Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は、車両用サンルーフ装置に関する。
（従来の技術〉 車両屋根に設けた間口部を開閉自在とするサンルーフ装
置として、例えば、西ドイツ特許出願第２３３１３２９
号に係る公開公報に記載するものが公知である。
この従来のものは、車両屋根の開口部を開閉自在に施蓋
する可動パネルの前縁部に、前方突出状の舌状部材を設
け、屋根間口周縁部に、前記舌状部材を嵌合Ｊ′る嵌入
孔を設け、該嵌入孔に舌状部材を挿通し′Ｃ可動パネル
の前縁部を回動自在に支持すると共に、可動パネルの後
部を昇降装置を介して持上げ自在に支持したものであっ
た。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点） 前記従来技術によれば、屋根開口周縁部に形成された嵌
入孔は、車両の屋根裏と外部とを連通ずる貫通した孔で
あったから、雨降り復、または洗車後など、可動パネル
の表面に水滴が付着している状態で、可動パネルの後部
を持ち上げると、前記水滴が前方へ流れ落ち、前縁部の
舌状部材から嵌入孔へ流れ込み、屋根裏が浸水するおそ
れがあった。
（問題点を解決するための手段） 上記問題点を解決するために、本発明が講じた手段の特
徴とする処は、車両屋根の開口部を開閉自在に１Ｍ蓋す
る可動パネルの前縁部に、前方突出状の舌状部材を設（
）、屋根開口周縁部に、前記舌状部材を嵌合リ−る嵌入
孔を設け、該嵌入孔に舌状部材を挿通して可〃ツバネル
の前縁部を回動自在に支持すると共に、可動パネルの後
部を昇降装置を介して上方移動自在に支持したサンルー
フ装置において、前記嵌入孔を盲状有底孔に形成した点
にある。
（作用） 本発明によりば、雨降り後、可動パネルの後部を持ち上
げて前下り状にすると、パネル表面の水滴は前方へ下流
し、前縁部の舌状部材を伝わつ゛Ｃ１医人孔へ侵入する
。
しかし嵌入孔は盲状有底孔に形成されているから、嵌入
孔に侵入した水滴は、従来のように屋根裏へ侵入するこ
とがなくなる。
（実施例〉 以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づき詳述する。
第１図及び第２図において、１は車両屋根であり、該当
屋根１に開口部２が形成され、該開口部２に可動パネル
３がｒ４脱自在に嵌合している。
可動パネル３はその前縁部に左右一対の差込み嵌着部４
を右すると共に、その後縁部に昇降装置５を有し、これ
ら差込み嵌着部４と昇降装置５により、可動パネル３は
車両屋根１に着１１；２自在に支持される。
上記屋根間口部２の周縁は、可動パネル３を内嵌する垂
直段部６に形成されている。この屋根間口部２を取り囲
むように屋根フレーム７が設（〕られ、該屋根フレーム
７の外周部に垂直段部８が形成され、該垂直外周段部８
が前記屋根間口部２の垂直段部６に密着接当している。
屋根ル−ム７の内周縁には上方へ向う垂直段部９が設け
られ、この内周垂直段部９の端部にウェザストリップ１
０が取イ］Ｉノられている。屋根フレーム７の外周垂直
段部８と内周垂直段部９間は、水平な雨樋１１とされて
いる。可動パネル３の外周縁にウェザストリップ１２が
取付けられている。
上記屋根フレーム７の前側の外周垂直段部８に、断面矩
形の取付孔１３が開設され、この取付孔１３にヒンジハ
ウジング１４が嵌着固定されている。このヒンジハウジ
ング１４には嵌入孔１５が開設され、該嵌入孔１５はハ
ウジング１４内部に円弧状通路１６を形成し、この通路
１６は盲状有底孔に形成されている。この通路１６は入
口より前方、下方、及び上方に伸び、矩形の断面を有し
ている。
可動パネル３の前部下面にブラケット１７が固定され、
該ブラケツ１−１７から前方にほぼ水平状に延びる舌状
−ｆ３１１８がブラケット１７に固定されている。この
舌状部材１８は可撓性であり、その先端部は円弧状部１
９に形成され、前記ハウジング１４の嵌入孔１５に挿抜
自在とされている。
しかして、上記可動パネル３の前縁部に設りられた舌状
部材１８と、屋根１側に設けられた嵌入孔１５とで、前
記差込み＠着部４が構成されている。この嵌入孔１５に
舌状部材１８が嵌合した状態において、円弧状通路１６
と舌状部材１８の円弧状部１９に共通な仮想回転中心２
０は可動パネル３の前で前縁の上に位置している。
舌状部材１８とヒンジハウジング１４の嵌合におけるき
しみとがたつきを防止するため、両者の内、少なくとも
１つが合成材料より製造され、例えば、雑音と摩擦を減
らすため、自動車の窓ガイドにＪ３いで使用される種類
のビロード状のフ【］ツク（ｆｌｏｃ）材料２１が設け
られている。
前記昇降装置ｉ　５は、屋根フレーム１の後部の下面に
固定された基台２２と、該基台２２に惟支部２３を介し
て回動自在に枢着されたリンクＳＢ　４Ｊ２４と、可動
パネル３の後部の下面に同右されたブラケット２５ど、
該ノラケツ１−２５に枢支部２６を介して回動自在に枢
着されたハンドル部材２７とを具備すると共に、該ハン
ドル部材２７の中途部が、前記リンク部材２４に枢支部
２８を介して回動自在に枢着されて成る。
上記枢支部２６．２８の内、いずれか一方は着脱自在に
構成され、この実施例では、ハンドル部材２７とブラケ
ット２５の枢支部２６が着脱自在とされている。
りなわら、この枢支部２６は、ハンドル部材２７の左右
側部から出没自在に突出する左右一対の枢支ピン２９．
２９と、該ピン２９．２９を挿抜自在に受入れるべく左
右一対のブラケット２５゜２５に設けられた孔３０．３
０とから成り、左右一対のピン２９．２９はスプリング
３１により外方突出状に付勢されている。このピン２９
．２９に操作ハンドル３２．３２が固着され、該ハンド
ル３２．３２を互いに接近させることにより、ピン２９
．２９はスプリング３１に抗して移動し、ブラケット２
５の孔３０から離脱し、可動パネル３は屋根１から取外
し自在となる。
（発明の効果） 本発明によれば、差込み嵌着部の嵌入孔が酋状有底孔に
形成されているので、該嵌入孔から車両内部に雨水等が
侵入することがなくなる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 車両屋根の間口部を開閉自在に施蓋する可動パネルの前
    縁部に、前方突出状の舌状部材を設け、屋根開口周縁部
    に、前記舌状部材を嵌合する嵌入孔を設け、該嵌入孔に
    舌状部材を挿通して可動パネルの前縁部を回動自在に支
    持すると共に、可動パネルの後部を昇降装置を介して上
    方移動自在に支持したサンルーフ装置において、前記嵌
    入孔を盲状有底孔に形成したことを特徴とする車両用サ
    ンルーフ装置。
