Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本考案は、車輌用屋根開閉装置のロツク装置に
関し、特に、リツドを屋根開口に対しチルト動作
可能であつて、しかも、簡単な動作でリツドを着
脱可能にしたロツク装置に関する。
従来の技術 車輌用屋根開閉装置は、基本的には、車体側に
固定されたブラケツトのフツクと、屋根開口に納
められるリツド側に枢支されたハンドルとを、リ
ンク及びリンクに固定された軸部を介して連結す
る構成であり、リツドの屋根開口に対する着脱の
ために、該軸部に工夫がなれれる。その一例が特
公昭58−32049号公報に示される。この従来例で
は、軸部に設けたピンをブラケツトのフツクの孔
に嵌合させるが、該ピンはストツパによつてフツ
クの孔内に保持される。このため、ピンをフツク
から離脱させるには、ストツパ操作用のノブを押
しストツパをピンとの対向位置から別の非対向位
置に移動させる必要がある。
考案が解決しようとする問題点 リツドを屋根開口から取外す際、従来の装置で
は、車体側のブラケツトのフツクに嵌合したピン
を、ノブを操作しストツパを後退させ、しかも、
この後退状態を維持しながら、ピンをフツク内か
ら径方向に移動させるので、リツドの離脱操作が
煩雑である問題点がある。
問題点を解決するための手段 前述した問題点を解決するために、本考案は、
軸部にスプリングの付勢力を受けたピンを配し、
該ピンを大径部と小径部とで形成し、ピンの大径
部を常時はフツクの孔に係合させ且つピンを押す
ことでピンの小径部をフツクの孔の切り口に対向
可能とさせる手段を用いる。
作 用 ピンは常時はその大径部をフツクの孔に係合さ
せるようスプリングの付勢力を受けている。リツ
ドの屋根開口から取外し時には、ピンをスプリン
グの付勢力に抗して軸部の長手方向に押す。その
結果、ピンの小径部がフツクの孔の切り口と対向
することになり、フツクの切り口の大きさに対し
ピン小径部が小さいので、容易にピンをフツクか
ら抜取ることができ、リツドを屋根開口部から取
外すことができる。
実施例 第１図に車輌用開閉屋根の一例を示す。１がチ
ルト可能なリツドである。該リツド１は、車体に
設けた屋根開口２に納められる。リツド１は、そ
の一端にメール３を有し、該メール３は車体側の
ヒメール４にピン５を介して回動自在に装着され
る。リツド１の他端にロツク装置６が配設させ
る。
第２図及び第３図を参照してロツク装置６を説
明する。ロツク装置６は、基本的には車体側に固
定され且つその先端部に対のフツク７を有する第
１のブラケツト８、車体側に第２のブラケツト９
を介して枢着されるハンドル１０、及び第１のブ
ラケツト８とハンドル１０とを連結するリンク１
１と軸ブラケツト１２とを有す。ハンドル１０
は、軸部１２を受ける対の切込み１３をその側壁
に有し、且つ対のリンク１１の一端部をピン１６
を介して軸支する。リンク１１にその両端を固定
したピン１４とハンドル１０の側縁とに引張ばね
１５を張設し、リツド１の閉状態を維持させる。
このばね１５は、ターンオーバし、リツド１のリ
ルト操作の際、リツド１の自重が操作力を重くす
ることのないように作用すると共に、リツド１の
チルト状態を維持させる。
対のリンク１１に軸部１２が一体成形される。
該軸部１２は第１のブラケツト８のフツク７に嵌
合自在である。又、軸部１２は、ハンドル１０の
切込み１３に嵌合自在である。
第２図に示すリツド閉時には、軸部１２がハン
ドル１０の切込み１３に嵌合し（実線参照）、両
リンク１１を覆つているが、リツド１をチルトさ
せるには（チルト状態を仮想線で示す）、切込み
１３と軸部１２との嵌合を解消させて、ハンドル
１０を仮想線で示す位置に移動させる。
本考案の要部を構成する軸部１２の例を第４−
７図を参照して説明する。
軸部１２は、対のリンク１１と一体に成形され
る円筒部１７を有し、該円筒部１７内に圧縮スプ
リング１８が配される。さらに、円筒部１７の両
端開口から対のピン１９が圧縮スプリング１８を
縮めるよう挿入される。ピン１９の長手方向に設
けた凹部２０に、円筒部１７の外側から打込まれ
たストツパピン２１の先端を係合させる。かくし
て、ピン１９は円筒部１７から抜出ることなく、
又、ピン１９を挿すことで、圧縮スプリング１８
の付勢力に抗して、ピン１９は円筒部１７内に入
り込むことができる。ピン１９は、大径部２２と
小径部２３とよりなる。又、ピン１９に中央貫通
孔を設け、ガイドピン２４をこの貫通孔に摺動自
在に差込む。このガイドピン２４は、ピン１９の
軸心と円筒部１７の軸心とを一致させるのに有効
である。ピン１９がボタン２５を装着する。
第１のブラケツト８のフツク７は、ピン１９の
大径部２２に合致する孔２６と、ピン１９の小径
部２３を通す切り口２７とを有す。
フツク７とピン１９とが嵌合したリツド１の閉
時、ピン１９の大径部２２がフツク７の孔２６に
嵌合している（第４図と第６図参照）。ピン１９
の大径部２２は、フツク７の切り口２７より大き
いので、ピン１９がフツク７から抜出ることはな
い。対のピン１９を手で同時に押すと、ピン１９
の大径部２２は、円筒部１７内に、スプリング１
８の付勢力に抗して進入する。そして、ピン１９
の小径部２３がフツク７の孔２６と対向する（第
５図と第７図参照）。次いで、ピン１９の小径部
２３をフツク７の切り口２７を介して外部に取出
すことで、軸部１２を第１のブラケツト８から離
反させることができる。即ち、リツド１を車体か
ら取外しが可能となる。
考案の効果 本考案では、軸部を構成するピンを、軸部の長
手方向に押込み、ピンの小径部を、フツクの孔の
切り口に対向させ、ピンの小径部を切り口から抜
き取れば良く、リツドの取り外し作業は容易であ
る。又、リツドを車体に取付けるには、ピンを押
し込んで、その小径部をフツクの切り口に通せば
良いので、同様に取付け作業は容易である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車体側に固定され且つその先端にフツクを有す
    るブラケツト、屋根開口部に納められるリツド側
    に枢支されるハンドル、該ハンドルに軸支される
    リンク、該リンクの一端に固定され且つ前記ハン
    ドルの切込みと係合自在な軸部とを有し、前記軸
    部が同芯の大径部と小径部とを有し且つ前記軸部
    の円筒部内のスプリングの付勢力を受ける断面円
    形の対のピンを備え、前記円筒部内に出入自在な
    前記ピンの大径部が前記フツクの孔に係合し、該
    ピンを前記軸部の長手方向に移動させることで前
    記ピンの小径部を前記フツクの孔の切り口に通過
    可能としたことを特徴とする車輌用屋根開閉装置
    のロツク装置。
