Abstract
método de função livre, aparelho de fundição livre e peça fundida. a presente invenção refere-se a um método de fundição livre que inclui uma etapa de condução para fora conduzir para fora metal fundido de uma área de condução para fora (p) fornecida em uma fonte de reter o metal fundido temporariamente por meio de películas de supefície (f) geradas em uma supefície externa, e uma etapa de formação para obter um corpo formado ao solidificar metal fundido retido (ms) conduzido para fora ao longo de uma passagem de endurecimento (l1) dependendo de uma forma de peça fundida desejada, em que o metal fundido retido é solidificado após ser moldado na forma de peça fundida desejada ao aplicar uma força externa ao mesmo em posições entre uma parte de origem não restringida do metal fundido retido nas proximidades do nível de supersície do metal fundido e uma interface de solidificação definida como um limite entre o metal fundido retido eo corpo formado na etpa de formação.
