Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は、車両用サンルーフ装置に関する。
（従来の技術） 車両屋根の開口部を開閉自在に１Ｍ蓋する可動パネルの
後部を屋根上方へ持上げるようにしたサンルーフ装置に
おいては、可動パネルの後部にトグルラッチ機構を用い
た昇降装置が設けられている。
そして、この可動パネルを屋根から取外し自在としたも
のにあっては、上記トグルラッチ機構の部分において可
動パネルと屋根側との結合が解除されるよう構成されて
いる。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点） 上記取外し自在なサンルーフ装置においては、トグルラ
ッチ機構における結合・解除はワンタッチで行なわなけ
ればならない。そして、その結合・解除操作は車外側か
ら行なわれる。
しかし、今だ上記結合・解除を簡単に行なえるものがな
く、その操作は複雑で面倒なものであった。
（問題点を解決するための手段） 本発明は、上記問題点を解決するため、次の手段を講じ
た。すなわち、本発明の特徴とする処は車両屋根に設け
られた開口部に取外し自在に嵌合した可動パネルの後部
が、持上げ自在に構成されたサンルーフ装置において、
前記可動パネルの後部の下面側に操作ハンドルが枢支さ
れ、屋根側に固定されたベースの左右一対の取付部の内
側に、左右一対の展開レバーが夫々枢支され、該展開レ
バーは前記操作ハンドルの左右両側部に夫々枢支されて
トグル機構を構成し、左右の展開レバー間には両レバー
を左右外方へ付勢するスプリングが介在されると共に、
左右の展開レバーを互いに接近させると展開レバーと取
付部の結合が解除されるよう両展開レバーは取付部及び
操作ハンドルに対して左右方向移動自在に枢支されてい
る点にある。
（実施例） 以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づぎ詳述する。
第１図乃至第３図において、車両屋根１に開口部２が設
けられ、該開口部２は取外し自在の可動パネル３により
施蓋されている。屋根開口部２は屋根フレーム４により
囲まれている。
可動パネル３の前縁部下面には前方突出状の舌片５が左
右一対固定されている。屋根開口部２の前側周壁部には
左右一対のヒンジハウジング６が固定され、該ハウジン
グ６に、前記舌片５を抜脱自在に受け入れる嵌入孔７が
開設されている。嵌入孔７に舌片５が嵌合した状態で、
可動パネル３はその前縁上方の仮想軸８を中心として回
動自在に支持される。
可動パネル３の後部は、持上げ自在な昇降装置９で支持
されている。この昇降装置９は、可動パネル３の後部下
面に固定されたブラケット１０に枢支部１１を介して回
動自在に枢支された操作ハンドル１２と、屋根フレーム
４に固定されたベース１３に枢支部１４を介して回動自
在に枢支された展開レバー１５とを有し、前記操作ハン
ドル１２の中途部と展開レバー１５とが枢支部１６を介
して連結されてトグル機構を構成している。
前記屋根フレーム４に固定されたベース１３は左右一対
の取付部１３ａ、１３ａを有し、その取付部１３ａ、１
３ａの内側に左右一対の展開レバへ１５．１５が配置−
それ、′ｉ展開レバー１５゜１５間に操作ハンドル１２
が位置している。
第３図に示すように、ベース１３と展開レバー１５との
枢支部１４が取外し自在に構成されている。すなわち、
展開レバー１５の両端部には夫々、互いに逆方向に突出
するビン１７．１８が固定され、一方のピン１７はベー
ス１３の孔１３ｂ＼に挿脱自在に挿通されて枢支部１４
を構成し、他方のビン１８は操作ハンドル１２の軸受ラ
グ１９に摺動自在に挿通されて枢支部１６を構成してい
る。
この軸受ラグ１９に嵌合したピン１８はスプリング２０
により外方へ付勢されている。このスプリング２０の張
力に抗して第３図矢印方向に展開レバー１５を押圧する
ことにより、枢支部１４の結合が解除される。
尚、ワンタッチ結合を容易とするため、取付部１３ａ、
１３ａには、孔１３ｂ、１３ｂに連ながる面トリ部１３
ｃ、１３ｃが形成されている。
（発明の効果） 本発明によれば、可動パネルの着脱がワンタッチ操作で
行なえる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 車両屋根に設けられた開口部に取外し自在に嵌合した可
    動パネルの後部が、持上げ自在に構成されたサンルーフ
    装置において、前記可動パネルの後部の下面側に操作ハ
    ンドルが枢支され、屋根側に固定されたベースの左右一
    対の取付部の内側に、左右一対の展開レバーが夫々枢支
    され、該展開レバーは前記操作ハンドルの左右両側部に
    夫々枢支されてトグル機構を構成し、左右の展開レバー
    間には両レバーを左右外方へ付勢するスプリングが介在
    されると共に、左右の展開レバーを互いに接近させると
    展開レバーと取付部の結合が解除されるよう両展開レバ
    ーは取付部及び操作ハンドルに対して左右方向移動自在
    に枢支されていることを特徴とする車両用サンルーフ装
    置。
