Claims (34)
- 患者の天然弁を修復するための弁修復装置であって、前記弁修復装置は、

複数の枢動リンク、およびシャフトを含む基部組立体であって、前記枢動リンクは、前記シャフトによって動かされる、基部組立体と、
前記基部組立体に取り付けられた一対のパドルであって、前記枢動リンクを動かすと、前記パドルは開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で動く、一対のパドルと、
前記基部組立体に取り付けられた一対のグリップ部材であって、前記パドルおよび前記グリップ部材は、前記患者の弁尖に取り付けられるように構成されている、一対のグリップ部材と、
前記一対のグリップ部材間に配された少なくとも1つのスペーサ要素と、
を含み、
前記スペーサ要素は、編組メッシュ、布、生体適合性の材料、発泡体、および心膜組織からなる材料の群から選択された少なくとも1つの材料から作られ、

前記基部組立体に取り付けられた一対のパドルであって、前記枢動リンクを動かすと、前記パドルは開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で動く、一対のパドル、
前記基部組立体に取り付けられた一対のグリップ部材であって、前記パドルおよび前記グリップ部材は、前記患者の弁尖に取り付けられるように構成されている、一対のグリップ部材、ならびに、
前記シャフトを囲み、前記一対のグリップ部材間に配された少なくとも1つのスペーサ要素、を含む、弁修復装置と、

カプラーと、
シャフトであって、前記シャフトの第1の部分は、前記カプラーの第1の側から延出し、かつ前記シャフトの第2の部分は、前記カプラーの第2の側から延出し、前記カプラーが前記シャフトに沿って動かされ得るように前記シャフトには前記カプラーが可動に取り付けられている、シャフトと、
前記カプラーに枢動可能に取り付けられた第1のリンクと、
前記カプラーに枢動可能に取り付けられた第2のリンクと、
前記第1のリンクに枢動可能に取り付けられかつ前記シャフトの前記第2の部分に枢動可能に取り付けられた第3のリンクと、
前記第2のリンクに枢動可能に取り付けられかつ前記シャフトの前記第2の部分に枢動可能に取り付けられた第4のリンクと、
前記第1のリンクから延出する第1のパドルおよび前記第2のリンクから延出する第2のパドルであって、前記シャフトに沿う前記カプラーの動作が、前記第1のリンク、前記第2のリンク、前記第3のリンク、および前記第4のリンクを枢動させかつ前記第1のパドルおよび前記第2のパドルを動かす、第1のパドルおよび第2のパドルと、
前記カプラーの前記第1の側に配された少なくとも1つのスペーサ要素をさらに備え、

前記カプラーに枢動可能に取り付けられた第1のリンクと、
前記カプラーに枢動可能に取り付けられた第2のリンクと、
前記第1のリンクに枢動可能に取り付けられかつ前記シャフトの前記第2の部分に枢動可能に取り付けられた第3のリンクと、
前記第2のリンクに枢動可能に取り付けられかつ前記シャフトの前記第2の部分に枢動可能に取り付けられた第4のリンクと、
前記第1のリンクから延出する第1のパドルおよび前記第2のリンクから延出する第2のパドルであって、前記シャフトに沿う前記カプラーの動作が、前記第1のリンク、前記第2のリンク、前記第3のリンク、および前記第4のリンクを枢動させかつ前記第1のパドルおよび前記第2のパドルを動かす、第1のパドルおよび第2のパドルと、
前記カプラーの前記第1の側に配された少なくとも1つのスペーサ要素をさらに備え、
