Claims (13)
- 遠位端と、近位端と、前記遠位端と前記近位端との間の管腔と、スロットとを有するハンドルと、
前記ハンドルの前記遠位端に連結されたカテーテルシースと、
前記ハンドルの前記近位端に連結された細長いチューブと、
前記カテーテルシース及び前記ハンドルの前記管腔内に摺動自在に受け取られる撮像コアと含み、前記撮像コアは、ハイポチューブと、前記ハイポチューブ内に配置された遠位駆動ケーブルと、前記遠位駆動ケーブルの遠位部分に固定された少なくとも1つの変換器とを備え、
更に、前記細長いチューブ、及び、前記ハンドルの前記管腔内に受け取られる近位駆動ケーブルと、
前記ハンドルの前記管腔内に摺動自在に受け取られる摺動子とを備え、前記摺動子は、空洞を形成していて、前記摺動子は、前記近位駆動ケーブルと前記ハイポチューブを接続する連結器と、前記連結器を回転自在に受け取って前記ハイポチューブおよび前記近位駆動ケーブルが前記摺動子の内部で自由に回転することを可能にしているスラスト軸受と、前記スラスト軸受を前記摺動子内に保持するために前記摺動子に結合された円筒形ブッシングとを前記空洞の内部に備えており、前記連結器は、前記スラスト軸受と、前記ハイポチューブおよび前記近位駆動ケーブルの両方との間に配置されていて、
更に、前記摺動子から延び、かつ、前記ハンドルの前記スロットを通過する摺動部材を備える、
ことを特徴とするカテーテル。 - 前記細長いチューブは、30.5cm又はそれよりも大きい長さを延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記細長いチューブは、61cm又はそれよりも大きい長さを延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記連結器は、前記連結器を前記摺動子に対して縦方向に固定するために、前記摺動子において、溝内に受け取られる保持形態を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記遠位駆動ケーブルは、少なくとも2つの逆巻きコイルを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記近位駆動ケーブルは、前記遠位駆動ケーブルよりも大きい直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記近位駆動ケーブルは、前記遠位駆動ケーブルの外径よりも少なくとも4倍大きい外径を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記摺動部材は、前記摺動子において前記空洞に流体連結されたフラッシュポートを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記摺動部材の側面に取り付けられて前記フラッシュポートに流体連結されたLuer取付金具を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記ハンドルは、前記スロットに沿って前記撮像コアの縦方向位置を示す目盛りを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記ハンドルの前記遠位端に取り付けられて前記カテーテルシースの一部分を取り囲む歪み緩和部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 請求項1に記載のカテーテルと、
前記細長いチューブの前記近位端と、前記近位駆動ケーブルの近位端とに連結されたモータ駆動ユニットと、
を含むことを特徴とする医療システム。 - 前記モータ駆動ユニットは、
前記細長いチューブの前記近位端に連結されたハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内で前記撮像コアの前記近位端に連結された摺動キャリッジと、
