- 하기 화학식 3a로 표시되는 전계발광 재료.<화학식 3a>식 중, Ar51은 아릴기 또는 방향족 헤테로시클릭기이고; n은 0 내지 6의 정수이고; L21, L22, L23, L24, L25및 L26은 6원의 질소 함유 방향족 헤테로시클릭기를 형성하는데 필요한 원자들의 군이되, L21, L22, L23, L24, L25및 L26중 1개 이상은 =N- 또는 -N(R51)-이고; R51은 수소 원자 또는 치환체이되, 단 Ar51및 R51중 1개 이상은 내부 회전 이성질성을 제공할 수 있는 결합을 지닌 비아릴기이거나 또는 이러한 비아릴기를 함유한 기이다.
- 하기 화학식 4a으로 표시되는 전계발광 재료.<화학식 4a>식 중, Ar61및 Ar62는 각각 아릴기 또는 방향족 헤테로시클릭기이고; R61및 R62는 각각 수소 원자 또는 치환체이되, 단 Ar61, Ar62, R61및 R62중 1개 이상은 내부 회전 이성질성을 제공할 수 있는 결합을 지닌 비아릴기이거나 또는 이러한 비아릴기를 함유한 기이다.
- 하기 화학식 5a로 표시되는 전계발광 재료.<화학식 5a>식 중, M은 1가 내지 4가의 이온화 상태 (즉, 1가 내지 4가 이온을 제공함)를 취할 수 있는 금속 원자이고; n'는 1 내지 4의 자연수이고; L71 -은 M과 이온 결합을 형성할 수 있고 M에 배위할 수 있는 부위를 지닌 1가 음이온이고; m은 n'와 동일하거나 또는 그보다 작은 자연수이고; R71 -은 M과 이온 결합을 형성할 수 있는 1가 음이온이되, 단 L71 -및 R71 -중 1개 이상은 내부 회전 이성질성을 제공할 수 있는 결합을 지닌 비아릴기의 잔기를 함유한 기이다.
- 하기 화학식 6a 및 6b로 표시되는 전계발광 재료.<화학식 6a><화학식 6b>식 중, Z1및 Z2는 각각 독립적으로 발광 화합물의 1가 잔기이고; Z3은 발광 화합물의 k가 잔기이고; k는 1 내지 8의 자연수이고, x는 1 내지 3의 자연수이고; y는 0 내지 3의 정수이고; R81및 R82는 각각 독립적으로 치환체이고; n은 0 내지 4의 정수이고; m은 0 내지 4의 정수이다.
- 하기 화학식 7a로 표시되는 4-할로-1,1'-비나프틸 유도체를 원료로 사용하여 제조되고, 재료의 분자내에 하기 화학식 7b로 표시되는 1가의 비아릴기를 함유하는 화합물인 전계발광 재료.<화학식 7a><화학식 7b>식 중, X91은 할로겐 원자이고; R91및 R92는 각각 치환체이고, n은 0 내지 4의 정수이고; m은 0 내지 4의 정수이다.
- 전계발광 재료, 및 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 최대 발광 파장과 상이한 빛을 낼 수 있는 무기 형광 물질을 포함하는 전계발광 소자.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 무기 형광 물질이 졸-겔 방법으로 제조된 무기 형광 물질인 전계발광 소자.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 무기 형광 물질로부터 나오는 빛의 최대 발광 파장의 범위가 400 nm 내지 700 nm인 전계발광 소자.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 무기 형광 물질로부터 나오는 빛의 최대 발광 파장의 범위가 600 nm 내지 700 nm인 전계발광 소자.
- 제11항에 있어서, 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 최대 발광 파장이 430 nm 이하인 전계발광 소자.
- 제11항에 있어서, 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 최대 발광 파장의 범위가 400 nm 내지 430 nm인 전계발광 소자.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전계발광 재료가 유기 LED (발광 다이오드) 재료인 전계발광 소자.
- 제11항에 있어서, 전계발광 재료가 무기 LED 재료인 전계발광 소자.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전계발광 재료가 각각 제1 내지 9항 기재의 화학식 111, 화학식 1a, 1b, 1c, 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a, 6a 및 6b로 표시되는 화합물들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 화합물 및 제10항 기재의 화합물인 것인 전계발광 소자.
- 전계발광 재료, 및 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 최대 발광 파장과 상이한 빛을 낼 수 있는 희토류 금속 착체 형광 물질을 포함하는 전계발광 소자.
- 제20항에 있어서, 희토류 금속 착체 형광 물질로부터 나오는 빛의 최대 발광 파장의 범위가 400 nm 내지 700 nm인 전계발광 소자.
- 제20항에 있어서, 희토류 금속 착체 형광 물질로부터 나오는 빛의 최대 발광 파장의 범위가 600 nm 내지 700 nm인 전계발광 소자.
- 제20항에 있어서, 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 최대 발광 파장이 430 nm 이하인 전계발광 소자.
- 제20항에 있어서, 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 최대 발광 파장의 범위가 400 nm 내지 430 nm인 전계발광 소자.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 전계발광 재료가 유기 LED 재료인 전계발광 소자.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 전계발광 재료가 무기 LED 재료인 전계발광 소자.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 전계발광 재료가 각각 제1 내지 9항 기재의 화학식 111, 화학식 1a, 1b, 1c, 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a, 6a 및 6b로 표시되는 화합물들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 화합물 및 제10항 기재의 화합물인 것인 전계발광 소자.
- 기판과, 기판상에 구비된 1종 이상의 전계발광 재료를 함유하는 층 및 색전환 층을 포함하며, 이 때 색전환 층은 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 400 내지 500 nm인 빛을 낼 수 있는 무기 형광 물질, 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 501 내지 600 nm인 빛을 낼 수 있는 무기 형광 물질, 및 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 601 내지 700 nm인 빛을 낼 수 있는 무기 형광 물질을 함유하는 것인 전계발광 소자.
- 기판과, 기판상에 구비된 전계발광 재료를 함유하는 층 및 색전환 층을 포함하며, 이 때 색전환 층은 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 400 내지 500 nm인 빛을 낼 수 있는 희토류 금속 착체 형광 물질, 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 501 내지 600 nm인 빛을 낼 수 있는 희토류 금속 착체 형광 물질, 및 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 601 내지 700 nm인 빛을 낼 수 있는 희토류 금속 착체 형광 물질을 함유하는 것인 전계발광 소자.
- 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 400 내지 700 nm인 빛을 낼 수 있는 1종 이상의 무기 형광 물질을 포함하는 색전환 필터.
- 제30항에 있어서, 상기 무기 형광 물질이 졸-겔 방법에 의해 제조된 무기 형광 물질인 것인 색전환 필터.
- 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 400 내지 500 nm인 빛을 낼 수 있는 무기 형광 물질, 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 501 내지 600 nm인 빛을 낼 수 있는 무기 형광 물질, 및 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 601 내지 700 nm인 빛을 낼 수 있는 무기 형광 물질을 포함하는 색전환 필터.
- 제32항에 있어서, 무기 형광 물질 중 하나 이상이 졸-겔 방법에 의해 제조된 무기 형광 물질인 것인 색전환 필터.
- 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 400 내지 700 nm인 빛을 낼 수 있는 희토류 금속 착체 형광 물질을 포함하는 색전환 필터.
- 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 400 내지 500 nm인 빛을 낼 수 있는 희토류 금속 착체 형광 물질, 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 501 내지 600 nm인 빛을 낼 수 있는 희토류 금속 착체 형광 물질, 및 전계발광 재료로부터 나오는 빛의 흡수시 최대 발광 파장이 601 내지 700 nm인 빛을 낼 수 있는 희토류 금속 착체 형광 물질을 포함하는 색전환 필터.
- 졸-겔 방법에 의해 제조된 무기 형광 물질을 사용하여 적색광보다 더 짧은 파장 영역의 빛을 적색광으로 전환시키는 것을 포함하는 색전환 방법.
- 희토류 금속 형광 물질을 사용하여 적색광보다 더 짧은 파장 영역의 빛을 적색광으로 전환시키는 것을 포함하는 색전환 방법.
- 제37항에 있어서, 상기 희토류 금속 착체의 최대 흡수 파장이 340 nm 이상인 색전환 방법.
