Claims (7)
- ガイドワイヤを挿入可能なガイドワイヤ用ルーメンおよび生体内で画像情報を取得する観察部が挿入される観察部用ルーメンが形成された管体を備える医療用デバイスであって、
前記観察部用ルーメン内に挿入され、前記管体を透過して画像情報を取得する前記観察部に機械的駆動力を伝達するために回転可能な回転シャフトを有し、
前記管体は、前記ガイドワイヤ用ルーメンから離れた側に前記観察部用ルーメンの内面の曲率半径が均一の円形部が形成されるとともに、前記ガイドワイヤ用ルーメンに近接する側の少なくとも一部に前記円形部の中心点から前記観察部用ルーメンの内面までの距離が非均一であって前記円形部の内面の半径よりも長い非円形部が形成される医療用デバイス。 - 前記管体は、前記ガイドワイヤ用ルーメンに近接する側の少なくとも一部に、前記円形部の内径と等しい内径の支持部を有する請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記支持部の内面は、前記円形部の内面における曲率と等しい曲率を有する請求項2に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記支持部は、前記観察部用ルーメンの周方向において、前記非円形部に挟まれて配置される請求項2または3に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記非円形部の肉厚は、前記ガイドワイヤ用ルーメン側に向かって一定または薄くなるように形成される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記管体の外周面において前記非円形部の外側を構成する面は、平面で形成される請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記観察部は、超音波振動子である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の医療用デバイス。
