Claims (8)
- 음극 활물질, 도전제 및 결착제를 포함한 성형 펠릿으로 이루어진 음극, 리튬 이온을 흡장·방출 가능한 양극, 및 리튬 이온 도전성의 비수 전해질을 구비하는 비수전해질 이차전지로서, 상기 음극 활물질이, Si를 주체로 하는 제1의 상(相) 및 천이 금속의 규화물을 포함한 제2의 상을 포함하고, 상기 제1의 상과 상기 제2의 상의 적어도 한쪽이, 비정질 내지 저결정성이며, 상기 음극 활물질의 평균 입자지름(D50)이 0.50∼20㎛이고, 체적 누적 입도 분포의 10%지름(D10) 및 90%지름 (D90)이 각각 0.10∼5.0㎛ 및 5.0∼80㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천이 금속이 Ti, Zr, Ni, Cu, 및 Fe로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 일종인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 천이 금속의 규화물이, TiSi2인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 음극의 펠릿의 밀도가 1.6∼2.4g/cc인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- Si분말과 천이 금속 분말과의 혼합물을 메카니컬 얼로링법에 의해, Si를 주체로 한 제1의 상 및 천이 금속의 규화물을 포함한 제2의 상을 포함하고, 상기 제1의 상과 상기 제2의 상의 적어도 한쪽이, 비정질 내지 저결정성인 음극 활물질을 제작하는 공정,매체인 볼을 사용하여, 상기 음극 활물질을 그 평균 입자지름(D50)이 0.50∼20㎛이고, 또한 체적 누적 입도 분포의 10%지름(D10) 및 90%지름(D90)이 각각 0.10∼5.0㎛ 및 5.0∼80㎛가 되도록 습식 분쇄하는 공정, 및 상기 분쇄된 음극 활물질, 도전제 및 결착제를 포함한 음극 재료를 가압 성형하여 음극 펠릿을 얻는 공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해질 이차전지용 음극의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 습식 분쇄하는 공정에 이용하는 분산매가 비프로톤성 용매인 비수 전해질 이차전지용 음극의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 습식 분쇄하는 공정에 이용하는 분산매가 프로톤성 용매이며, 또한 분쇄 장치가 개방계인 비수 전해질 이차전지용 음극의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도전제가 탄소질 재료이며, 그 전부 또는 일부가, 상기 습식 분쇄하는 공정에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질과 함께 분쇄되는 비수 전해질 이차전지용 음극의 제조 방법.
