Description
図1は、本実施形態に係るカテーテル装置を例示する模式図である。
本実施形態に係るカテーテル装置1は、人体100に挿入されるチューブ10と、チューブ10の先端側に設けられた発光部20と、電源ライン25と、可視光発光素子45を有する導通検知部40とを備える。図1に示すカテーテル装置1は、受光部30および制御部50をさらに備えている。カテーテル装置1は、一例として、チューブ10を口や鼻から体内に挿入し、食道を経由してチューブ10の先端を胃まで到達させる。そして、体外からチューブ10を通して栄養剤や薬などを胃に送り込む。これにより、患者の胃まで栄養剤や薬などを直接送ることができる。
図2は、発光部の構成例を示す斜視図である。なお、図2では、説明の便宜上、キャップ20cは省略されている。発光部20は、チューブ10の延出方向D0に延在する基材である基板200と、基板200に実装される赤外線発光素子21を有する。ここで、チューブ10の延出方向D0とは、チューブ10を真っ直ぐにした際にチューブ10の延びる方向のことを言う。
図3では、説明の便宜上、発光部20、チューブ10および制御部50が示されている。この回路構成では、制御部50と発光部20との間に電源ライン25、バイパスライン29および接地ライン27が設けられる。電源ライン25、バイパスライン29および接地ライン27の3本の配線はチューブ10に沿って並列に設けられる。
図5では、発光部20以外の位置に可視光発光素子45が配置されている例を示している。可視光発光素子45は、例えばチューブ10の途中、コネクタ15の位置、ケーブルC10の途中、制御部50の位置、受光部30の位置など、見やすい位置に配置することができる。可視光発光素子45は、赤外線発光素子21と電源ライン25との導通状態に応じて可視光を放出するように配線されていれば、どのような位置に配置されていてもよい。使用者が確認しやすい位置に可視光発光素子45を設けておけばよい。

Claims (6)
- 体内に挿入されるチューブと、
前記チューブの先端側に設けられ、前記チューブの位置確認のための赤外線光を放出する赤外線発光素子が設けられた発光部と、
前記赤外線発光素子に電力を供給する電源ラインと、
前記電源ラインと前記赤外線発光素子との導通状態を可視光によって通知する可視光発光素子を有する導通検知部と、
を備え、
前記電源ラインと並列に設けられ、前記可視光発光素子を迂回して前記赤外線発光素子に電力を供給するバイパスラインと、
前記赤外線発光素子への電力の供給ラインとして、前記電源ラインと前記バイパスラインとの切り替えを行うスイッチ部と、をさらに備えたカテーテル装置。 - 前記発光部は、前記チューブの延出方向に延在する基材を有し、
前記基材に前記赤外線発光素子および前記可視光発光素子が実装された、請求項1記載のカテーテル装置。 - 前記可視光発光素子は、前記赤外線発光素子と前記延出方向に並置された、請求項2記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記可視光発光素子は、前記チューブの途中に設けられた、請求項1記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記可視光発光素子は、前記チューブの後端側に設けられた、請求項1記載のカテーテル装置。
- 前記チューブの後端側に設けられ、前記チューブと外部機器とを接続するためのコネクタ部をさらに備え、
前記可視光発光素子は、前記コネクタ部に設けられた、請求項1記載のカテーテル装置。
