机架内,可以采用皮带驱动的装置把打印介质传送给打印机。
更进一步地,所述键盘可以包括一个设置在所述打印机和所述出纸口之间的啮合装置,用于把打印介质至出纸口外。因而,所述啮合装置可以作为所述打印机的后序装置,可以采用一个或多个棘轮的形式夹紧打印介质以把打印介质传送至出纸口。
如上所述,所述键盘是特别用于计算机的。相应地,所述键盘可以包括一个标准打字机(QWERTRY)键盘、一个数字小键盘和多个控制按键。
所述机架可以包括一个用于打印机的墨水供应装置补给的入孔,所述入孔可用机架顶部表面上的一个盖子盖住。打印机的所述墨水供应装置可以包括一个可更换的墨盒,所述墨盒是通过机架上所述的入孔而进入机架中的。
优选地,所述打印机是一台彩色打印机。所述打印机可以是一台照片质量打印机。
打印头可以包括一喷嘴阵列,所述的喷嘴阵列是采用微电子机械(MEMS)技术制造的。
其次,本发明提供一个计算机键盘,所述计算机键盘包括:
一个带有一个按键阵列并设定一个腔的机架;
一个设置在所述机架的腔内的纸宽喷墨打印机;和
一个位于机架的一边用于向所述打印机供应打印介质的进纸口,和一个位于机架的相对的另一边用于在打印后把打印介质送出的出纸口。

具体实施方式
在所述的图中,标号10表示一个依本发明做的键盘。特别是,所述键盘10适用于计算机。所述键盘10包括一个机架12,在所述的机架12上设置有一个键盘14。有一台打印机16(图2和图3)安装在所述键盘10的机架12所设定的腔内。
所述机架12的尺寸与常规计算机键盘的尺寸类似,投影在平面上,其形状大体上是矩形的,有一对相对的长边和一对相对的短边。在所述机架12的一条长边上设置有一个进纸口22,用来把纸张24之类的打印介质传送给打印机16。优选地,设置所述进纸口22的机架12的边选为,使所述进纸口22在使用时更靠近键盘10的使用者。
在机架的相对的另一长边上设置有一个出纸口26,打印上图像28后的打印介质在打印完成后,被从所述的出纸口送出。一个出纸盘30从所述出纸口26向外伸出,纸在打印后传送到所述出纸盘30。
所述键盘14包括一个由设置在一个标准打印机键盘中的多个按键38组成的按键阵列32、一个数字小键盘34和多个控制按键36。所述键盘14中的每个按键38都包括一个键帽40,所述每个键帽40分别通过一个位于所述机架12顶部表面的开口与键盘电路板42(图2和图3)相连。所述键帽40与安装在所述电路板42上的键开关44接合。
所述打印机16包括一个安装在支架48上的纸宽喷墨打印头46。所述打印头46是一个多色打印头,用来打印照片质量的图像28。相应地,所述支架包括多个纵槽50,所述每个纵槽50装有不同颜色的墨水,通过通道52供应给所述打印头46。
所述打印机16包括一个控制器印刷电路板(PCB)55。所述印刷电路板(PCB)55通过一个USB连接器56(图1)从计算机(图中没有显示)接收打印命令。一个打印头印刷电路板(PCB)54与所述打印头46通过一个TAB自动粘合薄膜58或者任何其它合适的柔韧薄膜连接。所述的控制器印刷电路板(PCB)55通过一个柔韧性薄膜与打印头印刷电路板(PCB)54相连。
一个闭锁装置,以闭锁元件60的形式,把打印头锁定在所述机架12的腔18中,所述锁定是可以释放的。所述闭锁装置60包含一个凸轮状的闭锁元件62。
更进一步,打印机16包括一个墨水供应盒(图中没有显示)用来向所述的打印头支架48的墨水纵槽50供应墨水。所述墨水供应盒通过一个开口装入,所述开口位于机架12的上表面,由一个盖子64封闭(图1),是用来更换用完墨的墨盒的。
所述键盘10包括一个进纸机构66用来把纸张24送给打印机16。所述进纸机构66包含一个环形的皮带68,所述皮带由一个驱动轮70驱动,并延伸至相对的一个从动轮72。一个弹性金属片74之类的平面元件支承着所述皮带,以保持所述皮带68的平面度,相应地,也保持所述纸张24的平面度。
一个最少带有一个棘轮76的啮合装置,设置在所述打印机与所述出纸口之间。所述棘轮76夹紧纸张24,在图像28打印完成后,把打印介质从所述出纸口26传出,以供使用者取用。
在使用中,当需要打印一幅图像时,使用者通过所述的进纸口22向所述键盘中插入一张纸,在进纸口22中,所述纸张被所述的进纸机构66传送给打印机。通过来自计算机的适当指令,需打印的信息或图像通过所述USB连接器56和所述控制器印刷电路板(PCB)55传递给打印机16。所述打印机16由所述印刷电路板(PCB)55控制,在纸张24上打印所述图像28,并且把带着打印好的的图像的纸张24从出纸口26传出来。
本发明的一个优点在于:提供了一个计算机的外围设备,使得使用者可以坐在个人电脑前就可以快速得到图像的拷贝。在这点上,应该指出的是所述打印机16是一台高速打印机,其打印速度可以达到每分钟30页。因此,不再需要使用公共的工作间站。此外,把打印机集成到所述键盘10中,使得计算机和其外设占用的空间变小,从而给使用者提供更多的空间。应该提出的是,在工作间的工作空间狭窄的情况下,这将是十分有利的。

Claims (10)

1.一种键盘,包括:
一个机架;
一个由所述机架支撑的字母数字型键盘,所述键盘包括安装在一个电路板上的多个按键开关;
一台设置在所述机架中的纸宽打印机;
一个位于机架一侧的进纸口,用于接收进入机架内的打印介质,和
一个进纸装置,所述进纸装置安装在所述电路板与所述机架的一个底面之间,所述进纸装置设置用于从所述进纸口到所述打印机承载并传送所述打印介质。
2.如权利要求1所述的键盘,其特征在于:所述机架的尺寸与计算机键盘机架的尺寸大致相同,在所述机架的一边上设置有一个出纸口,在所述打印机把图像打印在打印介质上之后,通过所述的出纸口把打印介质传出来。
3.如权利要求2所述的键盘,其特征在于:所述的进纸口安装在所述机架上与出纸口相对的一边上。
4.如权利要求2所述的键盘,其特征在于:在所述打印机和所述出纸口之间设置有一个啮合装置,以把打印介质从所述出纸口传出来。
5.如权利要求1中所述的键盘,其特征在于:所述键盘包括一个标准打字机键盘、一个数字小键盘和多个控制按键。
6.如权利要求1中所述的键盘,其特征在于:所述机架包括一个入孔,使得打印机的墨水供给装置可以补充墨水。
7.如权利要求6所述的键盘,其特征在于:所述打印机的墨水供给装置包括一个墨盒,所述墨盒是通过所述机架上的所述入孔装入的。
8.如权利要求1中所述的键盘,其特征在于:所述打印机是一个彩色打印机。
9.如权利要求8所述的键盘,其特征在于:所述的打印机是一个照片质量彩色打印机。
10.如权利要求1所述的键盘,其特征在于:所述打印机中的打印头包括一个喷嘴阵列,所述喷嘴阵列是采用微电子机械技术制造的。
