Abstract
Description

Claims (22)
- 内視鏡の先端部の第1のビュー素子及び第2のビュー素子の均一なホワイトバランス補正を可能とするデバイスであって、
囲まれた空間を区画し、前記内視鏡の先端部を収受する開口が設けられたハウジングであって、前記開口は前記内視鏡の先端部を密接に収受するように構成された第1の直径を有し、前記内視鏡の先端部が前記ハウジングに挿入された状態において前記開口を通じての外部光の入り込みが防止され、且つ、前記内視鏡の先端部が前記ハウジングに挿入された状態において、前記囲まれた空間が前記第2のビュー素子から所定の距離に存在する表面領域を有する、ハウジングと、
前記囲まれた空間内で前記表面領域から延在し、前記第1のビュー素子を前記表面領域から前記所定の距離に位置付けするように構成された部材と、
を備えるデバイス。 - 前記第1のビュー素子及び第2のビュー素子はそれぞれ視野を有し、
前記囲まれた空間の前記表面領域は、前記第1のビュー素子の第1の視野内において、第1の色であり、前記囲まれた空間の前記表面領域は、前記第2のビュー素子の第2の視野内において、第2の色であり、
前記第1の色と第2の色とが同じである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記囲まれた空間の前記表面領域の前記第2の視野内における一部が、前記第2のビュー素子から少なくとも10ミリメートルである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記表面領域に少なくとも1つの指標を更に備え、
前記指標は前記表面領域に位置付けされ、前記指標は前記少なくとも1つの側方ビュー素子によって可視可能であり、前記先端部が格納装置内に適切に位置付けされていることを、前記指標はユーザに表示する、請求項2に記載のデバイス。 - 前記部材は、前記表面領域から内部に向かって延在するとともに前記内視鏡の先端部の遠位面と接触するように構成されたストッパ要素である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハウジングは、互いに結合して前記ハウジングを形成する、少なくとも第1の部分及び第2の部分を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ハウジングを内視鏡システムの制御ユニットに固定する結合機構を更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記結合機構は、掛け具又は磁気連結器の少なくとも一方である、請求項7に記載のデバイスデバイス。
- 前記囲まれた空間は円柱状又は球状の形状を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記囲まれた空間を区画する前記ハウジングは、前記第1の直径に前記距離を2倍したものを加えたものと等しい、第2の直径を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 内視鏡の先端部の第1のビュー素子、第2のビュー素子及び第3のビュー素子の均一なホワイトバランス補正を可能とするホワイトバランスシステムであって、
前記第1のビュー素子は前記先端部の遠位面に位置付けされ、前記第2及び第3のビュー素子は前記先端部の側部に位置付けされ、
前記ホワイトバランスシステムは、
囲まれた空間を区画し、前記内視鏡の先端部を収受する開口が設けられたハウジングであって、該開口は前記内視鏡の先端部を密接に収受するように構成された第1の直径を有し、前記内視鏡の先端部が前記ハウジングに挿入された状態において前記開口を通じての外部光の入り込みが防止され、且つ、前記囲まれた空間が、前記内視鏡の先端部が前記ハウジングに挿入された状態において前記第2のビュー素子から第1の所定の距離に存在するとともに前記第3のビュー素子から第1の所定の距離に存在する表面領域を有する、ハウジングと、
前記囲まれた空間内で前記表面領域から延在し、前記第1のビュー素子を前記表面領域から第2の所定の距離に位置付けするように構成された部材と、を備えるホワイトバランスシステム。 - 前記第1の所定の距離と、前記第2の所定の距離とが等しい、請求項11に記載のホワイトバランスシステム。
- 前記第1の所定の距離と、前記第2の所定の距離とが相違する、請求項11に記載のホワイトバランスシステム。
- 前記内視鏡に接続され、前記第1のビュー素子、前記第2のビュー素子及び前記第3のビュー素子により得られる画像のホワイトバランス処理のためのホワイトバランス回路を備える制御ユニットと、
前記処理された画像を表示するために前記制御ユニットに接続される、少なくとも1つのディスプレイと、
を更に備える、請求項11に記載のホワイトバランスシステム。 - 前記ホワイトバランス処理の時間を制御するために前記ホワイトバランス回路と関連付けられるタイマーを更に備える、請求項14に記載のホワイトバランスシステム。
- 前記時間は3から5秒の範囲にある、請求項15に記載のホワイトバランスシステム。
- ホワイトバランスコマンドを、各々のビュー素子に関連するデジタル信号プロセッサに分岐するために前記ホワイトバランス回路と関連付けられるスプリッターを更に備える、請求項14に記載のホワイトバランスシステム。
- 前記第1のビュー素子、前記第2のビュー素子及び前記第3のビュー素子はそれぞれ視野を有し、
前記囲まれた空間の前記表面領域が前記視野内において白色を含む、請求項11に記載のホワイトバランスシステム。 - 前記囲まれた空間の前記表面領域の第2の視野内における一部が、前記第2のビュー素子から少なくとも10ミリメートルであり、前記囲まれた空間の前記表面領域の第3の視野内における一部が、前記第3のビュー素子から少なくとも10ミリメートルである、請求項18に記載のホワイトバランスシステム。
- 前記囲まれた空間を区画する前記ハウジングは、前記第1の直径に前記距離を2倍したものを加えたものと等しい、第2の直径を有する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記部材は、前記表面領域から内部に向かって延在するとともに前記内視鏡の先端部の遠位面と接触するように構成されたストッパ要素である、請求項11に記載のホワイトバランスシステム。
- 内視鏡の先端部の少なくとも1つの前方ビュー素子及び少なくとも1つの側方ビュー素子から得られる画像にホワイトバランス補正を実行する方法であって、
前記前方ビュー素子及び前記側方ビュー素子を備える前記内視鏡の遠位の先端部を格納装置に挿入する挿入ステップであって、前記格納装置は、内側領域を区画する3次元の本体を備え、近位端、遠位端、内側表面、外側表面、遠位壁、及び、前記近位端に存在する開口を有する、挿入ステップと、
前記先端部を前記格納装置の前記内側領域内に位置付けして、前記前方ビュー素子及び側方ビュー素子を前記格納装置内に置き、前記前方ビュー素子及び前記側方ビュー素子の各々を前記格納装置の前記内側表面から等しい距離に位置決めする、位置付けステップと、
制御ユニットに、前記前方ビュー素子及び前記側方ビュー素子に対してホワイトバランス補正を実行するように指示を与える指示ステップであって、前記制御ユニットは、前記制御ユニット上でデジタル信号プロセッサを使用してホワイトバランス値を算出し、後の画像処理で使用できるようにメモリにホワイトバランス値を記憶する、指示ステップと、
前記格納装置から前記内視鏡の先端部を取り外す、取外しステップと、
を含む、ホワイトバランス補正を実行する方法。
