結晶質着色剤/顔料
2用語D10、D50およびD90は、それぞれサンプルの10%、50%および90%の粒子がそのサイズより小さいことを言う。
注:リフラクティブウィンドウ乾燥およびスプレー乾燥で乾燥された製品の含水率は、それぞれ3.0%および3.5%であった。
2壁面摩擦は定常流を維持するのに必要な最大質量流れ角度である。 より大きい角度は、より大きい機器設計の自由度を可能にする。
3透過性は、詰まることなく流れを保持することができる臨界質量流量を測定する。
実施例
Claims (7)
- 植物または藻類に由来する結晶質の顔料もしくは顔料の混合物を含む天然着色剤組成物であって、
前記組成物が粗搾汁よりも高い色強度を有し、かつ、前記組成物が粗搾汁よりも乾燥重量基準で減少した糖を有するとともに前記組成物が粗搾汁から最初に乾燥されたままで0.62〜0.70g/cm 3 の嵩密度を有する、天然着色剤組成物。 - 乾燥重量基準で5〜20%よりも少ない糖を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 40,000色度超の色強度を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記顔料が赤ブドウアントシアニンであり、前記組成物が40,000〜55,000色度の色強度を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記顔料が紫ブドウアントシアニンであり、前記組成物が90,000〜125,000色度の色強度を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 乾燥重量の20%未満の全糖含有量をさらに含んでいる、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記顔料が、アントシアニン、カロテノイド、ベタレイン、クルクミン、カルミン酸、カルミン酸誘導体、クロロフィルおよびクロロフィル誘導体から成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
