Claims (26)
- 成型または加工操作に先立つプラスチック標的部品の非接触熱処理のためのシステムであって、
放射加熱が印加されるようにプラスチック標的部品を配置するように動作する手段と、
前記プラスチック標的部品が露出のために内部に配置される熱監視制御セクションであって、電流を光子に直接変換する工程を通じて、前記プラスチック標的部品について特定の強い分子吸収を示す波長帯域に対応する波長帯域の放射エネルギーを放出する1つ以上のレーザーダイオードを含む、熱監視制御セクションと、
を含むシステム。 - 前記配置するように動作する手段が、前記プラスチック標的部品を移送するように動作する移送手段を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記レーザーダイオードがREDである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プラスチック標的部品が、プラスチックポリマー材料のプリフォームまたはボトルである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プラスチックポリマー材料が、PET、PEN、またはその他の熱可塑性材料のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項4に記載のシステム。

- 前記熱監視制御セクションへの供給に先立って潜熱エネルギーを計測するために入ってくる部品の温度を測定する手段をさらに含み、入ってくる部品の温度に基づいて前記レーザーダイオードに印加する制御信号を生成し、制御信号を前記レーザーダイオードに送信する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記放射エネルギーの波長が、前記プラスチック標的部品のスペクトル吸収曲線から決定された吸収特性の波長に基づいて選択される少なくとも1つの波長の放射熱を印加するために選択される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記レーザーダイオードが、加熱特性を組み合わせるために、少なくとも2つの異なる波長において放射熱を選択的に供給するように動作する、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 延伸ブロー成型操作に先立って熱可塑性プリフォームを熱処理する方法であって、
一連のプリフォームを、ブロー成型機の熱監視制御セクションに配置し、該セクションを通じて移送するステップと、
前記プリフォームについて特定の強い分子吸収を示す波長帯域に対応する波長帯域の放射エネルギーを放出するレーザーRED放射熱源を使用して前記プリフォームに照射
