Description
生体適用液として、500mL容量の輸液バッグに入った市販の生理食塩水(大塚製薬株式会社製、『日本薬局方生理食塩液 大塚生食注』)を使用した。水素貯蔵器として、2L容量のポリプロピレン製の容器を使用した。この容器に、DH濃度1.2mg/Lの水素含有水を満たした後、生理食塩水の入った輸液バッグを浸漬させ容器上蓋を閉め放置した。水素含有水は1時間毎に同DH濃度の新しい水に交換した。5時間経過後に、水素貯蔵器から輸液バッグを取りだし開封するとともに、生理食塩水のDH濃度及び電気伝導度(EC)を測定した。その際、水素含有水のDH濃度も測定した。
生体適用液として、500mL容量の輸液バッグに入った市販の生理食塩水(大塚製薬株式会社製、『日本薬局方生理食塩液 大塚生食注』)を使用した。水素貯蔵器として、2L容量のポリプロピレン製の容器を使用した。容器に、生理食塩水の入った輸液バッグを設置するとともに、ガス供給用の容器開口部よりチューブを通して、水素ガスを100mL/分の流速で通気させた。5時間経過後に、水素貯蔵器から輸液バッグを取りだし開封するとともに、生理食塩水のDH濃度及び電気伝導度(EC)を測定した。
生体適用液として、500mL容量の輸液バッグに入った市販の生理食塩水(大塚製薬株式会社製、『日本薬局方生理食塩液 大塚生食注』)を使用した。水素貯蔵器として、2L容量のポリプロピレン製の容器を使用した。この容器に、DH濃度0.9mg/Lの水素含有水を満たした後、生理食塩水の入った輸液バッグを浸漬させ容器上蓋を閉め放置した。1時間経過後に、水素貯蔵器から輸液バッグを取りだし開封するとともに、生理食塩水のDH濃度を測定した。
生体適用液として、500mL容量の輸液バッグに入った市販の生理食塩水(大塚製薬株式会社製、『日本薬局方生理食塩液 大塚生食注』)を使用した。水素貯蔵器として、電解水生成装置に接続された10L容量のポリプロピレン製の容器を使用した。
生体適用液として、500mL容量の輸液バッグに入った市販の生理食塩水(大塚製薬株式会社製、『日本薬局方生理食塩液 大塚生食注』)を2つ、100mL容量の輸液バッグに入った市販の生理食塩水(マイラン製薬株式会社製、『日本薬局方生理食塩液 生食MP』)を2つ、の計4つを使用した。500mL生理食塩水のうち1つは、注射器を用いてバッグ口部よりヘッドスペースのエア抜き処理を行うとともに、亜硫酸ナトリウムを適量添加し、DO濃度を0mg/Lにした。DO濃度は、CHEMetrics社製『CHEMetKit Dissolved Oxygen K−7512』と株式会社共立理化学研究所製『デジタルパックテスト』を用いて確認した。100mL生理食塩水のうち1つは、注射器を用いてバッグ口部よりヘッドスペースのエア抜き処理を行った。
Claims (1)
- 水素分子透過性を有する容器に封入された生体適用液であって、
前記生体適用液が封入された容器を開封することなく、当該容器に対して当該容器の外側から水素分子を接触させ、前記水素分子透過性を有する容器を通じて、前記水素分子を接触させた後に生体適用液に実質的に含有される溶存水素濃度が気温20℃・1気圧下のとき0.01mg/L以上となる製造方法に用いられ、
前記容器内のエア又は溶存ガスが除去されていることを特徴とする容器に封入された生体適用液。
