Claims (5)
- 管腔内に挿入されるシースと、
前記シース内に挿入され、機械的駆動力を伝達するための駆動シャフトと、
前記駆動シャフトの先端に固定されて画像情報を取得する画像情報取得部と、
前記駆動シャフトを保持しながら移動することにより前記シースの軸方向に前記駆動シャフトを移動させるハブと、
前記シースの基端側に設けられる外管本体および当該外管本体の基端部に位置する第1のコネクタを備える外管と、
前記第1のコネクタの基端側に位置し、前記第1のコネクタに対して接続および切り離し可能な第2のコネクタと、
前記ハブの先端側に設けられ、前記ハブの移動に伴って前記外管内で前記外管と相対的に移動し、先端部に外径の拡大した係止部が設けられる内管と、を有し、
前記第2のコネクタは、前記内管が軸方向へ移動可能に貫通する通過口を有し、前記係止部が前記通過口よりも先端側に位置し、該通過口は前記外径の拡大した係止部を通過させない口径を有することを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 前記第2のコネクタは、前記通過口よりも先端側に位置する前記係止部と接触可能である請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記第1のコネクタおよび第2のコネクタは、捩じ込み式または差し込み式のコネクタである請求項1または2に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記第2のコネクタは、前記内管の外周面と摺動可能に接するシール部材を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記カテーテルの前記外管よりも先端側に固定され、前記内管内に向かって基端側へ伸び、前記駆動シャフトと内管との間に配置される保護管を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル。
