Claims (37)
- 成形または加工操作の前に複数の層または吸収ピークを有するプラスチックターゲット構成要素の非接触熱処理を行なうためのシステムであって、
放射加熱を容易にする方法で前記プラスチックターゲット構成要素を位置づけるように操作する手段と、
前記プラスチック構成要素が露出のために配置される熱モニタリング制御セクションであって、前記構成要素の第1の層の所望の吸収特性に整合する少なくとも第1の狭い波長帯域の放射エネルギを発するように作用する1つまたはそれ以上のソリッドステート狭帯域加熱要素の第1のセットと、少なくとも第2の狭い波長帯域の放射エネルギを発するように作用する1つまたはそれ以上のソリッドステート狭帯域放射加熱要素の第2のセットと、を備える熱モニタリング制御セクションと、
を備えるシステム。 - 延伸ブロー成形操作前に熱可塑性プリフォームを熱的に処理する方法であって、
ブロー成形機械の熱モニタリング制御セクションの選択された加熱ゾーンを通って一連のプリフォームを輸送するステップと、
少なくとも1つの加熱ゾーンで前記一連のプリフォームを回転するステップと、
前記プリフォームの各々を回転しながら、およそ10秒未満の期間の間、狭帯域照射系放射加熱要素を使用して照射し、それによって、前記プリフォームは、望ましくは、さらなる処理のために適切に加熱され、前記狭帯域要素は、狭い波長帯域で放射線を発するように操作されるステップと、
を備える方法。 - 前記10秒未満は、5秒未満、3秒未満、2秒未満、1秒未満、および、0.5秒未満のうちの1つを含む請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記熱モニタリング制御セクションに入る前に、入ってくるプリフォームの内側表面および外側表面の温度を測定して、潜熱含有量を測定するステップと、
前記入ってくるプリフォームの温度に基づいて前記狭帯域放射加熱要素に加える制御信号を生成するステップと、
これらの制御信号を前記狭帯域放射加熱要素に伝達して、前記プリフォームの所望の熱プロファイルを達成するステップと、
をさらに備える請求項2記載の方法。 - 各プリフォームを個別に測定することをさらに備える請求項4記載の方法。
- 各個別プリフォームを照射し、前記狭帯域加熱要素を使用してそのプリフォームの正確な熱を獲得し、その要素は、10,000時間を超える耐用期間を有することをさらに備える請求項2記載の方法。

- 前記所望の断面熱プロファイルによって、プリフォームが、前記外側表面から前記内側表面へ不均一に加熱される請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記回転は、より均一な加熱を達成するために、回転のスピードまたは照射の量の少なくとも一方を変動することを備える請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記照射は、1.2ミクロンよりも大きい範囲内である請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記照射は、1.2ミクロンを超えて放出する少なくとも1つの要素と、1.2ミクロン未満で放出する別の要素とを使用して、前もって形成される請求項2記載の方法。
- ターゲット内に狭帯域放射熱を選択的に注入するためのシステムであって、
少なくとも1つのソリッドステート狭帯域照射装置要素であって、前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素は、前記ターゲットに関連して適用するために、放射熱出力の狭い波長帯域に放射線を発するように操作され、前記狭い波長帯域は、前記関連したターゲット材料の特定の吸収特性に対応するように選択される、少なくとも1つのソリッドステート狭帯域照射装置要素と、
前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素を、それからの照射が前記ターゲットに向かうように位置決めする装着配列であって、前記ターゲットが加熱ゾーン内にある間に、前記向けられた放射線が前記ターゲットに追従できるように操作される装着配列と、
前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域要素に電流を供給するための手段であって、それによって直接電流−光子放射変換プロセスが発生する電流供給手段と、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記ターゲットの断面を通る放射加熱の所望のレベルを得るために、前記ターゲット材料の吸収性質に特に対応するように選ばれた放射線の波長を使用する照射システムをさらに備える請求項14記載のシステム。

- ターゲット熱パラメータを検知することは、各個別ターゲット体のターゲット熱またはターゲット熱プロファイルの一方を検知することと、前記検知情報から、各個別ターゲット体の照射熱注入必要量を決定することと、それに応じて前記ターゲット体を照射するために少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素に電流を供給する手段へ制御信号を送ることとを含む請求項19記載のシステム。
- 前記対応する照射ステーションの照射視野内で各ターゲット体を回転する機械的配列をさらに備える請求項18記載のシステム。
- 放射エネルギが注入される前記ターゲット体は、その後の操作でボトル内にブローされるのに準備されたプラスチックボトルプリフォームである請求項21記載のシステム。

前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素を、それからの照射が前記ターゲットに向かうように位置決めする装着配列であって、該装置配列は、少なくとも1つの加熱ゾーンを画成してターゲット体を選択的に受け取り、その中に、前記加熱ゾーンの前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素からの放射熱が注入され、かつ前記ターゲット体を前記少なくとも1つの加熱ゾーンの内外に輸送する回転可能な要素を有する装着配列と、
選択的加熱ゾーン内に照射を方向づけるための少なくとも1つの光学素子と、
前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素に電流を供給する手段と、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記加熱ゾーンは、少なくとも1つのミラーによってさらに画成される請求項28記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの狭帯域照射要素はアレイを備える請求項28記載のシステム。
- 前記装着配列は、互いに略円形配列に構成される複数の加熱ゾーンを画成する複数のアレイを備える請求項30記載のシステム。
- 前記装着配列は、前記ターゲット材料に向けて放射線を供給するために光ファイバを利用する請求項28記載のシステム。
- 前記光ファイバは、均一な加熱を達成するために、選択された区域で扇形に広げられてもよい請求項32記載のシステム。
- 前記ターゲット体は、その後の操作でボトル内にブローされるプラスチックボトルプリフォームを含む請求項28記載のシステム。

を備えるシステム。 - 前記プリフォームの前記照射は10秒未満で完了する請求項35記載のシステム。
