Description
Vascular Ultra Sound)を利用したデバイスが挙げられる。一般に血管内超音波診断を利用するデバイスは、長尺な管体内に超音波振動子を内蔵する超音波検出器(プローブ)が回転可能に配置されている(特許文献1参照)。管体には、プローブを回転可能に収納する観察部用ルーメンが形成されるとともに、画像診断のデバイスを目的の位置まで導くためのガイドワイヤを挿入可能なガイドワイヤ用ルーメンが形成されている。

Claims (5)
- 生体内で画像情報を取得する観察部が進退移動可能に挿入される観察部用ルーメンを備えた第1シャフト部と、
ガイドワイヤを挿入可能なガイドワイヤルーメンを備え前記第1シャフト部に隣接して設けられた第2シャフト部と、
少なくとも前記第1シャフト部の基端側において前記第1シャフト部と前記第2シャフト部との間に形成された連結壁と、
少なくとも前記連結壁の基端側において前記連結壁に埋設される補強部材と、を有するシャフト部を備え、
前記連結壁は、少なくとも先端側において前記第1シャフト部および前記第2シャフト部に設けられた円弧状の外壁面を接線で結んだ外壁部を有し、
前記補強部材は、前記観察部が前記観察部用ルーメンを進退移動可動な範囲における最も後退した位置より基端側に設けられ、前記観察部が前記範囲における最も後退した位置より先端側に設けられていない、医療用デバイス。 - 前記連結壁は、前記第1シャフト部と前記第2シャフト部の中心を結ぶ線の両側に対になって設けられ、前記補強部材は対になった前記連結壁に各々設けられる請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記補強部材は、前記連結壁の前記外壁部と、前記第1シャフト部の内壁面と、前記第2シャフト部の内壁面と、の間に配置される請求項1または2に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記連結壁は、前記基端側における前記連結壁の外壁が前記先端側における前記外壁部よりも外方に張り出した突出外壁部をさらに有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記補強部材は、前記外壁部または前記突出外壁部の外壁面の位置に応じて前記先端側から前記基端側にかけて太くなるように構成される請求項4に記載の医療用デバイス。
