Claims (11)
- 放射熱をターゲット内に選択的に注入するためのシステムであって、
少なくとも1つのソリッドステート狭帯域放射線照射要素であって、前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素は、前記ターゲットに関連して適用するために、放射熱出力の狭い波長帯域に放射線を発するように操作され、前記波長は、前記関連したターゲット材料の特定の吸収特性に対応するように選択される、少なくとも1つのソリッドステート狭帯域照射要素と、
前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素を、それからの照射が前記ターゲットに向かうように位置決めする装着配列であって、該装置配列は、少なくとも1つの加熱ゾーンを画成してターゲット体を選択的に受け取り、その中に、前記加熱ゾーンの前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素からの放射熱が注入され、かつ前記ターゲットを前記少なくとも1つの加熱ゾーンの内外に輸送する回転可能な要素を有する装着配列と、
選択的加熱ゾーン内に照射を方向づけるための少なくとも1つの光学素子と、
前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素に電流を供給する手段と、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記加熱ゾーンは、少なくとも1つのミラーを含む請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素はアレイを備える請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記装着配列は、互いに略円形配列に構成される複数の加熱ゾーンを画成する複数のアレイを備える請求項3記載のシステム。
- 前記装着配列は、前記ターゲット材料に向けて放射線を供給するために光ファイバを利用する請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記光ファイバは、均一な加熱を達成するために、選択された区域で扇形に配置されている請求項5記載のシステム。
- 前記ターゲットは、その後の操作でボトル内にブローされるプラスチックボトルプリフォームを含む請求項1記載のシステム。
- 成形または加工操作におけるプリフォームの非接触熱処理に用いるシステムであって、
前記プリフォームを輸送するためのトラックと、
複数のステージング装置と対応する加熱キャビティとを有する炉であって、前記加熱キャビティは、前記プリフォームの所望の吸収特性に整合するような、放射熱物体の狭い波長帯域の放射線を発するように作用する狭帯域放射線放出要素を使用して、前記プリフォームの照射を提供する炉と、
前記トラックから前記ステージング装置へプリフォームを移送するように作用する移送スピンドルであって、前記ステージング装置は前記加熱キャビティの内外に前記プリフォームを配置するように回転するように操作され、前記移送スピンドルは、前記プリフォームをブロー成形機へ移送するようにさらに操作される移送スピンドルと、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記プリフォームの前記照射は10秒未満で完了する請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記システムで冷却機能を実行するための液体冷却ラインおよびその入口と出口をさらに備える請求項8記載のシステム。
- 放射熱をターゲット内に選択的に注入するためのシステムであって、
少なくとも1つのソリッドステート狭帯域放射線照射要素であって、前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素は、前記ターゲットに関連して適用するために、放射熱出力の狭い波長帯域に放射線を発するように操作され、前記波長は、前記関連したターゲット材料の特定の吸収特性に対応するように選択される、少なくとも1つのソリッドステート狭帯域照射要素と、
前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素を、それからの照射が前記ターゲットに向かうように位置決めする装着配列であって、該装置配列は、少なくとも1つの加熱ゾーンを画成してターゲット体を選択的に受け取り、その中に、前記加熱ゾーンの前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素からの放射熱が注入され、かつ前記ターゲットを回転および/または輸送する回転可能な要素を有する装着配列と、
