Abstract

La presente invención proporciona envoltura para alimentos termoplástica coextruida multicapa que comprende al menos una capa interna porosa, en la que la porosidad de dicha al menos una capa interna porosa ha sido generada por (co)extrusión de una primera composición polimérica que comprende un polímero y un agente formador de poros supercrítico, en el que la porosidad de la suma de dicha al menos una capa interna porosa está en un intervalo de 5 a 90% en volumen, dicha al menos una capa interna porosa tiene una porosidad que comprende poros que tienen un diámetro de poro de 0.01 a 2000 µm, de tal manera que dicha al menos una capa interna porosa es capaz de absorber, retener, desorber y transferir al menos un aditivo funcional transferible de dicha al menos una capa interna porosa a los alimentos encerrados en dicha envoltura, al menos una capa que tiene un efecto barrera para el vapor de agua, al menos una capa adhesiva, dicha capa adhesiva opcionalmente es la misma que o diferente de dicha capa interna porosa y/o dicha capa tiene efecto barrera para el vapor de agua; así como un método para producir dicha envoltura para alimentos termoplástica coextruida multicapa.
