技术领域
本公开内容总体上涉及用于机动车辆的全显示后视镜,并且更具体地涉及用于在活动位置与不活动位置之间自动移动显示镜基体的机构。
背景技术

发明内容

在与这种布置连接时,后视镜10的上述内部部件、包括安装板20和致动轮34、可通过安装板20绕其第一端部22的旋转而使基体52在壳体14内并相对于壳体14移动。这种移动对于根据显示基体52是否处于关闭状态或开启状态来定位基体52而言是有用的。当显示基体52处于如图1A所描绘的不活动状态时,反射表面54可意在被用于并且/或者可被定位成允许后视镜10用作为通常的后视镜,这意味着基体52可被定位成使得车辆12后方的图像可被反射至车辆12的驾驶员。
然而,当处于上述的活动状态时,在显示基体52之上存在反射表面54可使由反射表面54反射的图像与呈现在显示基体52上的图像竞争。为了减轻这种图像竞争,可移动基体52使得反射表面54将顶棚60的图像反射至驾驶员。由于车辆顶棚是大体上一致的、非反射性材料,这种图像与显示基体52的视频图像竞争较少。因此,通过致动机构,后视镜10、包括安装板20和致动轮34、可提供显示基体52在其用于在显示基体52处于不活动状态时使用反射表面54的适当位置与用于在显示基体52处于活动状态时观察显示的图像而没有不希望的竞争的适当位置之间的自动再定位。
如图1所示,当显示基体52处于不活动状态时,后视镜可被构造成使得显示基体52处于第一位置,如由线55指示的那样。当显示基体52如此取向时,第一位置的准确取向能够以与用于常规后视镜的方式相似的方式通过壳体14(显示基体52固定至该壳体14)绕安装结构58的移动由用户调整以便在显示基体52处于不活动状态时使用反射表面54。安装结构58可与安装板20联接,且安装板20可在壳体14内并相对于壳体14移动。以这种方式,安装板20可在显示基体22通过致动机构再定位期间保持相对于安装结构58静止(超出这种调整的范围),致动机构用于相对于安装板20、并且因而相对于安装结构58移动壳体、并且因而移动基体52,这一点在下文进一步说明。
在启用显示基体52时,如下文进一步说明的那样,后视镜10能够使显示基体52连同壳体14一起相对于安装板20向上倾斜,由此使反射表面54朝向顶棚60取向,如图3所示。这种取向可通过使壳体14绕安装板20的第一端部22相对于安装板20倾斜经过介于约5°至约10°之间的角度而实现,在一个实施例中上述角度为约6°,然而这个角度可基于后视镜10的位置和结构而改变。这种旋转导致基体52旋转至由图3中所示的线57指示的第二位置,线57对应于壳体14相对于安装板20旋转(例如、约6°)而定位成相对于第一位置线55成一角度78。在停用显示基体52时,后视镜10能够使显示基体52返回至图1中所示的取向。
显示基体52通过后视镜10的移动能够通过旋转致动轮34以通过销38与座部26的可操作的接合而移动安装板20来实现。致动轮34的旋转能够在显示基体52的状态发生改变(从活动状态至不活动状态或反之亦然)时自动地实施。在示例中,在检测到显示基体52发生故障时或在车辆12掉电时致动轮34能够自动地旋转以使显示基体52从活动状态(图3所示)移动至不活动状态(图1所示)。通过使用致动轮34来使壳体14相对于安装板20移动以实现基体52的这种定位,在关闭状态下使用后视镜10期间,这意味着在停用显示基体52时,壳体14可停留在所选位置,进而导致基体52返回至图1所示的位置,在不活动状态下使用后视镜10期间,后视镜10可处于大体上可接受的位置。
如上所述,基体52的移动能够通过上述构型以及致动轮34和安装板20的相互定位来实现。关于图4至图11,为了清楚,致动轮34绕轴线36的旋转移动被描述为沿相对于壳体14大体上向外或向内的方向移动安装板20的第二端部24,由此使安装板20相对于壳体旋转。如上文论述的那样,当被定位在车辆12内时,安装板是静止的,这意味着安装板20相对于壳体14的这种相对移动(诸如在图4至图11中示出的过程中)被理解为实施壳体14的移动,其涉及基体52在第一位置55(图1A)与第二位置57(图3)之间的移动。

如上所述,安装板20在其第一端部22处与壳体14可旋转地联接。这种联接可通过将铰链结合至壳体14和安装板20的第一端部22的相应部分或通过在安装板20与壳体14之间联接单独的铰链(未示出)来实现。如在图1A中进一步示出的那样,安装板20能够大体上延伸穿过壳体14的竖向高度的大部分并且能够进一步具有足以与安装结构58稳定地联接的宽度,上述联接包括安装结构与从安装板20延伸穿过壳体14的对应部分中的孔61的球形接头部分59的连接。安装板20又能够在基体52被支承在壳体14上的情况下绕安装板20的第一端部22上的铰链等与壳体14可移动地联接。

此外,凸轮40能够由诸如各种弹性体材料等的大体上可压缩的聚合物材料制成并且能够相对于图2和图5中所示的定位而进一步过大,使得当致动轮34根据图4和图5定位时,凸轮40被压缩成至少略微靠向第一扇形表面28,进而导致了凸轮40与第一扇形表面28之间的压力。这样的构型能够在处于这种被锁定的状态中时进一步使安装板20稳定。因此,凸轮40可被构造成使得第一接合部分42和第二接合部分44包括凸轮40的从轴线38以最大距离延伸的部分。凸轮40与第一扇形表面28或第二扇形表面30之间产生的摩擦力能够足以保持第一接合部分42与第一扇形表面28(或如下文进一步说明的第二接合部分44与第二扇形表面30)之间的接合,包括在后视镜10振动的情况下。

现返回至图1A,后视镜10可包括联接在壳体14内并在延伸臂64之间横向定位的电机82。一个或多个致动轮34能够与电机82的输出轴联接使得电机82能够驱动上述的轮34的旋转移动。在一实施例中,电机82可以是12伏DC电机,其可被构造成直接驱动轮34的旋转或可根据需要包括减速机构。电机82可被控制成使致动轮34在约2秒或更少的时间内旋转经过上述运动,并且能够被构造成通过足以导致上述的凸轮40在处于被锁定状态时的压缩的转矩引起对应于图11的活动位置和图4的不活动位置二者的旋转。因此,基体52能够被保持处于活动位置或不活动位置中所选择的一者中而不需要电机82提供动力。
在一实施例中,用于电机82的控制电路装置62能够被构造成在提供给基体52的动力丧失时、如果必要的话、使基体52移动至不活动位置,动力丧失可包括意外的动力丧失或在相关联的车辆12被关闭时。如上所述,上述12伏DC电机与后视镜10相结合使用可使在电机82的控制中具有更大的耐受性,因为在上述位置中销38与座部26脱离接合。此外,这种构型能够导致后视镜10能够在范围从-40℃至约90℃的温度条件下如上文所述那样运行。
将会理解,任何所述过程或所述过程内的步骤均可与其它公开的过程或步骤结合以形成本装置的范围内的结构。本文公开的示例性结构和过程是为了进行说明而不应当被理解为进行限制。

Claims (20)
1.一种用于车辆的后视镜,包括:
壳体,所述壳体限定内部腔和开放侧;
基体,所述基体在所述壳体的所述开放侧内延伸并在所述基体上具有反射表面;以及
致动机构,所述致动机构使所述基体与所述壳体可移动地联接并且包括:
安装板,所述安装板在所述安装板的第一端部处可旋转地联接在所述壳体的所述腔内,所述安装板限定座部以及第一扇形表面和第二扇形表面,所述座部在所述第一端部的相反侧开口,所述第一扇形表面和所述第二扇形表面与所述座部相邻;以及
致动轮,所述致动轮在所述安装板的所述第一端部的相反侧联接在所述壳体的所述腔内并且能够绕轴线旋转,所述致动轮包括销和凸轮,所述销能够与所述座部接合以使所述安装板在第一位置与第二位置之间旋转,所述凸轮能够与所述第一扇形表面和所述第二扇形表面交替地接合,以在与所述第一扇形表面接合时将所述安装板紧固在所述第一位置并在与所述第二扇形表面接合时将所述安装板紧固在所述第二位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的后视镜,其中,所述致动轮的旋转包括经过移动阶段的旋转,所述移动阶段包括使所述致动轮旋转经过预定角度的所述销与所述座部的接合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的后视镜,其中,所述致动轮的旋转包括经过锁定阶段的旋转,所述锁定阶段包括所述销与所述座部脱离接合以及所述凸轮与所述第一扇形表面和所述第二扇形表面中相应的一者接合。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的后视镜,其中,所述基体包括显示屏,并且其中,所述反射表面与所述显示屏叠置。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的后视镜,其中,
所述第一扇形表面和所述第二扇形表面在与所述第一扇形表面和所述第二扇形表面之间的交叉点相邻处限定顶点,所述顶点限定在所述安装板在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间旋转期间相对于所述轴线的最小距离;
所述凸轮限定绕开部分,所述绕开部分的半径小于所述最小距离。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的后视镜,其中,
所述第一扇形表面定位成当所述安装板处于所述第一位置时与所述轴线相距第一距离;并且
所述凸轮限定第一接合部分,所述第一接合部分的至少一部分限定与所述轴线的第二距离,所述第二距离大于所述第一距离,所述第一接合部分在所述凸轮上定位成与所述第一扇形表面接合以通过所述第一接合部分抵靠所述扇形表面的压缩将所述安装板紧固在所述第一位置中。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的后视镜,其中,所述凸轮限定第一接合部分和第二接合部分,所述第一接合部分和所述第二接合部分各自包括所述凸轮的与所述轴线相距最大距离的部分,所述部分定位在分别绕轴线约220度与约260度之间。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的后视镜,进一步包括电机,所述电机联接在所述壳体的所述腔内,所述致动轮与所述电机联接并能够通过所述电机绕所述轴线旋转。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的后视镜,其中,所述壳体限定与所述安装板相邻的孔,所述后视镜进一步包括:
安装结构,所述安装结构与所述安装板联接并延伸穿过所述壳体中的所述孔,通过所述安装板在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间的运动所述壳体能够关于所述安装结构移动经过约6度的角度。
10.一种用于车辆的后视系统,包括:
视频摄像机,所述视频摄像机安装在所述车辆上适当位置中以捕捉所述车辆的外部的一部分的图像;以及
显示镜组件,所述显示镜组件包括:
基体,所述基体包括显示器,所述显示器与所述摄像机电子连通以便在所述显示器上呈现所述图像,单面反射层叠置在所述显示器上;
安装板,所述安装板限定第一端部、座部以及第一扇形表面,所述座部在所述第一端部的相反侧开口,所述第一扇形表面与所述座部相邻;
安装结构,所述安装结构联接于所述安装板与所述车辆的一部分之间;
壳体,所述壳体支承所述显示器并限定内部腔并且在所述腔中与所述安装板的第一端部可旋转地联接;以及
致动轮,所述致动轮联接在所述壳体的所述腔内并且能够绕轴线旋转,所述致动轮包括销和外周表面,所述外周表面通过所述致动轮的旋转运动能够分别与所述座部和所述第一扇形表面交替地接合。
11.根据权利要求10所述的系统,进一步包括:
电机,所述电机安装在所述壳体的所述腔内,所述致动轮与所述电机联接以驱动所述致动轮的所述旋转运动;以及
控制电路装置,所述控制电路装置与所述电机联接以便控制所述电机驱动所述致动轮的所述旋转运动。
12.根据权利要求11所述的系统,其中,
所述致动轮的所述旋转运动使所述壳体相对于所述安装板在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间移动;并且
所述控制电路装置进一步与所述显示器电子连通并且在启用所述显示器或停用所述显示器中的一种情况发生时自动地引起所述致动轮的所述旋转运动以使所述壳体在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间移动。
13.根据权利要求12所述的系统,其中,当处于所述第二位置时,所述基体朝向所述车辆的顶棚相对于所述第一位置倾斜介于5度和10度之间的角度。
14.根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的系统,其中,
所述安装板进一步限定第二扇形表面,所述第二扇形表面与所述第一扇形表面相邻;
所述致动轮的所述外周表面限定第一接合部分和第二接合部分,通过所述致动轮的所述旋转运动所述第一接合部分和所述第二接合部分能够与所述第一扇形表面和所述第二扇形表面交替地接合,以在与所述第一扇形表面接合时将所述安装板紧固于所述第一位置并在与所述第二扇形表面接合时将所述安装板紧固于所述第二位置。
15.根据权利要求10至14中任一项所述的系统,其中,
所述壳体限定孔,所述孔与所述安装板相邻;以及
所述安装结构延伸穿过所述壳体中的所述孔。
16.一种车辆,包括:
挡风玻璃;
顶棚,所述顶棚与所述挡风玻璃的上边缘相邻;以及
镜组件,所述镜组件包括:
基体,所述基体包括显示器和单向反射层,所述单向反射层叠置在所述显示器上;
安装板,所述安装板具有第一端部并限定座部和第一扇形表面,所述座部在所述第一端部的相反侧开口,所述第一扇形表面与所述座部相邻;
安装结构,所述安装结构与所述安装板联接并在与所述挡风玻璃的所述上边缘相邻处与所述车辆联接;
壳体,所述壳体支承所述显示器并限定内部腔并且在所述腔中与所述安装板的第一端部可旋转地联接;以及
致动轮,所述致动轮联接在所述壳体的所述腔内并且能够绕轴线旋转,所述致动轮包括销和外周表面,所述外周表面通过所述致动轮的旋转运动能够分别与所述座部和所述第一扇形表面交替地接合,这使所述壳体相对于所述安装板在第一位置与第二位置之间移动。
17.根据权利要求16所述的车辆,其中,当处于所述第二位置时,所述基体朝向所述顶棚相对于所述第一位置倾斜介于5度和10度之间的角度。
18.根据权利要求16或17所述的车辆,进一步包括视频摄像机,所述视频摄像机安装在所述车辆上适当位置中以捕捉所述车辆的外部的一部分的图像,其中,
所述显示器与所述摄像机电子连通以便在所述显示器上呈现所述图像。
19.根据权利要求18所述的车辆,进一步包括:
电机,所述电机安装在所述壳体的所述腔内,所述致动轮与所述电机联接以驱动所述致动轮的所述旋转运动;以及
控制电路装置,所述控制电路装置与所述电机联接以便控制所述电机驱动所述致动轮的所述旋转运动,所述控制电路装置进一步与所述显示器电子连通并且在启用所述显示器或停用所述显示器中的一种情况发生时自动地引起所述致动轮的所述旋转运动以使所述壳体在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间移动。
20.根据权利要求16至19中任一项所述的车辆,其中,
所述安装板进一步限定第二扇形表面,所述第二扇形表面与所述第一扇形表面相邻;
所述致动轮的所述外周表面限定第一接合部分和第二接合部分,通过所述致动轮的所述旋转运动所述第一接合部分和所述第二接合部分能够与所述第一扇形表面和所述第二扇形表面交替地接合,以在与所述第一扇形表面接合时将所述安装板紧固于所述第一位置并在与所述第二扇形表面接合时将所述安装板紧固于所述第二位置。
