Abstract
1. Интерфейс источника питания для электрического инструмента, содержащий:интерфейс первого батарейного источника питания, приспособленный для съемного прикрепления первого батарейного источника питания и содержащий входную клемму положительного электрода первой батареи и входную клемму отрицательного электрода первой батареи,интерфейс второго батарейного источника питания, приспособленный для съемного прикрепления второго батарейного источника питания и содержащий входную клемму положительного электрода второй батареи и входную клемму отрицательного электрода второй батареи, при этом входная клемма отрицательного электрода первой батареи электрически соединена последовательно с входной клеммой положительного электрода второй батареи, при этом входная клемма положительного электрода первой батареи электрически соединяется со входной клеммой отрицательного электрода второй батареи через нагрузку электрического инструмента,первый визуальный индикатор, приспособленный для визуальной сигнализации, когда первый батарейный источник питания находится в ненормальном или разряженном состоянии, ивторой визуальный индикатор, приспособленный для визуальной сигнализации, когда второй батарейный источник питания находится в ненормальном или разряженном состоянии, при этом первый и второй визуальные индикаторы имеют одинаковое или по существу одинаковое направление свечения.2. Claims (25)
1. Интерфейс источника питания для электрического инструмента, содержащий:
интерфейс первого батарейного источника питания, приспособленный для съемного прикрепления первого батарейного источника питания и содержащий входную клемму положительного электрода первой батареи и входную клемму отрицательного электрода первой батареи,
интерфейс второго батарейного источника питания, приспособленный для съемного прикрепления второго батарейного источника питания и содержащий входную клемму положительного электрода второй батареи и входную клемму отрицательного электрода второй батареи, при этом входная клемма отрицательного электрода первой батареи электрически соединена последовательно с входной клеммой положительного электрода второй батареи, при этом входная клемма положительного электрода первой батареи электрически соединяется со входной клеммой отрицательного электрода второй батареи через нагрузку электрического инструмента,
первый визуальный индикатор, приспособленный для визуальной сигнализации, когда первый батарейный источник питания находится в ненормальном или разряженном состоянии, и
второй визуальный индикатор, приспособленный для визуальной сигнализации, когда второй батарейный источник питания находится в ненормальном или разряженном состоянии, при этом первый и второй визуальные индикаторы имеют одинаковое или по существу одинаковое направление свечения.
2. Интерфейс источника питания по п. 1, в котором каждый из визуальных индикаторов предназначен для указания, по меньшей мере, состояния заряда соответствующего батарейного источника питания, более предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, два уровня состояния заряда соответствующего батарейного источника питания.
3. Интерфейс источника питания по п. 1, в котором каждый из визуальных индикаторов предназначен для указания того, понизилось ли состояние заряда соответствующего батарейного источника питания ниже заданного предела, предпочтительно, порогового напряжения, таким образом, указывая, что соответствующий батарейный источник питания требует подзарядки.
4. Интерфейс источника питания по п. 1, в котором первый и второй визуальные индикаторы расположены рядом на одной плоской поверхности, более предпочтительно, на одной плоской поверхности, которая расположена так, что она хорошо видна пользователю во время работы инструмента.
5. Интерфейс источника питания по п. 1, в котором первый и второй визуальные индикаторы содержат одну или более ламп накаливания, один или более светодиодов и/или один или более жидкокристаллических дисплеев.
6. Интерфейс источника питания по п. 1, в котором каждый из интерфейсов батареи предназначен для соединения со скольжением с одним батарейным источником питания.
7. Интерфейс источника питания по п. 1, в котором каждый из батарейных источников питания содержит множество литий-ионных элементов, соединенных последовательно, более предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, пять литий-ионных элементов, соединенных последовательно.
8. Интерфейс батарейного источника питания по п. 1, в котором нагрузка имеет номинальное напряжение (например, 14 или 36 В), которое, по меньшей мере, по существу в два раза больше номинального напряжения (например, 7 или 18 В, соответственно) первого и второго батарейного источника питания.
9. Интерфейс источника питания по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий:
первый диод, имеющий анод, электрически соединенный с входной клеммой положительного электрода батареи у интерфейса первого батарейного источника питания, и катод, электрически соединенный с входной клеммой отрицательного электрода батареи у интерфейса первого батарейного источника питания, причем первый диод имеет свойство, что он становится проводящим, когда обратное напряжение генерируется между входными клеммами положительного и отрицательного электродов батареи интерфейса первого батарейного источника питания, и
второй диод, имеющий анод, электрически соединенный с входной клеммой положительного электрода батареи у интерфейса второго батарейного источника питания, и катод, электрически соединенный с входной клеммой отрицательного электрода батареи у интерфейса второго батарейного источника питания, причем второй диод имеет свойство, что он становится проводящим, когда обратное напряжение генерируется между входными клеммами положительного и отрицательного электродов батареи у интерфейса второго батарейного источника питания.
10. Интерфейс источника питания по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий плавкий предохранитель, электрически соединенный между входной клеммой отрицательного электрода батареи у интерфейса первого батарейного источника питания и входной клеммой положительного электрода батареи у интерфейса второго батарейного источника питания.
11. Интерфейс источника питания по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий корпус, имеющий первую часть с интерфейсами первого и второго батарейных источников питания, и первый и второй визуальные индикаторы, расположенные на его поверхности, при этом корпус также содержит вторую часть с интерфейсом инструмента, расположенным на его поверхности, при этом интерфейс инструмента содержит:
выходную клемму положительного электрода батареи, электрически соединенную с входной клеммой положительного электрода первой батареи, и
выходную клемму отрицательного электрода батареи, электрически соединенную с входной клеммой отрицательного электрода второй батареи,
в котором интерфейс инструмента приспособлен для съемного прикрепления к интерфейсу батарейного источника питания электрического инструмента.
12. Интерфейс источника питания по п. 11, в котором интерфейсы первого и второго батарейных источников питания физически конфигурированы отлично от интерфейса инструмента.
13. Интерфейс источника питания по п. 11, в котором интерфейс и первого, и второго батарейных источников питания имеет первый набор параллельных направляющих, приспособленный для приема со скольжением батарейного источника питания, и интерфейс инструмента имеет второй набор параллельных направляющих, приспособленный для соединения со скольжением с интерфейсом батарейного источника питания электрического инструмента, при этом расстояние между параллельными направляющими первого набора отличается от расстояния между параллельными направляющими второго набора.
14. Интерфейс источника питания по п. 11, в котором первая часть корпуса физически и электрически соединена со второй частью корпуса гибким электрическим шнуром.
15. Интерфейс источника питания по п. 11, дополнительно содержащий крепежное устройство, расположенное на первой части, причем крепежное устройство приспособлено для прикрепления к предмету одежды, носимому пользователем, и/или к части тела пользователя.
16. Интерфейс источника питания по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором первый и второй батарейные источники питания имеют заданное номинальное напряжение, и интерфейсы первого и второго батарейных источников питания приспособлены для предотвращения прикрепления батарейного источника питания, имеющего номинальное напряжение, отличающееся от заданного номинального напряжения первого и второго батарейного источника питания.
17. Инструмент, содержащий:
приемник электроэнергии, расположенный внутри корпуса инструмента, и
интерфейс батарейного источника питания по любому из пп. 1-10 или 16, в котором интерфейсы первого и второго батарейных источников питания и первый и второй визуальные индикаторы расположены на поверхности корпуса инструмента, и входная клемма положительного электрода первой батареи и входная клемма отрицательного электрода второй батареи выборочно электрически соединяются с электрической нагрузкой.
18. Адаптер источника питания для инструмента, содержащий:
первую часть, имеющую интерфейс первого батарейного источника питания и интерфейс второго батарейного источника питания, в котором отрицательная входная клемма батареи у интерфейса первого батарейного источника питания электрически соединена последовательно с входной клеммой положительного электрода батареи у интерфейса второго батарейного источника питания, и

в котором интерфейсы для первого и второго батарейных источников питания физически конфигурированы отлично от интерфейса инструмента.
19. Адаптер источника питания по п. 18, в котором каждый интерфейс первого и второго батарейных источников питания имеет первый набор параллельных направляющих, приспособленный для приема со скольжением батарейного источника питания, и интерфейс инструмента имеет второй набор параллельных направляющих, приспособленный для соединения со скольжением с интерфейсом батарейного источника питания инструмента, в котором расстояние между параллельными направляющими первого набора отличается от расстояния между параллельными направляющими второго набора.
20. Адаптер источника питания по п. 18, в котором интерфейсы первого и второго батарейных источников питания приспособлены для приема батарейного источника питания, имеющего заданное номинальное напряжение, и предотвращения прикрепления батарейного источника питания, имеющего номинальное напряжение, отличающееся от заданного номинального напряжения.
21. Адаптер источника питания по п. 18, в котором инструмент имеет нагрузку с номинальным напряжением (например, 14 или 36 В), которое по существу в два раза больше номинального напряжения (например, 7 или 18 В соответственно) батарейных источников питания, присоединяемых к интерфейсам первой и второй батарей.
22. Адаптер источника питания по п. 18, дополнительно содержащий:
первый диод, имеющий анод, электрически соединенный с входной клеммой положительного электрода батареи у интерфейса первого батарейного источника питания, и катод, электрически соединенный с входной клеммой отрицательного электрода батареи у интерфейса первого батарейного источника питания, причем первый диод имеет свойство, что он становится проводящим, когда между входными клеммами положительного и отрицательного электродов батареи у интерфейса первого батарейного источника питания генерируется обратное напряжение, и
второй диод, имеющий анод, электрически соединенный с входной клеммой положительного электрода батареи у интерфейса второго батарейного источника питания, и катод, электрически соединенный с входной клеммой отрицательного электрода батареи у интерфейса второго батарейного источника питания, причем второй диод имеет свойство, что он становится проводящим, когда между входными клеммами положительного и отрицательного электродов батареи у интерфейса второго батарейного источника питания генерируется обратное напряжение.
23. Адаптер источника питания по п. 18, дополнительно содержащий плавкий предохранитель, электрически соединенный между входной клеммой отрицательного электрода батареи у интерфейса первого батарейного источника питания и входной клеммой положительного электрода батареи у интерфейса второго батарейного источника питания.
24. Адаптер источника питания по п. 18, в котором первая и вторая части физически и электрически соединены гибким электрическим шнуром.
25. Адаптер источника питания по п. 18, дополнительно содержащий крепежное устройство, расположенное на первой части, причем крепежное устройство приспособлено для прикрепления к предмету одежды, носимому пользователем, и/или к части тела пользователя.
