Description
Claims (6)
- 粘着フィルムが貼り付けられた被接着体を吸着する吸着ステージと、
前記吸着ステージに吸着された前記被接着体から角部を剥がされた前記粘着フィルムの前記角部を把持する把持体と、
前記吸着ステージと前記把持体との少なくとも一方を前記被接着体から前記粘着フィルムを剥離する方向に移動させる移動手段と、
を備え、
前記把持体は、前記粘着フィルムを把持する把持部と、前記吸着ステージの吸着面とで鋭角をなす面を有する基部を有し、
前記把持部は、前記被接着体から剥がれている前記粘着フィルム部分と、前記被接着体に貼り付けられている前記粘着フィルム部分とが鋭角をなすように、前記粘着フィルムの前記角部を前記吸着ステージの吸着面と鋭角をなす面上で把持するように構成されていることを特徴とする粘着フィルムの剥離装置。 - 前記被接着体がガラス板であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の粘着フィルムの剥離装置。
- 前記把持部は、前記粘着フィルムの角部を挟むようにして把持することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の粘着フィルムの剥離装置。
- 粘着フィルムが貼り付けられた被接着体を吸着ステージに吸着させるステップと、
前記被接着体から剥がれている前記粘着フィルム部分と、前記被接着体に貼り付けられている前記粘着フィルム部分とが鋭角をなすように、前記被接着体から角部を剥がされた
前記粘着フィルムの前記角部を、把持体の前記吸着ステージの吸着面と鋭角をなす面上で、把持するステップと、
前記吸着ステージと前記把持体との少なくとも一方を移動させることにより、前記鋭角をなす状態を維持しつつ前記粘着フィルムを前記被接着体から剥がすステップと、
を備える粘着フィルムの剥離工程を有することを特徴とする液晶パネルの製造方法。 - 前記被接着体としてガラス板を用いることを特徴とする請求項3記載の液晶パネルの製造方法。
- 前記把持部は、前記粘着フィルムの角部を挟むようにして把持することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の液晶パネルの製造方法。
