Description
この出願は、2017年11月28日に出願された、発明の名称「撮像システム(“Imaging System”)」の米国仮出願第62/591,403号および2018年5月14日に出願された、発明の名称「撮像システム(“Imaging System”)」の米国仮出願第62/671,142に基づく優先権を主張し、各出願の内容は、全てこの参照によって本明細書に組み込まれる。
本明細書には、患者の生体構造の画像を作成するための、患者内で使用するシステムを設けている。画像は患者の生体構造の2次元および/または3次元の画像を有してもよい。画像は、さらに、撮像される患者の生体構造の近位に配置された1つまたはそれより多くのデバイスの画像も含んでもよい。システムは、撮像プローブと、回転アセンブリと、格納アセンブリを含む。撮像プローブは患者の位置から画像データを収集する。撮像プローブは、近位端および遠位部分を有し、その間に延在するルーメン(lumen)を有する延在シャフトを含む。回転可能な光学コアが延在シャフトのルーメン(lumen)の中に配置され、光学アセンブリが延在シャフトの遠位部分に配置される。光学アセンブリは患者の位置にある組織に光を当て、組織から反射された光を収集する。回転アセンブリは撮像プローブに接続し、光学アセンブリを回転させる。格納アセンブリは撮像プローブに接続し、光学アセンブリと延在シャフトを同時に格納する。
コネクタアセンブリ150は、コネクタの複数の形態、例えば、バイオネット(bayonet)または他のロッキングコネクタを有してもよい。後述では、バイオネット(bayonet)タイプのコネクタを説明する。バイオネット(bayonet)タイプのコネクタは、撮像プローブ100と回転アセンブリ500との間で接続を形成および維持するために必要な力および制限を設けるように構成および配置される。
Claims (11)
- 患者用の撮像システムであって、
撮像プローブであって、
近位端と、遠位部分と、前記近位端と前記遠位部分との間に延在するルーメン(lumen)とを有する延在シャフトと、
前記延在シャフトの前記ルーメン(lumen)内に配置され、近位端と遠位端を有する回転可能な光学コアと、
前記延在シャフトの前記遠位部分内におよび前記回転可能な光学コアの前記遠位端に近位に配置され、組織に光を当て、組織から反射された光を収集するために構成された光学アセンブリと、
遠位端を含むバネ先端と、
臨床医が第1位置において前記光学アセンブリを配置でき、続いてプルバック(pullback)撮像処置を実施できるように構成された長さであって、前記バネ先端の前記遠位端が、前記プルバック(pullback)撮像処置の終了において、前記第1位置に、または、前記第1位置に対して遠位に配置される長さと、を有し、
前記プルバック(pullback)撮像処置において、患者の位置から画像データを収集するために構成および配置される、撮像プローブと、
前記撮像プローブに光学的におよび機械的に接続すると共に、前記光学アセンブリを回転させるように構成および配置された回転アセンブリと、
前記撮像プローブに機械的に接続すると共に、前記光学アセンブリと前記延在シャフトとを同時に格納するように構成および配置された格納アセンブリと、を備える、撮像システム。 - 前記撮像プローブが、さらに、前記バネ先端の前記遠位端に相対的に配置されたマーカーを有し、前記マーカーは、前記プルバック(pullback)撮像処置の終了において、前記バネ先端の位置に関する情報を提供する、請求項1に記載の撮像システム。
- 前記撮像プローブが、さらに、前記光学アセンブリに相対的に配置されたマーカーを有し、前記マーカーは、前記プルバック(pullback)撮像処置の終了において、前記光学アセンブリの位置に関する情報を提供する、請求項1に記載の撮像システム。
- 前記バネ先端が少なくとも35mmの長さを有する、請求項1に記載の撮像システム。
- 動力構成は、リニアアクチュエータ、モータに操作的に取り付けられたワームドライブ、プーリシステム、リニアな力の伝達機構、及びこれらの組み合わせからなるグループから選択される機構を有する、請求項1に記載の撮像システム。
- 前記撮像プローブは、手動で患者内を推進されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の撮像システム。
