Claims (26)
- (A) 각각의 용매 자체의 비점이 200℃ 미만이고 융점이 15℃ 이하이고,(B) 용매 중의 하나 이상의 비점이 140℃보다 높고 200℃보다 낮은 범위이고,(C) 사용된 용매가 벤질성 CH2또는 CH 그룹을 갖지 않고,(D) 사용된 용매가 3급-부틸 치환체 또는 둘 이상의 메틸 치환체를 함유하는 벤젠 유도체가 아님을 특징으로 하는, 2가지 이상의 상이한 유기 용매의 용매 혼합물 중의 유기 반도체의 용액 또는 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용액 상태로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 용액 또는 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산액 상태로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 용액 또는 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 반도체가 중합체성 유기 반도체임을 특징으로 하는 용액 또는 분산액.
- 제4항에 있어서, 용액 상태로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 용액 또는 분산액.
- 제5항에 있어서, 사용된 중합체성 유기 반도체가 가용성 폴리-p-아릴렌-비닐렌(PAV)임을 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제5항에 있어서, 사용된 중합체성 유기 반도체가 가용성 폴리플루오렌(PF)임을 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제5항에 있어서, 사용된 중합체성 유기 반도체가 가용성 폴리스피로비플루오렌(PSF)임을 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제5항에 있어서, 사용된 중합체성 유기 반도체가 가용성 폴리-파라-페닐렌(PPP)임을 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제5항에 있어서, 사용된 중합체성 유기 반도체가 치환된 가용성 폴리티오펜(PT)임을 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제5항에 있어서, 사용된 중합체성 유기 반도체가 치환된 가용성 폴리피리딘(PPy)임을 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제5항에 있어서, 사용된 중합체성 유기 반도체가 치환된 가용성 폴리피롤임을 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제5항에 있어서, 사용된 중합체성 유기 반도체가 제6항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 기술된 중합체류 중의 둘 이상의 구조 단위를 포함하는 치환된 가용성 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제5항에 있어서, 사용된 중합체성 유기 반도체가 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 폴리비닐카바졸 또는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 트리아릴아민 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 용액.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 반도체 0.25 내지 10중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 용액 또는 분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상이한 비점을 갖는 용매들을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 용액 또는 분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비점이 100℃ 이상인 용매만을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 용액 또는 분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, o-크실렌, 2,6-루티딘, 2-플루오로-m-크실렌, 3-플루오로-o-크실렌, 2-클로로벤조트리플루오라이드, 디메틸포름아미드, 2-클로로-6-플루오로톨루엔, 2-플루오로아니솔, 아니솔, 2,3-디메틸피라진, 4-플루오로아니솔, 3-플루오로아니솔, 3-트리플루오로메틸아니솔, 2-메틸아니솔, 페네톨, 4-메틸아니솔, 3-메틸아니솔, 4-플루오로-3-메틸아니솔, 2-플루오로벤조니트릴, 4-플루오로베라트롤, 2,6-디메틸아니솔, 3-플루오로벤조니트릴, 2,5-디메틸아니솔, 2,4-디메틸아니솔, 벤조니트릴, 3,5-디메틸아니솔, N,N-디메틸아닐린, 1-플루오로-3,5-디메톡시벤젠 및 N-메틸피롤리디논으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 용매를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 용액 또는 분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3-플루오로벤조트리플루오라이드, 벤조트리플루오라이드, 디옥산, 트리플루오로메톡시벤젠, 4-플루오로벤조트리플루오라이드, 3-플루오로피리딘, 톨루엔, 2-플루오로톨루엔, 2-플루오로벤조트리플루오라이드, 3-플루오로톨루엔, 피리딘, 4-플루오로톨루엔, 2,5-디플루오로-톨루엔, 1-클로로-2,4-디플루오로벤젠, 2-플루오로피리딘, 3-클로로플루오로벤젠, 1-클로로-2,5-디플루오로벤젠, 4-클로로플루오로벤젠, 클로로벤젠, 2-클로로플루오로벤젠, p-크실렌 및 m-크실렌으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 용매를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 용액 또는 분산액.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3가지 상이한 용매를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 용액 또는 분산액.
- 제20항에 있어서, 3가지 용매의 비점이 서로 상이함을 특징으로 하는 용액 또는 분산액.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 비점이 100 내지 150℃의 범위인 제1 용매, 비점이 130 내지 180℃의 범위인 제2 용매 및 비점이 170 내지 200℃ 미만의 범위인 제3 용매가 사용되고, 이들 용매가 서로 상이함을 특징으로 하는 용액 또는 분산액.
- 기판 상에 유기 반도체 층을 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제22항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 용액 또는 분산액의 용도.
- 프린팅 공정에 의해 도포되는 제1항 내지 제22항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 용액 또는 분산액을 사용하여 유기 반도체 층을 제조하는 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 프린팅 공정이 잉크젯 프린팅 공정(IJP)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제24항 또는 제25항에 따르는 방법에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는, 유기 반도체 층.
