Abstract

L-グルタミン酸、L-グルタミン、L-プロリン、L-オルニチン、L-シトルリン、L-アルギニンからなる群より選ばれる1又は2以上のアミノ酸生産能を有し、かつα-ケトグルタル酸シンターゼの活性が増大するように改変された微生物を培地で培養して、前記L-アミノ酸を該培地中又は菌体内に生成蓄積させ、該培地又は菌体よりL-アミノ酸を採取する。
