Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to discharge a static electricity generated at the time of contact of a material to be conveyed with a pad through the pad by a method wherein the pad for attracting the material to be conveyed at the time of handling is formed of a metal and the pad is grounded. CONSTITUTION:If a pad 1 comes into contact to a package 10 when the package 10 of a semiconductor device 9 is attracted, a static electricity is generated between the pad 1 and the package 10. The pad has a good conductivity as being constituted of a metal and the electricity is caused to flow to the side of the pad 1. Thereby, the static electricity passes through a first air pipe 2, flows in a spring 6 from a ring 3 and passes through an arm 7 grounded to escape. Therefore, electrification of the package 10 can be reduced.
