Claims (20)
- 工業用途における少なくとも1つのアイテムの硬化、処理、または乾燥方法であって、
前記アイテムについて特定の強い分子吸収を示す波長帯域に対応する波長帯域において放射エネルギーを放射するように動作する、少なくとも1つの半導体放射装置を含む少なくとも1つのアレイを提供することと、
前記アイテムに所望の硬化、処理または乾燥の効果を生じさせるように、前記少なくとも1つのアレイを制御することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記アイテムが、塗料、被膜、スラリ、糊、接着剤、表面処理剤、および飲料缶被膜のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アレイがプログラム制御可能に配列される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フィードバック技術を具備する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのアイテムの硬化、処理、または乾燥で使用するためのシステムであって、
前記アイテムについて特定の強い分子吸収を示す波長帯域に対応する波長帯域において放射エネルギーを放射するように動作する、少なくとも1つの半導体放射装置を含む少なくとも1つのアレイと、
前記少なくとも1つのアイテムに所望の硬化、処理または乾燥の効果を生じさせるように、前記少なくとも1つのアレイを制御するように動作するコントローラと、
を含むシステム。 - 前記アイテムが、塗料、被膜、スラリ、糊、接着剤、表面処理剤、および飲料缶被膜のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記アレイが、個別の装置の出力強度、アレイ全体の出力強度、放射の方向、放射の二次元パターン、放射の波長、2つ以上の波長の相対混合、放射出力のタイミングのうちの少なくとも1つを制御するようにプログラム制御可能に配列される、請求項5に記載のシステム。

- 前記半導体放射装置が、前記特定の分子吸収を示す波長帯域に対応する限定された波長帯域のみに放射エネルギーを放射するように動作する、請求項1に記載の方法。
