Claims (13)
- 共同作業のためのプレゼンテーションユニットを構築する方法において、
(a)表示画面と少なくとも1つの入力装置とを備えたマスタープレゼンテーションユニットを会議スペース内に設けるステップと、
(b)前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットと関連付けされたプロセッサを設けるステップと、
(c)複数の移動式プロジェクタを前記会議スペース内に移動するステップと、
(d)前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットを、前記会議スペース内に移動された前記複数のプロジェクタのうち少なくとも2つのプロジェクタと関連付けするステップと、
(e)前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットの前記表示画面に画像を提示するステップと、
(f)前記複数のプロジェクタのうち前記関連付けされたプロジェクタのいずれかを、前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットに提示された前記画像を表示するプロジェクタとして、指定するための、制御インタフェースを前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットの前記表示画面に設けるステップと、
(g)前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットから提示された前記画像を表示するように指定された前記プロジェクタを用いて、前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットから提示された前記画像を、前記会議スペース内のプレゼンテーションスペース上に映し出すステップと、
(h)どのプロジェクタが前記会議スペース内に配置されているかを判定するためのセンサシステムを前記会議スペースに設けるステップと、を含み、
前記(d)前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットを前記複数のプロジェクタのうち少なくとも2つのプロジェクタと関連付けするステップが、前記複数のプロジェクタのリストを前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットの表示画面を介して提示すること、および、前記複数のプロジェクタのうち少なくとも2つのプロジェクタを前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットの前記入力装置により指定すること、をそれぞれ含み、
前記複数のプロジェクタが、それぞれ、識別タグを有しているとともに、前記会議スペースに設けられた前記センサシステムが前記識別タグを読取るための少なくとも第1のタグリーダを有しており、これにより、前記プロジェクタが前記会議スペース内に入ると前記会議スペース用の前記リストに前記プロジェクタを追加し、前記プロジェクタが前記会議スペースから撤去されると該プロジェクタを前記会議スペース用の前記リストから削除することによって、どのプロジェクタが前記会議スペース内に配置されているかを判定する

- 前記複数のプロジェクタを前記会議スペース内に設けるステップが、ワイヤレス送信機をそれぞれ有する複数のプロジェクタを設けることを含み、前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットを前記複数のプロジェクタのうち少なくとも2つのプロジェクタと関連付けするステップが、前記会議スペース内の前記複数のプロジェクタに一意のプロジェクタ識別子を前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットへ送信させるステップをさらに含み、そして、前記複数のプロジェクタのリストを提示するステップが、前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットによって受信された前記一意のプロジェクタ識別子のそれぞれのための互いに独立な項目を含むリストを提示することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のプロジェクタが、それぞれ、少なくとも第1の画像と第2の画像とを、少なくとも第1のプレゼンテーションスペースと第2のプレゼンテーションスペースとにそれぞれ映し出し、そして、前記制御インタフェースを設けるステップが、前記複数のプロジェクタのいずれかと関連付けされた前記第1のプレゼンテーションスペースおよび第2のプレゼンテーションスペースのいずれかを指定するためのインタフェースを設けることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記制御インタフェースを設けるステップが、前記複数のプロジェクタのいずれかによって提示された前記画像のいずれかを指定して、その指定内容を前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットによって該マスタープレゼンテーションユニットの表示画面に表示させるための、インタフェースを設けることを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のプロジェクタユニットを前記会議スペース内に移動するステップが、各プロジェクタユニットを互いに独立な複数のプロジェクタカートにそれぞれ配置することを含み、そして、前記プロジェクタカートには、それぞれ、前記プロジェクタの搬送および該プロジェクタカートと該プロジェクタとの前記会議スペース内への移動のためのホイールが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットを前記複数のプロジェクタのうち少なくとも2つのプロジェクタと関連付けするステップが、前記複数のプロジェクタカートをそれぞれ前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットに機械的に接続するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のプロジェクタカートを移動するステップが、該複数のプロジェクタカートを互いに隣り合うように配置することを含み、そして、前記複数のプロジェクタカートをそれぞれ前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットに機械的に接続するステップが、該マスタープレゼンテーションユニットと前記プロジェクタとを通信ケーブルで接続することを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のプロジェクタカートをそれぞれ前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットに機械的に接続するステップが、前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットと前記プロジェクタとを電源ケーブルで接続することを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のプロジェクタのうち前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットと関連付けされたプロジェクタ、と関連付けされた前記プロジェクタカートを、互いに隣り合うように配置するステップと、前記互いに隣り合うように配置されたプロジェクタカートどうしを機械的に接続して、搬送のためにカートチェーンを構成するステップと、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- プレゼンテーション面をなす垂直な部材とともに用いられる画像プレゼンテーションキットシステムにおいて、
入力装置および表示画面を有しているマスタープレゼンテーションユニットと、
前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットと関連付けされたプロセッサと、
会議スペース内における移動のためのホイールを有するとともに、前記プレゼンテーション面に隣接して位置付けられて該プレゼンテーション面に画像を映し出すように互いに並置されるプロジェクタがそれぞれ設けられた、少なくとも第1の移動式プロジェクタカートおよび第2の移動式プロジェクタカートと、
前記プロセッサを前記移動式プロジェクタのそれぞれに接続するためのネットワークと、
前記会議スペースに設けられたセンサシステムと、
を備え、
前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットの前記表示画面には、前記複数のプロジェクタのうちいずれかを、前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットに提示された前記画像を表示するプロジェクタとして指定するための制御インタフェースが設けられ、
前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットの表示画面を介して前記プロジェクタのリストを提示すること、および、前記プロジェクタを前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットの前記入力装置により指定することにより、前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットを前記プロジェクタと関連付けするよう構成され、
前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットから提示された前記画像を表示するように指定された前記プロジェクタを用いて、前記マスタープレゼンテーションユニットから提示された前記画像を、前記プレゼンテーション面に映し出すよう構成され、
前記複数のプロジェクタが、それぞれ、識別タグを有しているとともに、前記会議スペースに設けられた前記センサシステムが前記識別タグを読取るための少なくとも第1のタグリーダを有しており、これにより、前記プロジェクタが前記会議スペース内に入ると前記会議スペース用の前記リストに前記プロジェクタが追加され、前記プロジェクタが前記会議スペースから撤去されると該プロジェクタが前記会議スペース用の前記リストから削除されることによって、どのプロジェクタが前記会議スペース内に配置されているかを判定するよう構成されている
ことを特徴とする画像プレゼンテーションキットシステム。 - 前記ネットワークがワイヤレスネットワークで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のプロジェクタのうち少なくとも2つのプロジェクタを、機械的ネットワークを介して前記プロセッサに機械的に接続するステップと、
前記プロセッサにより前記ネットワークをポーリングし、該ネットワークに接続されている前記プロジェクタの台数とそれらプロジェクタの、該ネットワーク上における論理的な位置を識別するステップと、を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
