Claims (7)
- 患者の天然の弁を修復するための弁修復デバイスであって、
第1の端部および第2の端部を有する接合要素と、
第1の伸長部材と第2の伸長部材とから成る一対の伸長部材と、
第1のパドルと第2のパドルとから成る一対のパドルであって、前記第1のパドルと前記第2のパドルとが、前記接合要素の前記第2の端部に連結され、前記第1のパドル及び前記第2のパドルそれぞれが、内側パドル部分と外側パドル部分とを備えており、前記第1のパドルの前記内側パドル部分及び前記外側パドル部分が、前記第1の伸長部材に接続されており、且つ、前記第2のパドルの前記内側パドル部分及び前記外側パドル部分が、前記第2の伸長部材に接続されている、前記一対のパドルと、
を備えている前記弁修復デバイスにおいて、
前記接合要素は、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの前面から見たときに、前記接合要素が前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部まで伸長するにつれて細くなり、かつ前記接合要素は、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの側面から見たときに、前記接合要素が前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部まで伸張するにつれて細くなり、
前記パドルが開位置と閉位置の間で移動可能であり、
前記パドルが前記患者の前記天然の弁に付くように構成されている、弁修復デバイス。 - 前記接合要素と前記パドルのそれぞれとの間の隙間が、前記弁修復デバイスを前記弁修復デバイスの側面から見たときに、前記弁修復デバイスの前記第1の端部から前記弁修復デバイスの前記第2の端部まで広くなる、請求項1に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記接合要素が中空である、請求項1又は2に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記接合要素が織物から作られている、請求項3に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記織物が編組金属ワイヤを含む、請求項4に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記第1のパドル及び前記第2のパドルが、前記伸長部材に連結された可撓性メッシュ材料を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の弁修復デバイス。
- 前記第1のパドルの前記内側パドル部分の前記可撓性メッシュ材料が前記第1の伸長部材の第1の側面に配置され、前記第1のパドルの前記外側パドル部分の前記可撓性メッシュ材料が前記第1の伸長部材の第2の側面に配置されている、請求項6に記載の弁修復デバイス。
