Claims (26)
1. Компонент системы нанесения распылением, включающий такую гидрофобную поверхность, что краевой угол смачивания водой находится в диапазоне от 90 до 135 градусов.
2. Компонент по п. 1, где гидрофобная поверхность содержит поверхностный слой фторсодержащего материала.
3. Компонент по п. 1, где гидрофобный слой дополнительно содержит нефторированную органическую полимерную связку.
4. Компонент по п. 2, где фторсодержащий материал содержит соединение с формулой:
(Rf-L-P)nA
Rf представляет собой фторированную группу;
L представляет собой независимо органическую дивалентную соединительную группу;
Р представляет собой катенарный, дивалентный, содержащий гетероатом карбонильный молекулярный фрагмент, такой, как -С(O)O-;
А представляет собой углеводородный молекулярный фрагмент;
и n обычно принимает значения в диапазоне от 1 до 3.
5. Компонент по п. 4, где L представляет собой углеводородный молекулярный фрагмент, содержащий от 4 до 40 атомов углерода.
6. Компонент по п. 4, где Rf представляет собой CF3[CF2]3- для по меньшей мере 50 весовых - % фторсодержащего материала.

15. Компонент по п. 12, где компонент является сминаемым резервуаром для жидкости или вкладышем.
16. Компонент по п. 12, где система нанесения распылением дополнительно включает самотечный краскопульт.
17. Компонент по п. 1, где гидрофобный поверхностный слой отталкивает краску на водной основе с удельным содержанием летучего органического растворителя по меньшей мере 5, 10, 15, 20 или 25 г/л.
18. Компонент по п. 17, где летучий органический растворитель является водорастворимым.
19. Компонент системы нанесения распылением, включающий такую гидрофобную поверхность, что краевой угол смачивания раствором 10% по весу 2-n-бутоксиэтанола и 90% по весу дистиллированной воды составляет по меньшей мере 40 градусов.
20. Компонент системы нанесения распылением, включающий такую гидрофобную поверхность, что капля краски соскальзывает с гидрофобной поверхности, когда она ориентирована вертикально.
