Description

人間解剖学的構造の内部領域の診査と治療における課題は、関心領域を十分に視覚化することであった。視覚化は、カテーテルや内視鏡などの小径の長形器具が患者の自然管を通って、その管の、またはその管を通って到達できる器官のいずれかの関心領域に導かれる、最小侵襲性処置において特に煩雑であり得る。

本発明の実施形態は、同一符号が同一要素に一致する図面を参照して説明される。本発明の実施形態は、1つ以上の操向可能または操向不可能な撮像装置、カテーテル、または同様の装置を管腔または管に挿入することが望ましい多くの医療用途に広く適用可能な種類のシステムを目的とする。具体的には、本発明のいくつかの実施形態は一般に、カテーテル、機能的ハンドル、ハブ、光学装置などの廃棄可能な部品と再使用可能な部品との組み合わせを備える医療視覚化システムを目的とする。
D(好ましくは、30〜43Dの領域)まで変化する。各種形状と形状寸法の曲線は、所望通りにカテーテル10の遠位部分44にプリセットされ得る。たとえば、これらの曲線は、ポリマの融点以下の上昇温度でスリーブ58にプリベークされる。このプリベークされた曲線は、システム8の特定用途により、垂直から10〜270度の間で変化できる。カテーテル10を挿入するには、曲線は、拡張器または堅いガイドワイヤがカテーテル10の作動チャネル(下記)に挿入されると、曲線はまっすぐになり、拡張器またはガイドワイヤが除去されると、遠位部分44は、プリベーク曲線に戻って所望位置にアクセスするようにならなくてはならない。一実施形態では、スリーブ58の遠位部分44は、遠位部分44に取付けられ、蛍光透視法を介して遠位端18の位置を確認するX線不透過性マーカバンド46を有する。
Claims (12)
- 装置であって、前記装置は、
内視鏡であって、
第1曲げ可能セクションおよび第1作動チャネルを含む第1挿入チューブと、
前記第1挿入チューブに連結された第1ハンドルであって、前記第1ハンドルは、前記第1曲げ可能セクションを移動させるように構成された第1制御機構を含む、第1ハンドルと、
前記第1作動チャネルと連通している第1ポートと
を含む、内視鏡と、
カテーテルアセンブリであって、
前記第1作動チャネルを介した通過のために構成された第2挿入チューブであって、前記第2挿入チューブは、第2曲げ可能セクションを含む、第2挿入チューブと、
前記第2挿入チューブに連結された第2ハンドルであって、前記第2ハンドルは、前記第2曲げ可能セクションを移動させるように構成された第2制御機構を含む、第2ハンドルと、
前記第2制御機構が前記第1ポートに対して遠位にあるように、前記カテーテルアセンブリを前記内視鏡に取付けるように構成された取付け機構と
を含む、カテーテルアセンブリと
を含み、
前記取付け機構は、前記第1ポートに対して遠位の前記第1ハンドルの遠位部分の周りをラッピングするように構成されたストラップを含む、装置。 - 前記ストラップが前記第1ハンドルの前記遠位部分の周りをラッピングさせられているときに、前記第2制御機構は、前記第1ポートに隣接している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ストラップが前記第1ハンドルの前記遠位部分の周りをラッピングさせられているときに、前記第1ハンドルの第1長軸および前記第2ハンドルの第2長軸は、互いに並んで延びている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1長軸および前記第2長軸は、互いに並んで平行に延びている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ストラップが前記第1ハンドルの前記遠位部分の周りをラッピングさせられているときに、前記第2挿入チューブの近位端は、前記第1ポートに対して遠位にある、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1ポートは、前記第1制御機構に対して遠位にある、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2挿入チューブは、光学装置を受容するように構成されたビューイングチャネルを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記カテーテルアセンブリは、前記ビューイングチャネルと連通している第2ポートを含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記第2挿入チューブは、第2作動チャネルを含み、前記カテーテルアセンブリは、前記第2作動チャネルと連通している第3ポートを含む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記第2制御機構は、前記第2ハンドルに回転可能に搭載された少なくとも1つの回転可能ノブと、前記少なくとも1つの回転可能ノブと前記第2曲げ可能セクションとの間に延びている少なくとも1つのワイヤとを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1制御機構は、前記第1ハンドルに回転可能に搭載された少なくとも1つの回転可能ノブを含む、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記ストラップは、前記第1ハンドルの前記遠位部分の周りをラッピングさせられ、前記第1制御機構の前記回転可能ノブの回転軸および前記第2制御機構の前記回転可能ノブの回転軸は、平行である、請求項11に記載の装置。
