Claims (19)
- 비닐 방향족 탄화수소와 공액 디엔의 중량비가 55/45 ∼ 95/5, 겔 투과 크로마토그래피 (GPC) 측정에 의한 수평균 분자량이 3만 ∼ 50만, 공액 디엔에 기초하는 불포화 이중 결합의 수소첨가율이 30% 이상인 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물로서,그 수소첨가물에 삽입되어 있는 비닐 방향족 탄화수소의 블록률이 60 ∼ 98 중량% 이며,전체 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 중합체 블록의 중량에 대해서, 수평균 분자량 50000 이하의 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 중합체 블록의 비율이 80 중량% 이상이고, 수평균 분자량 15000 이하의 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 중합체 블록의 비율이 10 ∼ 80 중량% 로서,그 수소첨가물의 동적 점탄성 측정의 함수 tanδ 의 피크 온도가 -80℃ 를 초과하고 -10℃ 미만의 범위에 적어도 1 개 존재하는 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,비닐 방향족 탄화수소와 공액 디엔의 중량비가 60/40 ∼ 95/5, 공액 디엔에 기초하는 불포화 이중 결합의 수소첨가율이 45% 이상, 그 수소첨가물에 삽입되어 있는 비닐 방향족 탄화수소의 블록률이 75 ∼ 98 중량%, 전체 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 중합체 블록의 중량에 대해서, 수평균 분자량 50000 이하의 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 중합체 블록의 비율이 85 중량% 이상이고, 수평균 분자량 15000 이하의 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 중합체 블록의 비율이 10 ∼ 60 중량% 인 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,전체 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 중합체 블록의 중량에 대해서, 수평균 분자량 15000 이하의 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 중합체 블록의 비율이 10 ∼ 50 중량% 인 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,공액 디엔에 기초하는 불포화 이중 결합의 수소첨가율이 60% 이상인 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,그 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물의 동적 점탄성 측정의 함수 tanδ 의 피크 온도가 -70℃ 를 초과하고 -15℃ 이하의 범위에 적어도 1 개 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,그 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물에 삽입되어 있는 비닐 방향족 탄화수소의 블록률이 80 중량% 를 초과하고 95 중량% 이하인 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,비닐 방향족 탄화수소와 공액 디엔의 중량비가 65/35 ∼ 90/10 이고, 수평균 분자량 5000 ∼ 30000 의 범위에 피크 분자량을 갖는 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 중합체 블록이 적어도 1 개 삽입되어 있는 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,그 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물을 구성하는 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 전체량에 대한, 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 단위 수가 1 ∼ 3 의 범위인 단연(短連)사슬 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 중합 부분의 함유량이 1 ∼ 25 중량% 인 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,그 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물에, (i) 이소프렌과 1,3-부타디엔으로 이루어지는 공중합체 블록, (ii) 이소프렌과 비닐 방향족 탄화수소로 이루어지는 공중합체 블록 및 (iii) 이소프렌, 1,3-부타디엔 및 비닐 방향족 탄화수소로 이루어지는 공중합체 블록으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 개의 중합체 블록이 삽입되어 있고, 게다가 그 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물 중의 부타디엔과 이소프렌의 중량비가 3/97 ∼ 90/10 의 범위인 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,그 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물이, 시차 주사 열량 측정 (DSC) 차트에 있어서, 0℃ ∼ 60℃ 의 온도 영역에 결정화 피크를 갖는 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물.
- (A) 제 1 항에 기재된 블록 공중합체 수소첨가물, 및 (B) 비닐 방향족 탄화수소계 중합체로 이루어지고, 성분 (A) 와 성분 (B) 의 중량비가 99.9/0.1 ∼ 20/80 인 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,비닐 방향족 탄화수소계 중합체 (B) 가, 하기의 a) ∼ c) 에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 조성물.a) 스티렌계 중합체b) 비닐계 방향족 탄화수소와, 지방족 불포화 카르복실산, 지방족 불포화 카르복실산 무수물 및 지방족 불포화 카르복실산 에스테르에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 지방족 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 유도체의 공중합체c) 고무 변성 스티렌계 중합체
- 제 11 항에 있어서,블록 공중합체 수소첨가물 (A) 100 중량부에 대해서, 지방산 아미드, 파라핀, 탄화수소계 수지 및 지방산에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 윤활제를 0.01 ∼ 5 중량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,블록 공중합체 수소첨가물 (A) 100 중량부에 대해서, 2-〔1-(2-히드록시-3,5-디-t-펜틸페닐)에틸〕-4,6-디-t-펜틸페닐아크릴레이트, 2-t-부틸-6-(3-t-부틸-2-히드록시-5-메틸벤질)-4-메틸페닐아크릴레이트, 2,4-비스〔(옥틸티오)메틸〕-o-크레졸에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 안정제를 0.05 ∼ 3 중량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,블록 공중합체 수소첨가물 (A) 100 중량부에 대해서, 벤조페논계 자외선 흡수제, 벤조트리아졸계 자외선 흡수제, 힌더드·아민계 광안정제에서 선택된 적어도 1 종의 자외선 흡수제 또는 광안정제를 0.05 ∼ 3 중량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 기재된 조성물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트/필름.
- 제 16 항에 기재된 시트/필름을 연신하여 이루어지고, 연신 방향에 있어서의 80℃ 의 열수축률이 5 ∼ 70%, 연신 방향에 있어서의 인장 탄성률이 7000 ∼ 30000㎏/㎠ 인 열수축성 시트/필름.
- 제 11 항에 기재된 조성물로 이루어지는 층을 적어도 1 개의 층으로서 갖는 다층 필름으로서, 연신 방향에 있어서의 80℃ 의 열수축률이 5 ∼ 70% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 다층 필름.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,연신 방향에 있어서의 인장 탄성률이 7000 ∼ 30000㎏/㎠ 인 열수축성 다층 필름.
