Abstract

Изобретението се отнася до метод за приготвяне набързо сваряващ се ориз с естествен външен вид и лек, ненатрапчив вкус. По него механично се обработва мокър ориз със съдържание на влага повече от 17до 32% тегл., за предпочитане чрез олющване на ориза в мокро състояние за отстраняване на триците, последвано от сушене. В резултат на олющването се получава продукт, който се сварява бързо, има изключителен добив при варене и е с превъзходни хранителни и вкусови качества. Обработеният по този начинориз може да се инстантинизира след още един етапна пластична обработка в мокро състояние до получаване на инстантен ориз. Изобретението се отнася идо бързо сваряващ се и инстантен ориз, получени по описаните методи.
