Claims (14)
- 하기를 포함하는 반사 방지 필름:투명 지지체; 및 최외각 층으로서, 불소 함유 중합체를 포함하는 저 굴절율 층(저 굴절율 층은 저 굴절율 층 두께의 30 내지 100%의 평균 입자 크기를 가지는 하나 이상의 무기 미세 입자를 포함함).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 투명 지지체와 저 굴절율 층 사이에 하나 이상의 하드 코팅 층을 가지는 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 무기 입자가 실리카 미세 입자인 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 저 굴절율 층이 저 굴절율 층의 두께의 25% 미만의 입자 크기를 가지는 하나 이상의 실리카 미세 입자를 추가로 포함하는 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 저 굴절율 층의 하나 이상의 실리카 미세 입자가 1.17 내지 1.40의 굴절율을 가지는 중공(hollow) 실리카 미세 입자인 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불소 함유 중합체는 오로지 탄소 원자로 이루어지는 주쇄를 가지는 공중합체(P)이고, 상기 공중합체는 불소 함유 비닐 단량체 중합 단위; 및 측쇄에 (메트)아크릴로일기를 가지는 중합 단위를 포함하는 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 공중합체 (P)가 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 반사 방지 필름:[화학식 1][상기 식 중, L은 탄소수 1 내지 10의 연결성 기를 나타내고, m은 0 또는 1을 나타내고, X는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고, A는 임의의 비닐 단량체 중합 단위를 나타내고 단일 성분 또는 복수의 성분을 포함할 수 있으며, x, y 및 z는 각각의 구성 성분의 몰%를 나타내고, 30≤x≤60, 5≤y≤70 및 O≤z≤65를 만족시키는 값을 나타냄].
- 제 2 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 하드 코팅 층이 광-확산 층이고, 상기 광-확산 층은 고니오포토미터(goniophotometer)에 의한 산란 광 프로파일에서 0°의 출구 각도(exit angle)에서의 광도에 대하여, 0.01 내지 0.2%인 30°에서의 산란 광도를 가지는 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투명 지지체와 저 굴절율 층 사이에 하나 이상의 고 굴절율의 층을 포함하고, 상기 고 굴절율의 층은 1.55 내지 2.40의 굴절율을 가지고, 티타늄 디옥시드; 및 코발트, 알루미늄 및 지르코늄으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 성분을 포함하는 무기 미세 입자를 주로 포함하는 층인 반사 방지 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 저 굴절율 층이 1.20 내지 1.49의 굴절율을 가지는 반사 방지 필름.
- 편광자의 두 보호성 필름 중 하나가 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기술된 반사 방지 필름인, 편광자 및 편광자의 두 보호성 필름을 포함하는 편광판.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 편광자의 두 보호성 필름의 반사 방지 필름 이외의 필름이, 광학적 이방성 층(optically anisotropic layer)을 포함하는 광학 보정 층을 가지는 광학 보정 필름인 편광판으로서,상기 광학적 이방성 층은, 네거티브 복굴절성을 가지고, 디스코틱(discotic) 구조 단위를 가지는 화합물을 포함하는 층이고, 상기 디스코틱 구조 단위의 디스크 평면은 표면 보호성 필름 평면에 대하여 기울어져 있으며, 디스코틱 구조 단위와 표면 보호성 필름 평면에 의해 만들어지는 각은, 광학적 이방성 층의 깊이 방향(depth direction)에서 변화하는 편광판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기술된 반사 방지 필름 또는 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에서 기술된 편광판을, 디스플레이의 최외각 표면으로서 포함하는 영상 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 기술된 하나 이상의 편광판을 포함하는, TN-, STN-, VA-, IPS- 또는 OCB-방식의 투과, 반사 또는 반투과 유형의 액정 디스플레이 장치.
