Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は自動車等の車両における脱着式屋根板の掛け金
装置に関する。
（従来の技術） 車室内の換気及び採光のため第１図に示すよう車両（１
）の屋根（２）の一部に開口部（３）を設け、この開口
部（３）を脱着式屋根板（０で覆うことは知られている
。
そして脱着式屋根板（４）は脱着の外、その後部（４ａ
）を一定高さ押し上げてチルトアップ状態を形成し得る
よう構成され、そのため脱着式屋根板（４）の前部（４
ｂ）には舌片状のヒンジ部材（６）が突出形成され、該
ヒンジ部材（６）は開口部（３）側のヒンジハウジング
の円弧状の通路に係合され、また、脱着式屋根板（４）
の後部（４ａ）と開口部（３）間にはトグル型の掛け金
装置（７）が設けられる。
前記掛け金装置（７）は一般に脱着式屋根板（４）下面
に回動可能に結合されたハンドル部材と、屋根（２）側
に固定されたベースプレートと、前記ハンドル部材とベ
ースプレートとを連結するリンクを備え、ハンドル部材
の回動操作によるチルトアップ時、脱着式屋根板（４）
の前部はヒンジ部材（６）が円弧状の通路に係合するこ
とで支持され、後部はハンドル部材及びリンクがほぼ起
立状態となる。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点） 一方、ハンドル部材とリンクとの結合部は一般に枢支結
合されており、そのためチルトアップ時ハンドル部材を
過回転させることも考えられ、この過回転を防止するた
め従来ではヒンジ部材（６）或いは円弧状の通路等の構
造を複雑化する等の不具合があった。
本発明は前記事情に鑑み案出されたものであって、本発
明の目的とする処は、簡易な構造により斯かるハンドル
部材の過回転を防止し得る脱着式屋根板の掛け金装置を
提供するにある。
（問題点を解決するための手段） 本発明は前記目的を達成するため、／＼ンドル部材（１
５）に前記ベースプレート（１７）に係止し得る係ＩＥ
部（４１）を設けたことを特徴とする。
（作用） 係止部（４１）がベースプレート（１７）側に係止して
ハンドル部材（１５）の過回転が防止され、以上をノー
ンドル部材（１５）に係止部（４１）を設けるという簡
易な構造により行うことができる。
（実施例） 以下、本発明の好適一実施例を添付図面に従って説明す
る。
第２図は掛け全装置部分の側面図、第３図は同・一部破
断平面図、第４図は同一部破断正面図、第５図は同・チ
ルトアップ時の側面図、第６図は同展開斜視図を示す。
トグル型の掛け金装置（１１）は脱着式屋根板（０のフ
レーム部材（１２）から垂設されたブラケット（１３）
に支軸（１４）を介して一端（１５１）が回動可能に結
合され、他端に把持部（１５２）が形成されたＩ＼ンド
ル部材（！５）と、屋根（２）のフレーム部材（１６）
に取付面（１７０）が固設されたベースプレー）　（１
７）と、ハンドル部材（１５）とベースプレート（１７
）を連結するリンク（１８）を備える。
前記リンク（１８）は左右一対設けられ、リンク（１８
）は腕部（１８１）の一端から突出しハンドル部材（１
５）の軸受部（１５３）に摺動自在に嵌装された軸部（
１８２）と、腕部（１８１）の他端から突出しベースプ
レート（１７）の軸受部（１７１）に摺動自在に嵌装さ
れた軸部（１８３）を備える。
前記軸部（１８２）には盲孔（１８５）が形成され、両
軸部（１８２）　、　（１８２）の盲孔（１８５）、（
１８５）間にはビン（２１）が嵌装され、各リンク（１
８）、（１８）はピン（２１）両端の盲孔（１８５）、
（１８５）に挿入されたコイルスプリング（２２）、（
２２）により常時外方に付勢されている。
（３１）はスライド部材で、脱着式屋根板（４）の取外
しは、スライド部材（３１）を第３図で示すＡ矢視方向
に移動させてスライド部材（３１）の係合凸部（３２）
を軸部（１Ｂ２）、（１８２）の端面間からずらし、次
いで両リンク（Ｉｌｌ）、（１８）をコイルスプリング
（２２）　。
（２２）の弾発力に抗して互いに接近する方向に動かし
、軸部（＋８３）、　（＋８３）を軸受部（１７１）、
（１７１）から抜きハンドル部材（１５）及びリンク（
１８）　、（１８）をベースプレート（１７）から取外
すことにより行う。
前記軸受部（１５３）、（１５３）には係止部（４りを
夫々膨出形成し、またベースプレー）　（１７）には前
記係止部（４１）に対応させてストッパプレート（５１
）を設ける。
ストッパプレート（５１）はベースプレート（１７）の
左右側面（１７３）、（１７３）に固着された基部（５
２）と、基部（５２）から起立する起立部（５３）と、
両起立部（５３）、（５３）を接続するプレート部（５
０を備える。
前記プレート部（５４）には弾性部材（５Ｂ）　、（５
Ｂ）を嵌着し、第５図に示すように脱着式屋根板（０の
チルトアップ時、或いはチルトアップ状態よりも過回転
した状態で保合部（４１）、（４１）を弾性部材（５８
）　。
（５６）を介してプレート部（５４）に係止するように
構成する。
尚図面中（１７５）はベースプレート（１７）の軸受部
（１７１）に形成された係合凸部で、係合凸部（１７５
）は第５図で示すように脱着式屋根板（４）、のチルト
アップ時、リンク（１８）の腕部（１８１）の孔（１８
７）に係合し腕部（１８１）の起立状態を係止保持する
。
本実施例は前記のように構成するので、係止部（４１）
、プレート部（５４）を介してハンドル部材（！５）の
過回転を防止することができる。
また、間係止部（４１）　、（４１）間にわたって延出
するプレート部（５４）を設けたので、実施例の如く間
係止部（４１）、（４１）を受ける部材（５１）を設゛
ける場合には該部材（５１）の部品点数の削減化が図れ
、またプレート部（５４）をベースプレート（１？）に
一体に成形する場合にはベースプレート（１７）の構造
の簡易化を図ることができる。
また、係止部（４１）及びストー／パブレート（５１）
を夫々ハンドル部材（１５）、ベースプレー）　（１７
）に設けたので、脱着式屋根板（０の取外しも従来操作
と同様に両リンク（１８）、（１８）の操作により簡易
に行うことができる。
（発明の効果） 以上の説明で明らかなように本発明によれば、簡易な構
造によりハンドル部材の過回転を防止することができる
。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）脱着式屋根板の下面に回動可能に結合されたハン
    ドル部材と、 車体側に固定されたベースプレートと、 前記ハンドル部材とベースプレートとを連結するリンク
    を備え、 前記ハンドル部材の回動操作により脱着式屋根板後部を
    チルトアップさせるようにした車両における脱着式屋根
    板の掛け金装置において、 前記ハンドル部材に前記ベースプレートに係止し得る係
    止部を設けたことを特徴とする車両における脱着式屋根
    板の掛け金装置。
  2. （２）前記係止部はハンドル部材の前記リンクとの軸受
    部に形成され、且つベースプレートには前記係止部に係
    止し得るストッパ部が形成されている前記特許請求の範
    囲第１項記載の車両における脱着式屋根板の掛け金装置
    。
